General Safety
WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions.Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in electric shock, re and/or serious injury.
WARNING: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced, physical or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-
operated (cordless) power tool.
1) Work area safety
a) Keep work area clean and well lit.Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of
ammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or
fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you
to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way.Do not use
any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodied plugs and matching
outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes,radiators, ranges
and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord.Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the
power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled
cords increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use.
Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device
(RCD) protected supply.Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power
tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol
or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious
personal injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment
such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes,hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate
conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting
to power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.Carrying power tools
with your nger on the switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key
left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control
of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly.Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair,clothing and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities,
ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related
hazards.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.The correct
power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.Any power tool that
cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool
before making any adjustments, changing accessories,or storing power tools. Such
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar
with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are
dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of
parts and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If damaged,
have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained
power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges
are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool,accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions,
taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power
tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualied repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
Wet & Dry Vacuum Safety
WARNING: ALWAYS disconnect from the power supply before opening the unit, cleaning,
carrying out maintenance, or when the unit is not in use.
a) NEVER pull on the power cable to remove the plug from the power point. This could cause
damage to the power cable, the vacuum cleaner and the power point.
b) DO NOTallow the vacuum to pass over the power cable. This could cause damage to the
internal wires.
c) DO NOTvacuum the following items:
• burning matches
• glowing ashes
• cigarette ends
• corrosives
• ammableorexplosivesubstances
d) Use this product only for the purposes for which it is intended. Other applications may be
dangerous, and lead to serious injury and/or property damage.
e) Take great care when cleaning stairs.Ensure the vacuum is placed on a secure, lower level, to
avoid the danger of the vacuum falling on to the user.

Intended Use
Heavy duty domestic vacuum cleaner suitable for wet and dry cleaning applications around the
home, garage and workshop.
Unpacking Your Tool
• Carefully unpack and inspect your tool. Fully familiarise yourself with all its features and
functions
• Ensure that all parts of the tool are present and in good condition. If any parts are missing or
damaged, have such parts replaced before attempting to use this tool
Before Use
WARNING: Ensure the tool is disconnected from the power supply before attaching or changing any
accessories, or making any adjustments
Wheel installation
1. TaketheTank(4)sectionofthevacuumcleanerandplaceitupsidedownonasecureatsurface
with the Lid (9) off
2. Attach the Rear Wheel Mounts (15) to the mounting points at the rear of the Tank (Image A)
3. Attach the Front Wheel Mounts (18) to the mounting points at the front of the Tank
4. Secure the wheel mounts in place using the Wheel Fixing Screws (19)
5. Push the Rear Wheels (15) onto the Rear Wheel Mounts protruding axle
6. Push the Caster Assembly (17) into the holes in the Front Wheel Mounts to secure into place
7. Turn the Tank upright onto its wheels
Vacuum assembly
1. Fit the Foam Filter (23) by sliding it gently over the Filter Frame (14)
2. Fit the Dust Bag (20) over the Inlet Coupling (7) (Image B)
3. Replace the Lid (9) on top of the Tank (4)
4. Ensure the Power Take Off Socket (13) is directly above theAir Inlet (6)
5. Fasten both Lid Clamps (8)
Hose assembly
1. Fit the Vacuum Connector (1) to theAir Inlet (6), by aligning the notch in the Vacuum Connector
withtheslotintheAirInletandpush-tintoplace
2. Insert the larger end of the Extending Tube (24) into the free end of the Flexible Hose (2)
Note: The ExtendingTubes length can be adjusted by releasing the Tube Latch (25) and pulling the
two ends apart to the desired length.
3. Attach the desired hose accessory to the free end of the Extending Tube
Operation
Power take off socket operation
Note: This vacuum cleaner can be used to power another electrical device, e.g.a power tool, up
to 2000W.
1. Check that the ON/OFF Switch (12) is in the '0' (OFF) position
2. Connect the vacuum to the mains power supply
WARNING: If the device has a power switch, make sure it is switched OFF before plugging into the
PowerTake Off Socket (13)
3. Plug the device into the Power Take Off Socket (power will be automatically provided through the
PTO Socket)
Note: If using the vacuum cleaner as a dust extraction device, connect the Flexible Hose (2) to the
tools dust extraction port, before powering ON.
4. Press the ON/OFF Switch to 'II' (ON) to start the vacuum cleaner
5. Turn your power tool ON and commence work
IMPORTANT: There is a deliberate 20-second start-up and shut-off delay on the vacuum when using
a power tool connected to the PTO socket.
• The PowerTake Off (PTO) Socket (13) provides power to external devices.The PTO is designed to
be used in conjunction with an external machine that requires dust extraction
• The vacuum will power itself ON to work in conjunction with the machine that is connected
• When the machine connected to the Power Take Off (PTO) Switch is switched OFF the vacuum will
simultaneously switch OFF
Wet & dry vacuum cleaning
Note:WhenusingthevacuumfordryusettheDustBag(20).
1. Check the ON/OFF Switch (12) is in the '0' (OFF) position
2. PlugtheMainsCable(11)intothemainspowersupply(See‘Specication’)
Note: The PowerTake Off Socket (13) will provide power once the vacuum has been connected to
the mains supply.
3. Switch the vacuum ON by pressing 'I' on the ON/OFF Switch
4. SwitchthevacuumOFFbypressingtheON/OFFSwitchintothe‘0’position
Notes:
• Ensure the inside of the Tank (4) and the Filter Frame (14) are clean and free from dirt before
operating
• Make sure the Drain Cap (3) is closed and hand tight
• WhentheTankisfull,theoatvalvewithintheFilterFramewillclose.Therewillbeanincreasein
motor speed and loss of suction when this happens
• The Extending Tube (24) can be adjusted to suit the user.Release the Tube Latch (25) to adjust
the length
Draining the liquid
WARNING: ALWAYS disconnect from the power supply before carrying out any inspection,
maintenance or cleaning.
1. Disconnect any attachments from the end of the vacuum hose
2. Lift the end of the Flexible Hose (2) up above head height so that any liquid runs down into the
Tank (4)
3. Position your vacuum cleaner so the Drain Cap (3) is above the drainage area
Note: Make sure that no perishable object or material is within 3 metres of the Drain Cap.
4. Unscrew the Drain Cap and allow the liquid to drain. Undo the Lid Clamps (8) and remove the Lid
(9)
5. Tip the rest of the liquid out of the Tank into the drainage area
Blowing
1. Ensure the inside of the Tank (4) and the Filter Frame (14) are clean and free from dirt before
operating
2. EnsuretheFoamFilter(23)iscleananddry,andttedtotheFilterFrame
3. Replace the Lid (9) on top of the Tank
4. Close both Lid Clamps (8)
5. RemovetheplasticAirOutletCover(26)alreadyttedtotheAirOutlet(10).Ithasasmallclip
underneath so press at the underside of the cover before pulling out
6. Attach the Flexible Hose (2) to the Air Outlet
WARNING: Point the small end of the Flexible Hose well away from any object or person; debris
may be ejected from the hose end
7. SwitchonthevacuumcleanerbypressingtheON/OFFSwitch(12)intothe‘I’position
8. Wait a few minutes for waste to be released from the end of the hose before blowing

Maintenance

General inspection
• Regularlycheckthatallthexingscrewsaretight
• Inspect the supply cord of the tool, prior to each use, for damage or wear. Repairs should be
carried out by an authorised Silverline service centre.This advice also applies to extension cords
used with this tool
Cleaning
• Keep your tool clean at all times.Dirt and dust will cause internal parts to wear quickly, and
shortenthemachine’sservicelife.Cleanthebodyofyourmachinewithasoftbrush,ordrycloth.
If available, use clean, dry,compressed air to blow through the ventilation holes
• Clean the tool casing with a soft damp cloth using a mild detergent. Do not use alcohol,petrol or
strong cleaning agents
• Never use caustic agents to clean plastic parts

Filter cleaning
Note: Acloggedlterwillcausesuctionpowerandcleaningefciencytodeteriorate.Check
whetherthelterisblockedifperformancedeteriorates.
• Detach the Lid (9), to gain access to the Foam Filter (23)
• Remove and clean the Filter using a brush and dry compressed air
Lubrication
• Slightly lubricate all moving parts at regular intervals with a suitable spray lubricant

other related items.
Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care,misuse, neglect, careless operation
or handling of the product.
Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.

Faulty installation (except installed by SilverlineTools).

2. Sécurité électrique

jamais la prise en aucune façon. N’utilisez jamais d’adaptateur avec les outils électriques
mis à la terre. Des prises non modiées, adaptées aux boîtiers de prise de courant, réduiront les
risques de décharge électrique.

est mis à la terre.

3. Sécurité des personnes
a. Rester vigilant et faire preuve de sens lors de la manipulation de l’outil. Ne pas utiliser
d’outil électrique en état de fatigue ou sous l’inuence de drogues, d’alcool ou de
médicaments. Un moment d’inattention pendant l’utilisation d’un outil électrique peut se
traduire par des blessures graves.
b. Porter des équipements de protection. Porter toujours des lunettes de protection. Le port
d’équipements de protection tels que des masques à poussières, des chaussures de sécurité
antidérapantes, un casque de sécurité ou des protections antibruit, selon le travail à effectuer,
réduira le risque de blessures aux personnes.
c. Éviter tout démarrage accidentel. S’assurer que l’interrupteur marche-arrêt soit en
position d’arrêt (Off) avant de brancher l’outil sur l’alimentation secteur. Porter un outil
électrique tout en maintenant le doigt posé sur l’interrupteur ou brancher un outil électrique dont
l’interrupteur est sur la position de marche (On) est source d’accidents.
d. Enlever toute clé ou tout instrument de réglage avant de mettre l’outil électrique en
marche. Une clé ou un instrument de réglage laissé xé à un élément en rotation de l’outil
électrique peut entraîner des blessures physiques.
e. Ne pas essayer d’atteindre une zone hors de portée. Se tenir toujours en position stable
et conserver l’équilibre. Cela permet de mieux contrôler l’outil électrique dans des situations
inattendues.
f. Porter des vêtements appropriés. Ne pas porter de vêtements amples ou des bijoux
pendants. Les vêtements amples, les bijoux pendants ou les cheveux longs peuvent être happés
par les pièces en mouvement.
g. Si l’outil est pourvu de dispositifs destinés au raccord d’équipements d’extraction et
de récupération de la poussière/sciure, s’assurer qu’ils soient bien xés et utilisés
correctement. L’utilisation de ces dispositifs peut réduire les risques dus à la poussière.
4. Utilisation et entretien des outils électriques
a. Ne pas surcharger l’outil électrique. Utiliser l’outil électrique approprié au travail à
effectuer. Un outil électrique adapté et employé au rythme pour lequel il a été conçu permettra
de réaliser un travail de meilleure qualité et dans de meilleures conditions de sécurité.
b. Ne pas utiliser un outil électrique dont l’interrupteur marche-arrêt est hors service.
Tout outil électrique dont la commande ne s’effectue plus par l’interrupteur marche-arrêt est
dangereux et doit être réparé.
c. Débrancher l’outil électrique avant d’effectuer tout réglage, changement d’accessoire ou
avant de le ranger.De telles mesures préventives réduiront les risques de démarrage accidentel.
d. Ranger les outils électriques inutilisés hors de portée des enfants et ne pas permettre
l’utilisation de ces outils aux personnes novices ou n’ayant pas connaissance de ces
instructions. Les outils électriques sont dangereux dans les mains d’utilisateurs inexpérimentés.
e. Veiller à l’entretien des outils électriques. Vérier que les éléments rotatifs soient bien
alignés et non grippés. S’assurer de l’absence de pièces cassées ou endommagées

endommagé, le faire réparer avant toute utilisation. De nombreux accidents sont causés par

tranchants bien affûtés, sont moins susceptibles de se gripper et sont plus faciles à contrôler.

5. Entretien
a. Ne faire réparer l’outil électrique que par un réparateur qualié utilisant uniquement

WARNUNG! Dieses Gerät darf nicht von Personen (wie z.B. Kindern) mit eingeschränkten
körperlichen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder von Personen ohne Erfahrung im Umgang mit
einem solchen Gerät betrieben werden, außer wenn sie von einer für ihre persönliche Sicherheit
verantwortlichen Person in der Benutzung unterwiesen worden sind und dabei beaufsichtigt werden.
Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie das Gerät nicht als Spielzeug

Der in den Sicherheitshinweisen verwendete Begriff „Elektrowerkzeug“ bezieht sich auf
netzbetriebene Elektrowerkzeuge (mit Netzkabel) und auf akkubetriebene Elektrowerkzeuge (ohne
Netzkabel).
1) Arbeitsplatzsicherheit
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut beleuchtet.Unordnung oder unbeleuchtete
Arbeitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen.
b) Arbeiten Sie mit dem Elektrowerkzeug nicht in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung,in
der sich brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube benden. Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen
Funken, die den Staub oder die Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen während der Benutzung des Elektrowerkzeugs
fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle über das Gerät verlieren.
2) Elektrische Sicherheit
a) Der Anschlussstecker des Elektrowerkzeuges muss in die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker
darf in keiner Weise verändert werden.Verwenden Sie keine Adapterstecker gemeinsam
mit schutzgeerdeten Elektrowerkzeugen. Unveränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen
verringern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten Oberächen wie von Rohren, Heizungen,
Herden und Kühlschränken. Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko durch elektrischen Schlag, wenn
Ihr Körper geerdet ist.
c) Halten Sie Elektrowerkzeuge von Regen oder Nässe fern. Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein
Elektrowerkzeug erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
d) Zweckentfremden Sie das Kabel nicht,um das Elektrowerkzeug zu tragen, aufzuhängen
oder um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.Halten Sie das Kabel fern von Hitze, Öl,
scharfen Kanten oder sich bewegenden Geräteteilen. Beschädigte oder verwickelte Kabel
erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
e) Wenn Sie mit einem Elektrowerkzeug im Freien arbeiten, verwenden Sie nur
Verlängerungskabel,die auch für den Außenbereich geeignet sind. Die Anwendung eines
für den Außenbereich geeigneten Verlängerungskabels verringert das Risiko eines elektrischen
Schlages.
f) Wenn der Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeuges in feuchter Umgebung nicht vermeidbar ist,
verwenden Sie einen Fehlerstromschutzschalter. Der Einsatz eines Fehlerstromschutzschalters
vermindert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
3) Sicherheit von Personen
a) Seien Sie aufmerksam, achten Sie darauf,was Sie tun, und gehen Sie mit Vernunft an
die Arbeit mit einem Elektrowerkzeug.Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, wenn Sie
müde sind oder unter dem Einuss von Drogen, Alkohol oder Medikamenten stehen.
Ein Moment der Unachtsamkeit beim Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeuges kann zu ernsthaften
Verletzungen führen.
b) Tragen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung und immer eine Schutzbrille. Das Tragen
persönlicher Schutzausrüstung, wie Staubmaske, rutschfeste Sicherheitsschuhe,Schutzhelm
oder Gehörschutz, je nach Art und Einsatz des Elektrowerkzeuges, verringert das Risiko von
Verletzungen.
c) Vermeiden Sie eine unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme.Vergewissern Sie sich,dass das
Elektrowerkzeug ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie es an die Stromversorgung und/oder den
Akku anschließen, es aufnehmen oder tragen.Wenn Sie beim Tragen des Elektrowerkzeuges
den Finger am Schalter haben oder das Gerät eingeschaltet an die Stromversorgung anschließen,
kann dies zu Unfällen führen.
d) Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeuge oder Schraubenschlüssel, bevor Sie das Elektrowerkzeug
einschalten. Ein Werkzeug oder Schlüssel, der sich in einem drehenden Geräteteil bendet, kann
zu Verletzungen führen.
e) Vermeiden Sie eine unnatürliche Körperhaltung. Sorgen Sie für einen sicheren Stand
und halten Sie jederzeit das Gleichgewicht. Auf diese Weise lässt sich das Elektrowerkzeug in
unerwarteten Situationen besser kontrollieren.
f) Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung.Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.Halten
Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe fern von sich bewegendenTeilen. Lockere Kleidung,
Schmuck oder lange Haare können von sich bewegenden Teilen erfasst werden.
g) Wenn Staubabsaug- und -auffangeinrichtungen montiert werden können, vergewissern
Sie sich, dass diese angeschlossen sind und richtig verwendet werden.Verwendung einer
Staubabsaugung kann Gefährdungen durch Staub verringern.
4) Verwendung und Behandlung des Elektrowerkzeugs
a) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht.Verwenden Sie für Ihre Arbeit das dafür bestimmte
Elektrowerkzeug. Mit dem passenden Elektrowerkzeug arbeiten Sie besser und sicherer im
angegebenen Leistungsbereich.
b) Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, dessen Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektrowerkzeug,das sich
nicht mehr ein- oder ausschalten lässt, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden.
c) Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und/oder entfernen Sie den Akku,bevor Sie
Geräteeinstellungen vornehmen, Zubehörteile wechseln oder das Gerät weglegen.Diese
Vorsichtsmaßnahme verhindert den unbeabsichtigten Start des Elektrowerkzeuges.
d) Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
Lassen Sie Personen das Gerät nicht benutzen,die mit diesem nicht vertraut sind oder
diese Anweisungen nicht gelesen haben. Elektrowerkzeuge sind gefährlich, wenn sie von
unerfahrenen Personen benutzt werden.
e) Pegen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge mit Sorgfalt. Kontrollieren Sie, ob bewegliche Teile
einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht klemmen, obTeile gebrochen oder so beschädigt
sind, dass die Funktion des Elektrowerkzeuges beeinträchtigt ist. Lassen Sie beschädigte
Teile vor dem Einsatz des Gerätes reparieren. Viele Unfälle haben ihre Ursache in schlecht
gewarteten Elektrowerkzeugen.
f) Halten Sie Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und sauber. Sorgfältig gepegte Schneidwerkzeuge mit
scharfen Schneidkanten verklemmen sich weniger und sind leichter zu führen.
g) Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug,Zubehör, Einsatzwerkzeuge usw.entsprechend diesen
Anweisungen. Berücksichtigen Sie dabei dieArbeitsbedingungen und die auszuführende
Tätigkeit. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen für andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen
kann zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.
5) Service
a) Lassen Sie Ihr Elektrowerkzeug nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und nur mit Original-
Ersatzteilen reparieren. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass die Sicherheit des Elektrowerkzeuges
erhalten bleibt.
Zusätzliche Sicherheitshinweise für
Nass- und Trockensauger
WARNUNG! Trennen Sie das Gerät vor dem Öffnen,der Reinigung, der Durchführung von
Wartungsarbeiten sowie bei Nichtgebrauch stets vom Stromnetz.
a) Nicht am Netzkabel ziehen oder reißen, um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.
Andernfalls könnten das Gerät, das Netzkabel und die Steckdose beschädigt werden.
b) Lassen Sie den Nass- und Trockensauger nicht über das Netzkabel rollen.
Die innenliegenden Drähte könnten dadurch beschädigt werden.
c) Folgende Gegenstände und Stoffe dürfen nicht eingesaugt werden:
• brennende Streichhölzer,
• glühende Asche,
• Zigarettenstummel,
• ätzende Substanzen,
• brandgefährdete und explosive Stoffe
d) Dieses Gerät darf nur bestimmungsgemäß verwendet werden. Von den hier aufgeführten
Verwendungszwecken abweichendeAnwendungen können zu Gefahrensituationen
führen sowie schwere Verletzungen und/oder Sachschäden verursachen.
e) Lassen Sie beim Reinigen von Treppenstufen äußerste Vorsicht walten. Sorgen Sie dafür,
dass der Nass- und Trockensauger auf einer stabilen, weiter unten liegenden Fläche aufgestellt ist,
damit das Gerät nicht auf den Bediener fallen kann.
f) Verwenden Sie ausschließlich original Silverline-Zubehör und -Ersatzteile.

Rad- und Rollenmontage
1. Nehmen Sie den Deckel (9) vom Schmutzwasserbehälter (4) ab und stellen Sie den Behälter
umgekehrt auf eine feste, ebene Fläche.
2. Bringen Sie die Halterungen für die Hinterräder (15) an den dafür vorgesehenen
Montagepunkten hinten am Schmutzwasserbehälter an (siehe Abb.A).
3. Bringen Sie die Halterungen für die Lenkrollen (18) an den dafür vorgesehenen
Montagepunkten vorne am Schmutzwasserbehälter an.
4. Fixieren Sie die Halterungen mit den Befestigungsschrauben (19).
5. Stecken Sie die Hinterräder (15) auf die herausstehenden Achsen der entsprechenden
Halterungen.
6. Stecken Sie die Lenkrollen (17) in die Bohrungen in den entsprechenden Halterungen.
7. Stellen Sie den Schmutzwasserbehälter richtig herum auf den Rädern bzw. Rollen auf.
Montage des Nass- und Trockensaugers
1. SetzenSiedenSchaumstofflter(23)ein,indemSieihnvorsichtigaufdenFilterrahmen(14)
aufziehen.
2. Setzen Sie den Staubfangbeutel (20) auf den Einlassanschluss (7) (siehe Abb.B).
3. Setzen Sie den Deckel (9) wieder auf den Schmutzwasserbehälter (4) auf.
4. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich die Gerätesteckdose (13) direkt über dem Lufteinlass (6)
bendet.
5. Schließen Sie beide Deckelklammern (8).
Schlauchmontage
1. Stecken Sie den Geräteanschluss (1) in den Lufteinlass (6) und achten Sie dabei darauf,dass sich
die Aussparung im Geräteanschluss mit dem Schlitz im Lufteinlass deckt.
2. Stecken Sie das Verlängerungsrohr (24) mit dem breiteren Ende in das noch freie Endstück des
Saugschlauchs (2) ein.
Hinweis: Die Länge des Verlängerungsrohrs lässt sich ändern, indem der Rohrriegel (25) gelöst
und das Rohr auf die gewünschte Länge auseinandergezogen wird.
3. Setzen Sie den benötigten Schlauchaufsatz auf das andere Ende des Verlängerungsrohrs.
Bedienung
Verwendung der Gerätesteckdose
Hinweis: An den Nass- und Trockensauger lassen sich andere Geräte,z.B. Elektrowerkzeuge,mit
einer Leistung bis 2000 W anschließen.
1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Ein-/Ausschalter (12) auf „0“ (Aus) steht.
2. Schließen Sie den Nass- und Trockensauger an das Stromnetz an.
WARNUNG! Falls das anzuschließende Gerät über einen Netzschalter verfügt, achten Sie darauf,
dass er auf „0“ bzw. „Aus“ steht,bevor Sie das Gerät an die Gerätesteckdose (13) anschließen.
3. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker des anzuschließenden Gerätes in die Gerätesteckdose (das Gerät
wird von der Gerätesteckdose automatisch mit Strom versorgt).
Hinweis: Bei Verwendung des Nass- undTrockensaugers zur Staubabsaugung muss der
Saugschlauch (2) vor Inbetriebnahme an den Absaugstutzen des Gerätes angeschlossen werden.
4. Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter zum Einschalten des Nass- und Trockensaugers auf II („Ein“).
5. Schalten Sie anschließend das angeschlossene Elektrowerkzeug ein und beginnen Sie die
auszuführende Arbeit.
Hinweis: Bei Anschluss eines Elektrowerkzeugs an die Gerätesteckdose wird am Nass- und
Trockensauger eine 20 Sekunden dauernde Ein- und Ausschaltverzögerung aktiviert.
• Die Gerätesteckdose (13) bietet Stromzufuhr für externe Geräte. Diese Steckdose ist für den
Einsatz mit externen Elektrogeräten konzipiert,die eine Staubabsaugung benötigen.
• Der nass- und Trockensauger läuft beim Einschalten des an ihn angeschlossenen Geräts
selbsttätig an.
• Wenn das an die Gerätesteckdose angeschlossene Gerät abgeschaltet wird,schaltet sich der
Sauger ebenfalls aus.
Nass- und Trockensaugen
Hinweis: Schließen Sie bei Gebrauch des Gerätes zum Trockensaugen den Staubfangbeutel (20) an.
1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Ein-/Ausschalter (12) auf „0“ (Aus) steht.
2. Schließen Sie das Gerät über den Netzschalter (11) ans Stromnetz (siehe „Technische Daten“) an.
Hinweis: Die Gerätesteckdose (13) wird mit Strom versorgt,sobald der Nass- und Trockensauger
ans Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
3. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter auf „I“ stellen.
4. Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter zum Ausschalten des Gerätes auf „O“.

Auspacken des Gerätes
• Packen Sie Ihr Gerät vorsichtig aus und überprüfen Sie es.Machen Sie sich vollständig mit all
seinen Eigenschaften und Funktionen vertraut.
• Vergewissern Sie sich,dass sämtliche Teile des Gerätes vorhanden und in einwandfreiem
Zustand sind. SolltenTeile fehlen oder beschädigt sein, lassen Sie diese ersetzen,bevor Sie das
Gerät verwenden.

Hinweise:
• Prüfen Sie vor Beginn der Anwendung,dass die Innenseite des Schmutzwasserbehälters (4) und
der Filterrahmen (14) sauber und schmutzfrei sind.
• Vergewissern Sie sich,dass der Schmutzwasserauslass (3) ganz geschlossen und handfest
angezogen ist.
• Wenn der Schmutzwasserbehälter voll ist, schließt sich das Schwimmerventil im Filterrahmen.
Dies macht sich durch einen Anstieg der Motordrehzahl und einenVerlust der Saugleistung
bemerkbar.
• Das Verlängerungsrohr (24) lässt sich auf die Körpergröße des Bedieners anpassen. Lösen Sie
zum Verstellen der Rohrlänge den Rohrriegel (25).
Ablassen der Flüssigkeit
WARNUNG! Trennen Sie das Gerät stets vom Stromnetz,bevor Sie Inspektions-, Wartungs- oder
Reinigungsarbeiten durchführen.
1. Nehmen Sie sämtliche Aufsätze vom Endstück des Saugschlauchs ab.
2. Heben Sie das Endstück des Saugschlauches (2) über Kopfhöhe an, so dass ggf.im Schlauch
verbliebene Flüssigkeit in den Schmutzwasserbehälter (4) laufen kann.
3. Stellen Sie Ihren Nass- und Trockensauger mit dem Schmutzwasserauslass (3) oberhalb des zu
trocknenden Bereiches auf.
Hinweis: Sorgen Sie dafür,dass sich in einem Umkreis von 3 Metern zum Schmutzwasserauslass
keineempndlichenGegenständebzw.Materialienbenden.
4. Schrauben Sie den Deckel des Schmutzwasserauslasses ab und lassen Sie die Flüssigkeit
ablaufen. Öffnen Sie die Deckelklammern (8) und nehmen Sie den Deckel (9) ab.
5. Schütten Sie die verbliebene Flüssigkeit aus dem Schmutzwasserbehälter in den Ablaufbereich.
Gebläse
1. Stellen Sie vor Gebrauch sicher, dass die Innenseite des Schmutzwasserbehälters (4) und der
Filterrahmen (14) sauber und schmutzfrei sind.
2. SorgenSiedafür,dassderSchaumstofflter(23)sauberundtrockenundamFilterrahmen
montiert ist.
3. Setzen Sie den Deckel (9) wieder auf den Schmutzwasserbehälter auf.
4. Schließen Sie beide Deckelklammern (8).
5. Entfernen Sie den am Luftauslass (10) befestigten Luftauslassdeckel (26).Drücken Sie die kleine
Klammer an der Unterseite des Deckels und ziehen Sie den Deckel heraus.
WARNUNG! Richten Sie das kleinere Ende des Saugschlauches weit weg von Gegenständen und

8. Warten Sie einige Minuten, damit ggf. vorhandener Schmutz aus dem Schlauchende austreten
kann, bevor Sie von der Gebläsefunktion Gebrauch machen.

Überprüfen Sie den Filter bei abnehmender Leistung auf Blockierungen.

• Entfernen und säubern Sie den Filter mit einer Bürste und trockener Druckluft.
Schmierung
• Schmieren Sie alle beweglichen Teile in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einem geeigneten
Sprühschmiermittel.
