Preparing Your Convection Oven (First Time Use Only)
To remove any protective substances on the heating elements, it is necessary to run the oven empty for
15 minutes. Ensure the area is well ventilated as the oven may emit vapors. These are safe and not
detrimental to the performance of the oven.
Depending on which of the cooking functions you choose, once you have selected the appropriate time
and temperature close the door.
Rack Height Positions
Cooking results can be affected by the position of the wire rack
or baking tray as it determines how close food is to the heating
elements. We highly recommend following the rack height
position for each function as printed on the oven door and
under each of the cooking functions displayed below. These are
a guide only. Certain foods may require a different position
depending on the recipe, amount of food, size of food and
personal preference.
Top rack position: Broil.
Middle rack position: Toast, Pizza, Air Fryer, Bagel, & Cookie.
Bottom rack position: Bake, Roast and Reheat.
When inserting the wire rack into the oven it should be
positioned with the spokes facing upwards. Food should be
positioned on the center of the rack or tray to maximize airflow.
Note: When using metal foil to cover accessories, pans, and dishes it is recommended that the wire rack
be in the middle or bottom rack height position. This is to minimize the risk of the foil meeting the top or
bottom heating elements.

2. Rotisserie Function -
3. Fan and Rotisserie Function -
Setting Times & Temperatures
There are two temperature dials for both the top and bottom heating elements.
If both elements need to be turned on it will be indicated for each cooking
function below. The following icons indicate each dial:
To set the cooking temperature or time, turn the dial for each to the left to
reduce the temperature/time or to the right to increase the temperature/time.
•Temperatures can be adjusted in 50° increments, from 150°F to 450°F.
•Time can be adjusted in 10 minutes increments, from 10 to 120 mins.
•Once you have selected the desired time and temperature close the oven door.
•The timer knob will rotate backwards.
•At the end of the cooking cycle the timer dial will be at zero.
•The cooking cycle can be stopped at any time by rotating the timer dial to zero.
Bagel Function
Crisps the insides of your cut bagel while only lighly toasting the outside.
Top Temperature: 375°F
Bottom Temperature: Off
Time: 4 Minutes
Rack Position: Middle
Note: The upside of the bagel must always face upwards towards the top heating elements –so the top
side becomes crisp while the crust is only lightly toasted. During the last minute you can turn the bagel
over to give the bottom a toasted finish.

Toast Function
Evenly toast bread so its crisp and crunchy on the outside, while soft and moist on the inside. This
function is also ideal for english muffins and waffles.
Top Temperature: 200°F
Bottom Temperature: 200°F
Time: 2.5 Minutes
Rack Position: Middle
Note: During the toasting cycle, condensation may form on the oven door and steam may be emitted.
This is normal –caused by the moisture content of the bread. Freshly baked and frozen breads generally
produce more condensation and steam.
Pizza Function
Melts and browns cheese and toppings, while crisping the pizza crust.
Top Temperature: 275°F
Bottom Temperature: 150°F
Time: 15 Minutes
Rack Position: Middle
Note:
•If cooking a frozen pizza, ensure to remove all packaging before placing the pizza in the oven.
•If cooking using a pizza stone, it is necessary to first heat the stone (without a pizza) for
optimum results. We recommend heating the stone for 5 minutes.
•Due to the wide variety of pizzas availale, you will need to consider whether you are cooking a
fresh or frozen pizza or a think crust or deep crust dish and adjust the cooking time to produce
the ideal result.
Recommendation: For a crispier crust, pizzas can be cooked directly on the wire rack. However care
should be taken as melted cheese and other ingredients may build up on the heating elements and
create a potential fire risk. We suggest placing the baking tray on the bottom shelf position to catch any
falling ingredients.

from sticking.

half way throughout the cooking time to achieve even cooking and browning.

Inserting the Rotisserie into the Oven

placed on the centre of the rod and secure food using the prongs attached to the rod.
2. Insert the pointed end of the rod into the drive socket on the right side of the internal wall of the
oven and make sure the square end of the rod rests on the support on the left side of the internal
wall of the oven.
3. Remove the rod by placing the hooks of the Rotisserie handle under the grooves on either side of
the rod. Lift the left side of the Rod first by lifting it up and out. Then pull the Rod out of the drive
socket and carefully remove your food from the oven.

When not utilizing the Rotisserie rack use the baking tray accompanied with the oven. Make sure to
place food on the center of the tray so that air flows around the sides of the food.
Caution should be exercised when using lids in the oven, as pressure builds up in a covered pan or dish
