NOTICE:
1. The bale elevator 1600-200-500.00 is designed for fitting only with SIPMA OZ 5000 TEKLA
and SIPMA OZ 7500 TEKLA wrappers (Figure 1).
2. SIPMA S.A. is not responsible for any damage to the subassembly or any of them from
machines resulting from the assembly of the bale elevator with a wrapping machine other than
SIPMA OZ 5000 TEKLA or SIPMA OZ 7500 TEKLA..
3. It is forbidden to move on public roads with a set of wrappers + the bale elevator.
4. The manufacturer does not allow arbitrary changes to the builder's construction. A proposal of
changes and improvements should be reported and agreed with the manufacturer's service.
5. The introduction of any change without agreement shall release the producer from the
consequences resulting from their introduction and cause a loss of the guarantee.

1. General data.

2. Safe operating rules.
1. Before starting work, familiarize yourself with the wrapping machine's operating
instruction and this attachment.
2. Keep min. 3 m distance from the loader during operation - especially from the back
side of the bale elevator.
3. Installation, adjustment, and maintenance should be carried out with the system
turned off and protected against unwanted rolling of the tractor.
3. Installation of the bale wrapping machine.
In order to mount the bale elevator to the wrapping machine:
1. Drill 3 holes ∅13mm in the middle of the rear beam of the swinging wrapper frame,
spacing 75mm and distance 16mm from the top plane of the beam (try the adjustment
pad 1600-200-120.00).
2. Insert the nuts to the rear beam of the swinging wrapper frame
1600-200-560.00.
3. Tighten the attaching beam of the 1600-200-530.00 device to fixing the nuts through
the drilled holes. Ensure adherence of the beam by means of adjustment washers.
4. Fasten the bale elevator in the transport position by connecting the connecting beam
1600-200-550.00 to the frame of the bale elevator by the pin 1600-200-570.00.
All elements described in the above chapter are presented in Fig. 2.
4. Bale unloading with the use of the bale elevator.
1. Before starting work, remove the 1600x200-570.00 plug securing the transporter to
the transport position.
2. Set support 1600-200-570.00 for unloading to the left or right side. To do this,
remove the pin, turn the support into the required position and re-secure with the
cotter pin. The unloading takes place on the side opposite to the side on which the
support is located. ATTENTION: when turning the support, hold the paw of the
elevator 1600-200-510.00 so that the paw cannot be accidentally pulled by the spring
1600-200-570.00.
3. Adjust the length of the elevator from the wrapping machine by inserting or sliding
the frame of the 1600-200-520.00 into the joining beam 1600-200-550.00 after
removing the fastening screw M20. After setting the required distance, re-install the
screw.
4. Wrapping should be carried out according to the wrapper's manual.
