1 - Device description
ARIZONA heate consist of a blowe , a coil, a plastic pa t and a emovable f ont plate. Plastic pa t is
made f om polyp opylene. F ont plate is made f om heat and impact esistant ABS. Heate can
ope ate unde th ee diffe ent speeds: a cont ol knob enables to select speed f om f ont plate. The e
a e two input ai supply (on heate side), an output ai supply (on f ont plate) and an input-output
cooling wate supply. Heate including an integ ated valve cont olled f om f ont plate with a knob.
ARIZONA’s f ont plate is available in diffe ent colo s : white, g ey, anth acite o black. Heate can
be equipped with 600, 400 o 300 blowe that supplied in 12 V o 24 V with connections pipes
diamete s of 16 mm.

Cooling wate , befo ehand heated by the vehicle, un on coil. In the same time, fan unit blows f esh
ai th ough the heat exchange . Then, ai tempe atu e ise up. Finally, ai output evacuate hot ai .
Operating conditions:
P oduct must be on a ventilated place.
Ope ating tempe atu e have to be between -30°C and +80°C.
Cooling fluid must be antif eeze and antico osive fo coppe and aluminum. Use a cooling fluid
officially ecognize by automotive manufactu e s.

3 - Mounting information
Fix f ont plate on heate by using 4 supplied s ews (3x15mm). Then, clip cont ol knobs on
its location.

Fix p oduct on its cut stand with 8 not supplied sc ews. Blowe moto axis should athe be
in ho izontal position on the vehicle.
Do not d ill heate ’s body so as not to damage heat exchange !
Connect wate input and output by using cooling pipes with co esponding diamete . Using
suitable clamping ings.
Check fo leaks in wate .

5 - Security advice
Conside the following advice fo you own safety :
•Installation must only be done by well-fo med and autho ized specialists.
•P oduct must ope ate on a well-ventilated place.
•P oducts have to be used only acco ding to the intended use. P oducts shall not used in
imp ope envi onment. Pay attention to gua antee.
•Befo e using p oducts, ensu e that egulations and laws a e st ictly adhe ed acco ding to the
count y.
•Fo secu ity easons (fi e haza ds), fuses with equi ed ampe age must be used to p otect
elect ical connections.
•Cut elect ical connections befo e wo king on p oduct.
•Do not get into contact with the heat exchange and its connections.
•Do not g ip into the unit and do not put objects inside.
