の際は新たにお買い求めください。
電池蓋
①本体裏面の電池蓋を、矢印の向きに付属の電池蓋開閉スパナなどで回して開けます。
②電池を、必ず（＋）側を表にしてセットしてください。
③電池蓋を元通りに装着してください。
電池は必ずSR44をお使いください。

電池蓋開閉スパナ
通常測定で使用する原点を設定します。
この原点は電源をOFFにしても記憶されているので、毎回設定し直す必要はあ
りませ ん 。
電池交換後はリセットされますので、再度設定し直してください。
①測定子を含めた測定部と、基準リングゲージの内径をパーツクリーナーなどの
洗浄剤で洗浄します。
②“ …SET ”ボタンを押して、電源を入れてください。
③“ …SET ”ボタンを3秒以上長押しし、離すとLCD表示部の「Set」の文字
が点滅します。
ここで 、LCD表示部の数字とリングゲージに表示されている寸法値とが一致して
い ることを 確 認してくだ さ い 。
一致していない場合は、下記の手順で合わせてください。
「Set」の文字が点滅している状態で、“ …SET ”ボタンを長押しすると、点滅位置が
変 わりま す 。
点滅している位置で、一 度“ …SET ”ボタンを離し、再度短く押すと数字が変わりま
す。これを繰り返し、リングゲージに表示されている寸法値に数値を設定したら、点滅
位 置 を「 Set」に戻してください。
④ 測 定 部をリングゲ ージに 入 れ、ラチェットシンブル を持って回します。
測定子とリングゲージの内径が接触し、ラチェットシンブルが『カチカチ』と鳴っ
たところから１〜３回転させたところで停止してください。
⑤“ …SET ” ボタ ン を 押 してくだ さ い 。
LCD表 示 部 の「 Set」の 点 滅 が 消 え 、リングゲージに表示されている寸法値と
LCD表示部の数字が一致していれば、原点設定の完了です。
原点の設定
トラブルと対応
深穴測定用延長ロッドを使用する場合は、必ず専用スパナを２個使用し、下記の
手順で取り付けてください。
①付 属 の 専 用 ス パナ を ロッド の 切 欠 に 差 し込 んで 回し 、ロッド を「 測 定 部 側 」と
「LCD部側」に分離させてください。
②ロ ッ ド の「 測 定 部 側 」と「 LCD部側」の間に深穴測定用延長ロッドを取り付け、
専用スパナで締めてください。
③上記『原点の設定』に従って、原点を設定してください。
深穴測定用延長ロッド
使用方法
①測定子を含めた測定部を脱脂し、グラスペーパなどで拭き取って異物が付着していない状態にしてください。
②“ …SET ”ボタンを押して、電源を入れてください。
③“ABS/INC…UNIT”ボタンを押し、「 ABS」を 表示させてください。
④測定部を被測定物の内側に入れ、ラチェットシンブルを持って回します。測定子と被測定物の内径が接触し、ラチェットシンブルが
『カチカチ』と鳴ったところから１〜３回転させたところで停止して、LCD表示部の数値を読み取ってください。

モード
ご使用の前に、必ずグラスペーパなどで測定子の汚れを除去してください。
測定範囲の上限を３mm以上上回ってスピンドルを回さないでください。
精 密 機 器で すので 、落としたりぶ つけたり、強 い 力を 加えたりしな いでください 。
直射日光の当たる場所や炎天下の車の中、火のそばなどでの使用、保管はしないでください。
水や油のかかるところで使用しないでください。
分 解・改 造 をし な い でくだ さ い 。
使用後は柔らかい布などでゴミや切粉などを取り除き、防錆油を塗布してお子様の手の届かない場所へ保管してください。
１ヵ月以上ご使用になられない場合は、本器より電池を取り外して保管してください。電池の液漏れで本器を破損する恐れ
が あります 。
本体の手入れに有機溶剤を使用しないでください。
用途以外のご使用は、事故やけがの原因となりますので絶対におやめください。

Set the origin to be used for measurement.
The origin is stored even when power is off, so it does not have to be reset every time
power is turned on. When the battery is replaced, the origin will have to be reset.
With “Set” flashing on LCD, a long press on the […SET ]button will move the
blinking to the readout digits in sequence. A short press on the […SET ]button will
change the value at the cursor. Repeat until correct value has been entered and “Set”
blinks.

Use the following procedure and the special spanners provided to attach the deep hole
extension rod.
Remove any grease and dust from the measuring surfaces with a clean cloth, such as a lens cleaning cloth. Make sure no foreign objects
are adhered to the surfaces.
Press the […SET ]button to turn on power.
Make sure “ABS” is displayed on the LCD; press the [ABS/INC…UNIT]if required.
Insert the measurement head into object to be measured and turn ratchet thimble until the measuring surfaces make contact with the inside
diameter. Continue turning until ratchet “clicks” 1~3 times and then read the measurement off the LCD display.
Always remove dirt from measuring surfaces with a lens cloth before use.
Do not turn thimble more than 3mm above upper measurement range.
This is a precision instrument, handle with care. Do not drop or subject to excessive forces.
Keep instrument away from direct sunlight or high temperatures such as in a car, or near a stove or heat source.
Keep instrument away from water and oil.
Please do not disassemble or modify.
Remove dust and cutting chips after use and apply rust preventative oil to metallic surfaces. Please keep out of
reach of children.
When instrument will be idle for one month or more, please remove the battery to prevent damage from battery
fluid leakage.
Please do not use organic solvents to clean the instrument body.
Only use as directed. Improper use may cause accident or injury.

Gauge head does not retract When stored at low temperature, or not used for a while, the internal grease may become stiff.
Allow sufficient time for grease to warm up.
Wearing dust-free gloves, use hand to push in.

Press the [ABS/INC…UNIT]button to reset display to zero while retaining the origin setting in memory.
To return to normal (absolute) measurement mode, press the [ABS/INC…UNIT]button again.

Prepare instrument and ring gauge by cleaning measurement head and ring gauge
inner diameter with appropriate cleaner.
Press the […SET ]button to turn on power.
Press and hold the […SET ]button for more than thee seconds, “Set” will display
on LCD and will start blinking when you release the button.
Confirm that the displayed value matches the dimensions of the ring gauge standard.
If they do not match, use the following procedure to modify.
Insert the measurement head into the ring gauge and turn the thimble until the
measuring surfaces make contact with the inside of the ring gauge. Continue turning
until ratchet stop “clicks” 1~3 times.
Press the [ …SET ]button. The flashing “Set” will disappear. The displayed value
should match the dimension of the ring gauge standard, and origin setting is
complete.

Place the accessory spanners into the notches above and below the split in the rod
and turn to separate the rod into two parts, the “gauge head” and “display unit.”
Attach the extension rod to the measurement head and then attach to the display
unit. Tighten with accessory spanners.
Re-set the origin using the procedure above -- “Setting the origin”
