maintenance, please read these instrucons carefully before
using Sleepy Bole. These instructions only apply to the Sleepy
Bottle. If you have further questions about our instructions,

Do NOT put anything in the Sleepy Bottle heater, except for the
Sleepy Bottle baby bottle.
Read all the instructions.
Do NOT touch hot metal surfaces inside the Sleepy Bottle heater.
To protect against re, electric shock and injury, do NOT immerse
cord, plug or the appliance in water or other liquids.
Do NOT use if the bottle warmer, plug, cord or cable
accidentally falls into water or becomes submerged.
Do NOT put the Sleepy Bottle heater, cord, cable or charger
into a dishwashing, sterilising device, microwave or any
other water operating machines.
Do NOT let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter, and
prevent any contact with hot surfaces.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
near children.
Disconnect the plug when the appliance is not in use.
Inspect carefully before each use.
Do NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged
in any manner. If the bottle warmer is faulty and/or not working
correctly, unplug it from the energy source.
Do NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.

be followed, including the following:

IMPORTANT WARNING

Before rst use and after every use you need to sterilise all
washable parts (both parts of baby formula cartridge, baby
bottle, teat, ring and cover). First put them into a dishwasher
or wash them with hot soapy water, then sterilise them with a
steriliser or leave them in boiling water for 5 minutes.This is to
ensure hygiene.
Always use boiled water that has been cooled to room
temperature. Tap water and/or unsterilised baby bottles can
potentially lead to adverse eects for the health of your baby.
Only prepare one infant formula meal at a time, feed
immediately and follow these instructions carefully. Do NOT
keep any leftover formula mix. If your baby does not drink all
the formula within 30 minutes from preparation, throw it out.
Do NOT refrigerate a leftover bottle with formula with the
intention of feeding your baby later, because bacteria could
reproduce and make your baby sick.
Always hold your baby while feeding. Leaving your baby
unattended may cause choking.
If your child was born premature, with low birth weight or is
immune deficient or less than 2 months old, please consult
your family doctor before using this product.
This appliance does not contain any parts that can be repaired
by the user. Do not dismantle or disassemble except in
accordance with instructions.
Do NOT use the device for any other purposes than its intended
use. Any other use is considered innappropriate and
dangerous.
Use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause re, electric shock or
injury.
When using the appliance at home, place it on a at and stable
surface. When using it in car or outside, make sure you put it
into an upright and stable position.
Always ensure good hygiene by washing your hands and work
surface, and wash and sterilise all the washable parts before
setting up the device.
Do NOT use a coarse dishcloth, steel wool or corrosive liquid to
clean the washable parts.
To avoid contamination or damage of the baby formula cartridge,
do NOT ll with any other substance except dry, instant powder.
For your child’s safety always check food temperature before
feeding by testing on a sensitive part of your skin.
In order to prevent accidents and injuries, do NOT use the
appliance if any of the parts are damaged and/or not working
properly. Please contact our customer service.

Although a part of Sleepy Bole, it could also be used
as a separate product. The following guidance is wrien
for both uses. If you are using the bole as part of the
Sleepy Bole, do NOT fill the bole with any liquids
other than water.

The upper part has a big arrow symbol ( ). You should align
this arrow with the symbol on a lower part as follows:

Add the formula when the cartridge is in the closed position.

When you want to release the baby formula into the water.
Disassemble posion
In this position you can detach the container parts.
This part allows you to pre-prepare the needed amount of baby
formula. Put as much baby formula as you need for one baby’s
meal in the cartridge in the closed position (see next section -
container symbol legend) and screw it onto the bottle. When your
baby is hungry, just release the powder into the baby bottle by
twisting the upper part of cartridge.

Always use this part with adult supervision.
Always check the baby formula temperature before feeding.
Do NOT heat the bottle in a microwave.
Drinks other than water and milk, such as fruit juices and
avoured sugary drinks are NOT recommended. If they are
used, they should be well diluted and only used for limited
periods, not constantly sipped.
Do NOT place in a heated oven.
Do NOT allow children to play with small parts or walk/run
when using the bottle.
Keep all components not in use out of reach of children.
Never ll the bottle with carbonated drinks; the pressure could
cause damage.
Excessive, long-term and continuous sucking of teat could
cause cavities, so do NOT let your baby to use the teat as a
pacier.
Inspect before each use and pull the feeding teat in all
directions. Throw away at rst signs of damage or weakness.
Do NOT use sharp objects to make the teat hole larger.
Do NOT irrigate the teat in disinfectant longer than advised as
this could damage it.
Do NOT expose the teat to a direct sunlight or heat sources.
Make sure you use a teat with a correct ow rate when you
feed your baby (for dierent teat sizes, please visit our web
store).
Do NOT taste baby formula through a teat to help prevent
cavities.

Inspect baby bottle and cartridge before each use. Throw
away at rst signs of damage or weakness.
Do NOT allow children to play with small parts or walk/run
when using the bottle with the baby formula container.
We recommend replacing the baby bottle every four to six
months and baby teats every one to two months.
Do not leave the baby formula in the cartridge for more
than 10 hours. Aer 10 hours, wash and sterilise the
cartridge and prepare it with new, fresh baby formula.

Always make sure that the baby formula cartridge is
completely dry before pung the baby formula in.

Before rst use and after every use you need to sterilise all

All parts (bottle, ring, cover, teat and both parts of cartridge)
are dishwasher safe. All plastics and pigments are non-toxic,
BPA and PVC free and designed to be suitable for use with
food.
Use only mild detergents and soft sponges or brushes.
Abrasive, rough and anti-bacterial cleaners and alcohol-con-
taining disinfectants can damage the product.

This is the part that contains the clever electronics and the
heater, so don’t put it in a dishwasher or a sink. If necessary,
unplug the heater and gently wipe the inside with a damp
kitchen towel. The heater needs to be plugged in to start
warming the water. It is designed to be plugged into a USB port,
power bank or 12 V car socket. It has a DC socket at the back,
where you can plug the 24W charger into a regular wall socket or
use the USB cable for heating with a power bank (when taking a
trip or a walk). The heater heats water evenly, so there aren’t any
hot spots.

The Sleepy Bottle is able to heat 210 ml of room temperature
water (20°C to 22°C) to a nal temperature of 37°C to 39°C in:

When you connect the heater to an energy source, the heater
tests the charging unit. Testing takes up to three seconds.
After the initial light signal, two things can happen. Either you
will see a middle red light blinking fast or middle amber light
slowly pulsing.

For opmal operaon we recommend you to use no
less than 2,1A and 20000mAh power bank.

For opmal heang operaon always use aached
24 W charger or USB cable. Using another charger or
USB cable could damage the heater.
!
Always make sure that the bole is dry when you put
it into the heater. Otherwise the heater could detect
water and start heang even when the bole is empty.
!
Some power banks could turn off during the inial
signal tesng phase and need to be turned on again.
!
This means that testing of the charging unit failed due to the
following two causes:
- The charger you are using cannot provide more than 5 W.
- The charger is not working.
ACTION:
Unplug the charger from the heater, wait 5 to 10 seconds and
reconnect the charger to the heater. If after three attempts, the
middle red light is still blinking, you have to use another charger.
Middle red light blinking fast
This means that testing of the charging unit has succeeded. The
heater works correctly and is ready for you to insert the bottle
lled with water. If the bottle is in the heater, but the amber light
is still slowly pulsing, it means that there is no water in the bottle.
Middle amber light slowly pulsing
This means that the water temperature in the baby bottle is too
high. Either you have inserted the bottle with temperature
higher than 39°C or the Sleepy Bottle heater has overheated the
water in the bottle. In this case, wait for the water to cool down
and for the green light to appear. The green light will almost
always appear in 40 minutes.
Middle amber light blinking
This means that the water has been heating for at least 10
hours. Heating is stopped. You should put in a new bottle with
fresh water and change the baby formula in the cartridge with
the fresh one.

When the bottle with water is inserted into the heater, and the
water temperature is under 37°C, the heating process starts (we
recommend water temperature to be at least 20°C). The number
of lights tells you the time to feeding temperature as follows:

Time signalling can vary due to esmaon and
recalibraon of the heater.

In the event of any interference or abnormal operaon
of the heater, reset the Sleepy Bole by disconnecng
the power supply from the power source and the
heater, wait at least 30 seconds, and reconnect.
!
The heater has a sleep function that allows you to sleep without
being disturbed by the lights on the heater. When in heating, the
lights will turn o after 15 seconds. When you want to see the
light signal again, just lift the Sleepy Bottle and gently tilt it.
Sleep funcon
This is a 24 W charger for standard wall socket usage. Before
usage, it you must put on the attached pin plug.
This means the water in the baby bottle has reached 37°C-39°C
and is ready for preparation of the baby formula meal. You can
take the bottle out of the heater, twist the container, shake the
bottle and baby meal is prepared. Always test the temperature
of the baby formula, before feeding the baby.
Middle green light
This is the USB cable for when you are taking a walk or a trip and
want to connect your Sleepy Bottle to a power bank or 12 V car
charger.

Please read these instructions carefully and thoroughly. Make
sure you follow all the steps, tips and warnings. Being familiar
and strictly following these instructions will allow you to use
your Sleepy Bottle in a way that is safe for you and your child.

Warranty condions
This legal warranty applies to physical goods (hereafter as “the
product”), purchased from South African Distributor:
Little Whale Pty Ltd (hereafter as “the company”), Postnet Suite
287, Private Bag X87, Bryanston 2021
The product has the prescribed quality characteristics and will
function impeccably if you follow the attached operating
instructions. In the event that the product does not match the
product descriptions, has dierent qualities from the model
advertised or shown to the consumer, is not t for purpose,
does not show the quality and performance normal in
products of the same type or the product was not installed
correctly, the company guarantees to repair, or to replace the
product free of charge. The warranty period is extended for
the time of the repair or for the time of the replacement.
In the event that repair, or replacement of a product is not
possible, is too expensive regarding the nature of the product
or the nature of the defect, would cause considerable
inconvenience to the consumer or could not be carried out
within a reasonable time, the company shall provide a partial
or a full refund to the consumer.
The warranty period is 1 years and starts from the date of
delivery of the product. When enforcing the guarantee, an
invoice and this warranty card must be submitted. Therefore,
we ask you to save your invoice and warranty card!
As the product was bought online, the consumer has the
right to cancel and return the product within 14 days
(“cooling o” period) after the delivery of the product. The
consumer is not required to give any reason or justication
regarding the cancelation but must only inform the seller
about the cancelation. The consumer must send back
unused goods within 14 days of informing the company. The
company can charge the costs of returning the product to
the consumer, only if he informs the consumer about such
costs before the cancelation.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by force
majeure, accidents, unforeseen events (such as lightning,
water, re, etc.), improper use or improper transport, failure
to comply with instructions, safety and maintenance regula-
tions, or due to improper and unauthorised interference with
the product.
Traces of everyday use (scratches, dents, etc.) are not subject
to warranty. The warranty does not exclude the consumer's
statutory rights under EU consumer law arising from the
seller's liability for product defects. Repairs made after the
expiration of the warranty period are payable on prior notice.

Ob uporabi elekričnih naprav morate slediti osnovnih varnostnim

Pred prvo in pred vsako uporabo je potrebno sterilizirati vse
dele, ki so primerni za umivanje (oba dela kartuše za mleko v

Vedno držite svojega otroka med hranjenjem. V nasprotnem
primeru lahko pride do davljenja.
Če je bil vaš otrok rojen prezgodaj, z majhno težo, ima krhek
imunski sistem ali je mlajši od dveh mesecev, se glede
uporabe adapranega mleka obrnite na vašega zdravnika.
Uporabljajte napravo izključno v namen, za katerega je bila
narejana. Vsaka druga uporaba je obravnavana kot neprimerna
in nevarna.
V primeru uporabe drugih dodatkov, ki niso priporočeni s strani
proizvajalca, lahko pride do požara, električnega šoka ali drugih
poškodb.
Ob uporabi naprave doma, jo položite na ravno in stabilno
površino. Ob uporabi zunaj ali v avtu, zagotovite, da je naprava
v pokončnem in stabilnem položaju.
Vedno zagotavljajte visoko raven higiene z umivanjem rok in
delovne površine. Pred uporabo umijte in sterilizirajte vse dele
naprave, ki so za to primerni.

Kartuša omogoča pripravo potrebne količine adaptiranega
