- Maximum RPM is adjusted with main needle
- At the first drive, run as set. Turning clockwise will
be increasing RPM and turning counter-clockwise
will decreasing RPM. Turning clockwise extremely
will over-heat finally to breakage of inside of engine.
3. Main needle
Adjust the main adjusting screw
03

Low/middle RPM is adjusted with trimming needle.
For the first drive, try to run as set. Stop driving, and the neutral
tends to stop… finally to stoppage, adjust trimming needle to
continue. Pay attention to balancing for adjusting both main and
trimming needles
Note: When needles are changed, be sure to remember the
original positions, and turn needles by 30 degrees each time.
4. Adjust micro adjusting screw
1. The process of run-in before driving
When you get a new engine, we might remind you that,
no matter what kind of engine, it is important to clean
inside of the engine. They will damage the engine if
the dust and scruff get into it.
Secondly, for the run-in process, we adopt traditional
methods. In other words, we carry out the cool run-in
process under the condition of rich gas. However, the
adjustment situation of the needle valve accords with
the situation of leaving factory. Turn down the needle
value until the carburetor is in full speed without stop,
and go on with 5 tanks oil during those process, you
should let the engine stop for a while before carry on
following process.
When going load milling, the curtate range of the needle
valve should not be adjusted excessively, approximately
1/4 round is best under preview work or reaching the
properly middle/low speed. However, the main needle
only need be curtailed a little. We suggest that the
temperature is no more than 90 centidegree .

2. Switch on transmitter and receiver
Extend out the antennas of transmitter and receiver.
Then, switch on transmitter and receiver.

grap to the maxim position.

Engine cylinder is flooded with fuel, plug is wet and recoil
starter is heavy, remove plug/pull recoil starter for 20-30
times to discharge the fuel.
