安装步骤
1. 本产品可支持吸顶、墙面安装，还可直接放置在固定平台上使用；
吸顶安装 墙面安装 放置使用
说明：建议优先选择墙面安装或放置在固定平台使用，并调整角度，将光照接收区对
着有效光源。

2. 采用吸顶、墙面安装方式时，请先用两颗膨胀螺丝将底座固定，如图所示；

3.打开电池盖，装入一粒CR2电池后盖上电池盖，将探测器主体直接吸扣在底座上，并
调整至合适角度，安装完成。
注：安装前，请先进行联网设置。

联网设置
设置前，请确认无线网关（需另外购买）ZigBee网络正常工作。同时，请确认本产品处于通电
状态，且处于网关的有效通信距离内。
1、加网设置
快击【多功能按键】4次，申请加入ZigBee网络，搜索网络中，【系统指示灯】闪烁；成功加
入ZigBee网络后，【系统指示灯】长亮2秒后熄灭。
快击4次（单次快击时间不超过1秒）
1搜索网络时，闪烁；
成功入网后，长亮2秒熄灭

2、退网设置
长按【多功能按键】10秒，【系统指示灯】闪烁4次后熄灭，恢复为出厂设置，同时退
出ZigBee网络。

注意事项
●安装时为了保证监测准确性，请将光照接收区对着有效光源。
●本产品切勿跌落、撞击，以免损坏内部器件。
●本产品应安装在干燥清洁的地方，防止内部元器件受潮而影响产品使用效果。
●请勿擅自拆卸或改装本产品及其配件。
●若本产品发生故障，非专业人员不得打开本产品，应送到当地维修点进行维修，或直
接与我司客服联系。

故障诊断
1、Q：本产品申请加网时，无法加入网络，应该如何处理？
A：请确认网关是否处于允许加网状态，本产品是否位于网关有效的通信范围内，电池
是否正常供电。
2、Q：当光照强度发生变化时，智能终端上未接收到反馈信息？
A：请确认本产品是否加入网关，APP客户端是否在后台运行。
注：如果是Android版客户端，请确认您的客户端已经在后台运行；如果是ios版客户端，
请在“设置>通知”中开启消息通知功能。
3、Q：客户使用APP客户端管理联网设备时出现频繁掉线现象，应该如何处理？
A：初次安装时，请确认本产品周围是否受到信号干扰，请不要将本产品安装在网关的
通信范围外。
