1Top element + bottom element (conventional nad static cooking):
Wit eat supplied from above and below simultaneously, t is system is suitable
for cooking foods of all kinds.In conventional cooking, also known as
t ermoradiant cooking, it is preferable to cook one dis at a time. Ideal for roasts
of all kinds, bread and pies, it is particularly good for fatty meats suc as goose or
duck.
2Grill element: T e eat provided by t e grill element allows to ave good grilling
results particularly medium/small pieces of meat it can also be used in
combination wit t e rotisserie (w ere installed) to brown foods at t e end of
cooking. Ideal for sausages, spare ribs and bacon. T ose ovens wit 7,9 and 9
functions, t e grill element is composed by a double element w ic allows t e
grilling on t e w ole supporting ob ( large grill). T is function on t ese models
allows to grill a great quantity of food in a uniform way, especially meat.
3Bottom element (final cooking):
Wit eat from below only, t is mode is used to complete t e cooking of foods
w ic require a ig er base temperature wit out browning. Ideal for cakes, pies

mixing any smells or flavors. Ideal for large quantities of food t at requires intense
cooking.
