The product may only be installed on Smeg devices.
For proper, safe use, this manual must be used together with the manual of the instrument or glassware washer on
which the accessory is installed.
Failure to read, any misunderstanding or incorrect interpretation of the instructions provided in this manual may lead
to misuse of the device, put the operator at risk and considerably impair the device’s performance.
The manufacturer declines all liability for uses other than those described in this manual.
Installation, maintenance and repairs may only be done by the manufacturer's authorised
technicians.
Using the device in any manner other than that specified by the manufacturer may void the
warranty.
In case of repairs or replacements, only use genuine Smeg spare parts.

1GENERAL NOTES
This manual is an integral part of the accessory.
Take good care of it and keep it to hand throughout the accessory’s life cycle
You must read this manual with care and comply with all the instructions it
contains.
1.1 Technical Characteristics
SMEG has produced these stands which allow the appliance’s loading level to be raised to a convenient height of
about 70 centimetres above the ground, and which also provide useful space in the integral cupboard with lock and
key.

Tools required
The screws supplied are size 10 with hexagonal head; use of a socket wrench (or a ratchet wrench (fig.)) is
therefore recommended; to adjust the feet, we advise using pipe tongs and a spirit level.

3INSTALLATION
Remove the product from the packaging.
3.1 Preliminary operations

Fitting the feet.
Remember that the height of the feet can be
adjusted.
IMPORTANT level perfectly before placing the
device on the stand.
If possible, to facilitate subsequent maintenance
work, remove the steel base shield for direct
access to the technical compartment.
To ensure the safety of the device, it is
ESSENTIAL to fit the shield plate provided
as described below when installing it on the
stand.
This does not apply if the aquastop AS4060
has already been installed.

3.2 Placing the device on the stand.
Using suitable equipment, place the device on the
stand. There is no need to remove the feet from
the device.
Also remember that the device is simply rested on
the stand, since there are no interlocking parts.

3.3 Fixing.
Once the device has been placed on the stand, they must be fixed
together. USING THE HOLES MARKED BY THE CIRCLES.

Fix the stand to the device using three of the four
screws in the bag.
Use the holes shown below, the 2 holes at the front and
back of the left-hand upright and 1 hole in the back of
the central upright.

3.4 Fitting the shield plate underneath the device
Installation of the shield plate is essential to ensure the safety of the device
It ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to install this part with the greatest care!

Level the device on the stand with a spirit level by
simply adjusting the screws, screwing them in or
out a little.

Leaning or sitting on the open door of the instrument washer might cause
it to tip over, putting people in danger. The door is not designed primarily
to support loads. The maximum weight which can be loaded on the door,
including the weight of the instrument trolley, must never exceed 30 kg.
Therefore, take care not to overload the open door. It is equally important
never to overload the door of the stand.
Devices fitted with AS4060/4190 cannot be installed on stands.
