Installation
“J”-HOOK REMOVAL
1. Remove Mower Deck. See Operator’s Manual
MOWER DECK REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
2. Remove and retain 7/16-14 x 2 capscrews (A, Figure
2) and 7/16-14 locknuts (B) from front axle (D).
Discard “J”-hook (C).

This kit is to install a front counter weight onto a
LT-200 Series Lawn Tractor.
Before beginning any service work turn off the
PTO, set the parking brake, turn off the ignition,
and disconnect the spark plug wire(s).

BRACKET INSTALLATION
1. Install the new bracket (C, Figure 3) to front axle (D)
securing with existing 7/16-14 capscrews (A) and
existing 7/16-14 locknuts (B).
WEIGHT AND DECK INSTALLATION
1. Use one of the rods (A, Figure 5) in the lower hole of
bracket (D) to Install Mower Deck. See Operator’s
Manual MOWER DECK REMOVAL &
INSTALLATION. Secure rod (A) with clip (B).
2. Insert one of the rods (A) through the hitch (D) and
weight (C). Secure rod (A) with clip (B).
