Retain this owner’s manual for future reference.
Precautions
Although the training equipment has taken safety precautions into consideration as
much as possible during the design and manufacture process, but there are still some
safety precautions that need to be observed during operation. Please read the manual
carefully before installation and using the training equipment. In particular the
following safety precautions:
1. Keep children and pets away from the training equipment, and don’t let unattended children stay alone
in the room where the training equipment is located.
2. The training equipment is only allowed to be used by one person at the same time.
3. Stop use of equipment if you experience dizziness, nausea, chest tightness, or other symptoms of
discomfort, and see your doctor immediately.
4. The training equipment should be placed on a clean, level surface and should not be used near a
water source or outdoors.
5. Keep your hands away from any transmission parts when in use.
6. When using the training equipment for training, the dress should be suitable for the training, do not wear
baggy or other types of clothing that may get caught during training, it is also recommended to try to wear
sports shoes or health shoes during training.
7. In the process of using the training equipment, you can only train according to the methods in the operating
instructions, and it is forbidden to use training methods that are not mentioned in the operating instructions.
8. Avoid placing any objects with sharp parts around the training equipment.
9. Any disabled person is not allowed to use the training equipment without the supervision of the training
partner or caregiver.
10. Before training, it is common to warm up by doing a variety of stretching exercises.
11. If the training device appears to function abnormally, its use is prohibited.
12. In the process of training, it is necessary to make training records at any time.
13. This training equipment is not suitable for use as medical equipment.
14. Please tighten the screws, otherwise it might be dangerous to use.

Warning, please follow below assembly steps strictly：
1. Before using this product, please make sure that all screws have been
installed correctly, otherwise it may cause injuries.
2. Do not use this product without the installation completed.
Assembly steps:
1. Take out the components from the package.
2. Lock the Rear Tube (2) to the corresponding screw holes in the Main Frame (1)
with M10*65 Bolts (3), M10 Nuts (4) and M10 Washers (5) according to the figure.

Using this product can not only enhance physical fitness and exercise
muscles, but also play a role in losing weight through a reasonable diet.
Warm-up exercise before training.
This stage of warm up exercise can enhance the trainer's body blood circulation and make the
muscles in a good condition, at the same time reduce the risk of cramping ormuscle pulling during
training. Before each training, please do the warm up exercise according to the following
recommended training methods, each type of stretching exercise must be maintained for
about 30s, when doing exercise, be careful not to do strenuous stretching exercise to prevent
muscle damage, once the muscle is damaged, please stop practicing.
