What is a service flag?
A service flag allows for time-of-day routing.
It can be used to direct calls to a night number or
another number.

Two Types of Service Flags
Automatic service flags (day/
night)
Activated/deactivated according to a
schedule that you set.
Manual service flags
Must be activated manually.

Automatic Service Flags
(day/night)
Specify times in HH:MM-HH:MM format.
Use the symbol "P" for PM or use the 24-hour format.
Multiple intervals can be used (e.g., 9:00-12:30 1:00P-5:00P).

Manual Service Flag
Choose Manual from the Mode dropdown:

Activating Manual Service Flags
To activate/deactivate a manual service flag, do one of the
following:
Dial the service flag number.
Configure a button to activate/deactivate it.
Use the Current state setting from the web interface.
The state of the service flag is shown on the Accounts page:

Linking Service Flags to Accounts
Once a service flag has been created, it can be linked to:
Auto attendants
Hunt groups
Agent groups

