SoarTronic IOIO UART extension board
Assembly manual
Place the capasitors to the center area of pcb.
Bend legs and solder them.
Solder two sets of pinheaders for jumpers.
Use jumpers to keep pinheaders together

Place two pinheaders for IOIO card to the other side of pcb
Use IOIO card to keep pinheaders in line.
Solder only one pin first and check pinheader fits ok.
Place and solder coil, fuse and diode.
And rest of pinheaders for jumpers.
Place and solder rest of capasitors.

Bend max232 legs carefully if them doesn’t fit to the holes of pcb.
Place max232, bend few legs with little screwdriver
and solder them.
Place RJ45 connectors, bend flat housing pins and solder them,
check if RJ connectors fits as it should and solder other pins.

Place and solder rest of pinheaders for IOIO card,
use IOIO card again to keep pinheadrs in line.
Place spacers between pcb’s and solder IOIO card to the pinheaders.
Note! start soldering from usb connector side, solder one corner pin at
a time and check/measure distance between pcb’s to get them in line.
For all parts, solder only one leg first and check if it fits as it should
be, this way it’s more easy fix it if part is not right position.
