GARANTIE
INSTRUCTIONS EN CAS D’AVARIE DE TRANSPORT
Si une avarie ou perte est constatée ou suspectée,
effectuer des réserves auprès du transporteur qui a livré
la marchandise.
WARRANTY
INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EVENT OF TRANSPORT
DAMAGES
Should any damage or loss be found or suspected, express
reserves to the carrier who delivered the goods.
Under the conditions dened hereinafter, SOCAMEL
TECHNOLOGIES shall guarantee delivered products against
faults and defects that could not have been detected by the
purchaser when they inspected the products as per article 8 of
our general terms and conditions (freight & insurance).
In the event of breakdown or failure, the purchaser must inform
us in writing as soon as they become aware of any faults
attributed to our equipment. In no event must the purchaser
attempt to repair such faults or use a third party to do so.
• Purpose: the warranty shall apply starting on the date the
equipment is invoiced or accepted by the constructor-approved
installer. In the framework of the conditions below, this warranty
covers parts, labour and travel (in mainland France only).
• Conditions of application: for all products, the warranty period
is ONE YEAR for parts, labour and travel (mainland France
only). Costs of shipping to our workshops shall be borne by the
purchaser.
If the sale was completed through a certied installer or
approved distributor, the SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES warranty
is strictly limited to the replacement or repair free of charge of all
parts acknowledged to be defective by its technical department
and no indemnity of any nature shall be payable. Labour costs
concerning disassembly and reassembly, transport expenses for
the parts or product in question and travel costs for the repairer
are all to be borne by the certied installer or the approved
distributor. Any expenses resulting from the inability to use the
product shall be exclusively borne by the purchaser.
• Exclusions: the warranty shall not extend to wear parts or
renewal parts, nor parts replaced with others from another
source, nor to damage resulting from incorrect use, particularly
concerning use that is imprudent, negligent, abusive or
abnormal, nor to use of the equipment by persons not trained
by SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES, nor to maintenance that does
not comply with the manufacturer’s instructions set out in the
manuals delivered with the products. The warranty shall not be
binding on SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES in the event of force
majeure (e.g. re), nor in the event that breakdowns or defects
are imputable to a lack of surveillance (e.g. abnormal voltage)
or to uid supplies that are not compliant (especially concerning
the quality of dry air), nor if the purchaser fails to ensure that
periodic maintenance and/or inspection visits are performed
by technicians approved by SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES
and in general in all cases where a person performs work on
the equipment when not approved to do so by SOCAMEL
TECHNOLOGIES.
The warranty on spare parts supplied and/or installed by our
After-sales service department and on any operations resulting
from work we carry out shall be valid for six months starting on
the date they are invoiced.
SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES garantit, dans les conditions ci-
après dénies, les produits livrés contre les défauts,
les vices qui n’auraient pu être découverts par l’acheteur lors
de l’examen des produits prévu à l’article 8 des conditions
générales de vente (transport et assurance).
En cas de panne ou d’avarie, l’acheteur doit nous aviser par
écrit, dès qu’il en a connaissance, des vices qu’il impute à nos
appareils. Il ne peut en aucun cas remédier lui-même ou par
l’intermédiaire d’un tiers à ces défauts.
• Objet : la garantie s’applique à compter de la date de
facturation des matériels, ou de leur réception par l’installateur
agréé par le constructeur. La présente garantie couvre, dans le
cadre des dispositions ci-dessous, les pièces, main-d’oeuvre et
les déplacements (France métropole uniquement).
• Conditions d’application : pour tous les produits, la garantie est
de 1 AN, pièces, main-d’oeuvre et déplacement
(france métropole uniquement).Les frais de retour dans les
ateliers du vendeur sont à la charge de l’acheteur.
Lorsque la vente a été réalisée par le canal d’un installateur ou
d’un distributeur agréé, la garantie due par
SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES est strictement limitée au
remplacement ou à la réparation gratuite de toutes les pièces
reconnues défectueuses par ses services techniques et ce,
sans indemnité d’aucune sorte. Les frais de main-d’oeuvre
afférents au démontage et au remontage, les frais de transport
des pièces ou du produit concerné, les frais de déplacement du
réparateur, sont à la charge de l’installateur ou de l’agent agréé.
Les frais éventuels
consécutifs à l’impossibilité d’utilisation du produit sont à la
charge exclusive de l’acheteur.
• Exclusions : la garantie ne s’étend pas aux pièces d’usure ou
de renouvellement, ni aux pièces qui ont été remplacées par
des pièces d’une autre origine, ou aux détériorations résultant
d’une mauvaise utilisation, notamment d’un usage imprudent,
négligent, abusif ou anormal, d’une utilisation du matériel par
des utilisateurs non formés par SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES,
d’un entretien non conforme aux spécications du constructeur
consignées dans les notices livrées avec les produits. La
garantie n’est pas opposable à SOCAMEL TECHNOLOGIES
en cas de force majeure (d’incendie par exemple) ni au cas
où des pannes ou avaries seraient imputables à un manque
de surveillance (tension électrique anormale par exemple),
à des alimentations en uides non conformes (notamment
en matière de qualité d’air sec) ou encore si l’acheteur n’a
pas fait procéder par des techniciens agréés par SOCAMEL
TECHNOLOGIES aux visites périodiques d’entretien et/ou de
contrôle et plus généralement dans tous les cas d’intervention
de toute personne non agréée pour ce faire par SOCAMEL
TECHNOLOGIES.
La garantie sur les pièces détachées fournies et/ou installées
par le Service Après Vente de
même que les opérations issues de nos interventions sont
garanties 6 mois à compter de leur facturation.

PLAQUE D’IDENTIFICATION IDENTIFICATION PLATE
Pour tous renseignements techniques ou demandes de
pièces détachées, il est nécessaire de savoir préalable-
ment les paramètres suivants:
- la référence de la notice et son indice.
- le numéro de série de l’appareil (inscrit sur la plaque
signalétique)
- le code du module concerné (en haut de page).
- le numéro du composant.

Ne pas transporter de charges lourdes, instables
ou dangereuses sur le plateau supérieur.
Ne pas monter sur le pare-chocs.
Ne pas stopper le chariot sur un plan incliné sans avoir
aligné et verrouillé les roues à frein dans le sens de la
pente.
Porter des gants de protection lors de la manipulation
ou du nettoyage des parties chaudes du chariot (inté-
rieur des portes et paroi médiane isolante) pour éviter
tout risque de brûlure.
Porter des gants et des lunettes lors du nettoyage
du chariot an d’être protégé des produits lessiviels.
La vitesse maximum est de 5KM/H. Les courbes et les
virages doivent être négociés à allure réduite (2,5KM/H).
Les attelages sont conçus seulement pour des parcours
intérieurs et pour une surface parfaitement lisse. Ne pas
atteler plus de 3 chariots. Ne jamais dételer les chariots
sur des surfaces inclinées.
L’Ergoserv ne doit pas être laissé sans surveillance, il y
a risque d’enfermement.
Do not carry heavy, unstable or hazardous loads on the
upper surface.
Do not climb on the bumper.
Do not stop the cart on a slope without aligning and lock-
ing the wheels.
Wear protection gloves when handling or cleaning hot
sections of the cart (inside doors and middle section) to
prevent burns.
Wear gloves and glasses when cleaning the cart for
protection from cleaning products.
Maximum speed authorized is 3 mph/Hour (5km/h).
Curves should be taken at a lower speed : 1,5 miles/Hour
(2,5km/h).
The telescopic tow-bar are designed only for indoor
towing on smooth surfaces. Do not tow more than three
carts at a time. Never unhitch carts on sloping surfaces.
Ergoserv must remain under constant observation be-
cause of the risk of imprisonment.

Ne pas retirer les plaques d’identication du chariot
ERGOSERV.
Verrouiller les roues dès que la navette est connectée
à la borne. Les verrouiller également et orienter les
roues vers le bas de la pente dès que l’appareil est en
position d’arrêt sur un plan incliné.
Il est strictement INTERDIT d’incliner le chariot, en
appuyant sur une porte, pour permettre l’écoulement des
eaux de lavage. Ce procédé risque de fausser les char-
nières, entraînant
une mauvaise étanchéité des portes.
Pour la distribution des plateaux aux patients, il est
recommandé de n’ouvrir qu’une seule porte à la fois,
ceci pour éviter de mettre le chariot en courant d’air et de
refroidir les plateaux prématurément.
Pour des conditions de fonctionnement optimum: en
liaison chaude, les préparations froides doivent être infé-
rieures à +10°C et les préparations chaudes supérieures
à +63°C. En liaison froide, les différents plats préparés
en cuisine doivent être refroidis entre +1°C et +3°C avant
d’être chargés dans le chariot.
Charge maximale par plateau: 2,4 kg.
Do not remove the ERGOSERV carts identication
plates.
Lock the wheels as soon as the cart is connected to the
docking station. Lock them also and point the wheels
towards the bottom of the slope when the machine is
stopped on a slope.
It is strictly forbidden to tilt the cart by pressing on a door
to empty washing water. This would damage the hinges
and result in poor door tightness.
During tray distribution to the patients, it is recom-
mended to open only one door at a time. By doing so, the
ERGOSERV and the trays will remain at the right tempe-
rature for a longer time.
For best operating conditions In cook and serve, cold
food should be under +10°C and hot food over +63°C.
In cook-chill , the various dishes prepared in the kitchen
should be cooled between +1°C et +3°C before being
loaded in the cart.
Maximum weight per tray: 2,4 kg.

● Fermetures et charnières des 2 portes. Vérier
la visserie. Régler si nécessaire.
● Joints : état, étanchéité. Changer si nécessaire.
● Paroi de séparation isolante : s’assurer qu’elle est bien
xée. Resserrer les écrous si nécessaire.
MAINTENANCE SEMESTRIELLE
● Roues :
- Vérier les xations.

- Vérier leur bon fonctionnement.

Procédure pour enlever ou remettre une guillotine
(opérations à effectuer lors du nettoyage de la paroi).
- présenter la guillotine dans l’axe des 2 vis prévu à la
recevoir (Fig.1).
- tout en plaquant la guillotine sur la paroi, faire glisser
celle-ci horizontalement jusqu’au passage de l’ergo et
obtention du déclic de verrouillage (Fig.2).
Important: la guillotine doit pouvoir glisser librement de
bas en haut (Fig.3).
Pour enlever la guillotine, effectuer les opérations en
sens inverse.

- align the guillotine on the 2 screws specially designed to
accommodate it (Fig.1).
- while pressing the guillotine on the wall, slide it
horizontally until it passes the pin and you hear the
locking sound (Fig.2).
Important: the guillotine should slide freely from bottom
to top (Fig.3).
To remove the guillotine, proceed in reverse order.

Instructions générales
Les instructions suivantes s’appuient sur le référentiel de bonnes
pratiques de l’Afnor BP A36-720 pour l’entretien des aciers
inoxydables dans les applications alimentaires ou sanitaires.
● Toute intervention de nettoyage doit être faite par une personne
formée aux instructions de ce manuel et aux préconisations
données par le fabricant de produits lessiviels.
● Attendre que les parties chauffantes aient sufsamment refroidi
pour ne plus présenter de risque de brûlure.
● Porter des gants et des lunettes lors du nettoyage an d’être
protégé des produits et des risques de brûlure.
● Déconnecter impérativement l’alimentation électrique avant de
commencer le nettoyage.
● Eviter toute projection de liquide au travers des ouïes d’aération
des capots.
● Prévenir le service technique compétent de toute anomalie
constatée lors du nettoyage.
Eau:
Utiliser uniquement de l’eau potable douce avec un TH inférieur
à 7°f (70 ppm ou mg/L de CaCO3). Si nécessaire, utiliser un
adoucisseur d’eau pour l’obtenir.
● La température de l’eau de lavage doit être inférieure ou égale
à 60°C.
● La température de l’eau de rinçage doit être comprise entre 60
et 80°C.
Produits:
Ne jamais dépasser les consignes de dilution ou de temps de
contact données par le fabricant des produits
● Le produit lavant doit être compatible avec l’hygiène
alimentaire, sans éléments chlorés et de préférence avec un pH
neutre (proche de 7).
● Le produit rinçant doit être un tensio-actif non ionique.
Lavage:
Utiliser des éponges, des brosses douces en Nylon ou des jets
sous pression (6 bars max.) pour éliminer les salissures pendant
le lavage.
A éviter absolument:
● Tous les produits chlorés (acide chlorhydrique notamment)
et les solvants.
● Tous les abrasifs (poudre, tampon, laine métallique, …)
● Tous les éléments en acier ou en fer ou pouvant en
contenir des traces.
● Les projections de produits sur l’appareil lors du lavage
des sols.
Rinçage:
Rincer abondamment pour éliminer toutes les salissures et toute
trace de produit détergent.
Séchage:
Utiliser des raclettes et des chiffons propres et doux. Eliminer
toutes les gouttes d’eau de rinçage pour donner le meilleur
aspect de surface.
Eviter l’usage de produits de nition (cire, silicone, …)
même compatibles avec un usage alimentaire. Cela favorise
l’accrochage des salissures et peut à terme amorcer la
corrosion.
L’usage de l’air comprimé est possible (6 bars max.).
Attention cependant au:
● Risque pour l’audition (port des protections auditives si
nécessaire).
● Risque sanitaire (système de ltration en amont permettant de
donner à l’air une qualité alimentaire)
Sécher également la prise électrique de l’appareil avant de le
remettre sous tension.
NB: des instructions plus restrictives peuvent être données plus
loin dans ce manuel.
General instructions
The following instructions are based on the best practice
framework issued by the Afnor (French Standards
Association) BP A36-720 relating to the maintenance/
upkeep of stainless steel for food and health related
applications.
● All cleaning operations must be undertaken by
personnel trained in this manual’s instructions and the
recommendations made by detergent manufacturers.
● Wait for the heated sections to cool down sufciently to
avoid the risks of burn.
● Wear gloves and safety glasses when cleaning, in order
to be protected from products and the risk of burns.
● You must disconnect the power supply before starting to
clean.
● Avoid spraying/applying liquid over ventilation inlets on
hoods
● Notify the relevant Technical Department of any
anomalies noted during cleaning
Water:
Only use soft drinking water with a hardness of less than
7°f (70 ppm or mg/L of CaCO3). Where necessary, use a
water softener to achieve this.
● The temperature of washing water must be 60°C or
below.
● The temperature of rinsing water must be between 60°C
and 80°C.
Products:
Never exceed the dilution or contact time instructions
provided by product manufacturers
● Cleaning products must be compatible with food
hygiene, chlorine free and, preferably, with a neutral pH
(close to 7).
● Rinsing products must be non-ionic surfactants.
Washing:
Use sponges, soft nylon brushes or high pressure jets (6
bars max.) to remove dirt during washing.
Never:
● Use chlorinated products (in particular hydrochloric
acid) and solvents.
● Use abrasives (powder, pads, steel wool, etc.).
● Use steel or iron, or items that may contain traces
of them.
● Spray product on equipment when cleaning oors.
Rinsing:
Rinse thoroughly to remove all dirt and traces of
detergent.
Drying:
Use scrapers and soft clean cloths. Remove all drops of
rinsing water to produce the best surface nish.
Avoid using nishing products (wax, silicon, etc.)
even if they are suitable for use with food. They help
dirt to stick and may ultimately cause corrosion.
Compressed air may be used (6 bars max.), but pay
attention to:
● Hearing risks (wear ear defenders if necessary)
● Health risks (the upstream ltration system must make
the air suitable for use in food handling environments)
Dry the equipment’s plug before switching it back on.
