Sokkia GSR 2700 ISX – GPRS Configuration
You mus be using FieldGenius 2008 v4.0.1 or newer.
Start | Settings | Coordinate System
Coordinate System Settings

FieldGenius.

because we are using a Blue oo h

If using a cable, use COM1.
Tolerance odes 1-3

based on your needs.

a defaul baud ra e of 115200. Always

dealer.

Connect to your Rover
Connect to the GPS Receiver (Autonomous Solution)
On he Ins rumen Selec ion screen,
selec your GPS Rover profile and
press he Connec bu on.
If you are connec ing via Blue oo h,
follow any promp s ha come up.
Screens and messages will vary
depending on ype of da a collec or.

following message reminding you o

screen.
Press Continue.
When you ge o he map screen, you
will see he curren solu ion ype as
“Au on” for Au onomous.

Connect to the NTRIP Server (RTK Solution)
When you ge o he map screen, you
will see he curren solu ion ype as
“Au on” for Au onomous.
Press he Control bu on.
In he Selec GPS Task screen, press
he odem On bu on.
Press Yes on he confirma ion screen
ha comes up.
You will see some green and red ligh s
s ar flashing benea h he orange
indica or on he receiver.
Go back in o he Control menu, and
selec Correction Information.
Make sure he Message Informa ion
s a us says “Connec ed o in erne ”.
You should soon see he Message
Coun increasing and he Message Age
ge ing smaller af er FieldGenius s ar s
receiving correc ions.
Press he Close bu on o re urn o he
map screen, and you should now have
an RTK solu ion.
(Going in o Correc ion Informa ion is
op ional, af er pressing Modem On you
could jus wai a he map screen un il
an RTK solu ion ype is indica ed.)
