PREFACE
Congratulations on the purchase of your new HSE1000/3 semi-electric forklift truck, this easy to use truck is made of
high quality materials, specially designed for long lasting and reliable operation. For your own safety and for the correct
operation of the truck, please read and follow these operating instructions before using the truck. It is best to keep this
operating manual in a safe place. Check the truck for transport damage. Damaged electric forklifts must not be used.
STRUCTURAL DATA FORM
SAFETY GUIDANCE
• Always read the warning signs on the truck and the instructions in this manual before use.
• Only operate the lift truck if you are familiar with it and have been trained to do so.
• Only use the truck after you have checked that it is in perfect condition. Pay particular attention to the chain, wheels,
drawbar, chassis, control unit, mast, battery, etc.
• Do not use on very dirty floors or in explosive environments.
• Do not transport persons on the forks.
• When lifting the forks, make sure that nobody stands or walks under the forks.
• Wear gloves during use.
• Do not move the stacker if the goods are lifted to a height above 300 mm.
• When transport/lifting goods, all persons should maintain a safety distance of 600 mm.
• Always distribute the weight of the goods evenly on both forks. Never use only one fork. The centre of gravity of the
goods should be in the middle of the two forks.
• Do not charge beyond the maximum capacity.
• Check the battery fluid regularly before using or charging the battery, if it is not sufficient, top up with distilled water.
Please wear suitable protective clothing (glasses, gloves)!
• The battery should be charged in a dry and ventilated place and away from open fire.
• Set the forks to their lowest position when the truck is not in use.

MAINTENANCE
Hydraulic oil
Please check the oil level every six months. The oil can be hydraulic
oil: ISO VG32, its viscosity should be 32cSt at 40oC, total volume is about 4.0lt.
Daily check and maintenance
Check the truck daily before use, paying particular attention to the wheels and axles. Foreign objects such as cloths/cloths,
etc. can block the wheels, fork, mast or chain. When you have finished working with the truck, unload the forks and lower
them to the lowest position.
Care of moving parts
Use engine oil or grease to lubricate all moving parts.
HOW TO CHARGE STORAGE BATTERY
After approximately 4 hours (normal load) the battery of the truck must be charged. Only charge the battery in well
ventilated places. When charging is complete, disconnect the plug from the mains and store it safely in the chassis.
Charging takes approximately 6 hours if the battery is completely discharged. charge the battery when the voltage is
less than 10 volts.
• Charge the battery when the voltage is less than 10 volts.
• Please check the battery fluid before charging, if it is not sufficient, add some distilled water. Please always wear suitable
protective clothing (glasses, gloves)!
• The charging environment should be ventilated and away from fire sources.
• If the truck is not used for a long time, charge it for at least two hours per week.
• The voltage at the display should not exceed 15 volts when charging.
• Do not use the truck when charging.
CONTROL PANEL
Emergency switch
When actuated, the power supply is disconnected, by turning the emergency switch clockwise, the power supply is restored.
Voltmeter
Display of the battery voltage. If the voltage is below 10 volts, do not use the truck, but charge it first.
Control stick
This joystick controls the lowering or lifting of the forks.

GENERAL

1The forks cannot be lifted to
the maximum height.
• The hydraulic oil is not sufficient. • Fill up with oil.
2The forks cannot be lifted.

3 The engine is not running.
• The emergency switch was pressed and the power was
switched off.
• The voltage is too low.
• The connections of the electrical cable are loose.
• The contact of the DC motor is poor.
• Turn the emergency switch clockwise to turn on
the power.
• Charge the battery.
• Turn it tight.
• Replace them with new ones.
4 The forks cannot
can be lowered.
• The piston rod or mast was deformed by a partial load or
overload on one side.
• The fork was held in the high position for a long time, with
the piston rod being exposed due to rust and jamming of
the rod.
• The drain valve of the pump is not opened.
• Replace these with a new one.
• Keep the fork in the lowest position when not in
use and pay more attention to the lubrication of
the rod.
• Check it, if it is damaged, replace it with a new
one.
5 Leaks
• Sealing parts are worn or damaged.
• Some parts are cracked or worn.
• Replace them with new ones.

6The fork lowers without the
release valve working.
• The impurities in the oil mean that the drain valve cannot
close tightly.
