Mini Bluetooth Speaker
This unit operated on the built-in Lithium-Ion battery
that can be recharged either using the USB port on your
computer or from a USB power adaptor (not included)
with a rated output of DC5V, 500mA and up.
Note: The mini USB Charging Jack located on the unitis
onlydesigned for charging the built-in Lithium-Ion
battery.
Charging Instructions
Charging the battery for first time
(1) Charge the built-in Lithium-Ion battery a minimum
of 3 hours prior to first use.
Plug the unit into the USB port on your computer or
into a USB power adaptor (not included) using the
includes USB cable.
(2) The charging LEDindicator will turn red while
charging and turn off when the unit is fully charged.
Unplug the USB cable from the power source once
the battery is fully charged.
Note:
1. Charging time will vary if you are listening to music
while charging the internal battery. We recommend
you switch off the speaker power during the charging
process.
2. Rechargeable batteries need to be cycled for
maximum performance and longer battery life.
3. To prolong the life of a rechargeable battery, it is
recommended to completely discharge it before fully
charging it again.
Note: The speaker isnot magnetically shielded and may
cause colour distortion on the screen of some TVs
or video monitor. To avoid this, you may need to
move the unit further away from the TV or
monitor if any unnatural colour shifts or image
distortion occurs.
After prolonged use, the internal battery will become
weak and the operation may become intermittent. When
the internal battery charge is very low, a melody will
play alerting you to recharge the internal battery as
soon as possible.

Mini Bluetooth Speaker
LINE OUT Mode
You can connect the MB101K to an external Hi-Fi
system or headphone by connecting the LINE OUT
mode. The music will come out from the speaker of
external Hi-Fi system or headphone.
LINE IN Mode
You can play music sources (such as an i-Pod, MP3 or
other digital audio player) through the speaker of this
unit by connecting in LINE IN mode.
(1) Plug one end of the 3.5mm connection cord
(not included) into the LINE IN jack, the Blue LED
indicator will flash slowly. Plug the other end of the
connection cord into your external player.
(2) Start playing your external player.
(3)
Press the Volume Up (+) / Down (-) button on MB101K
or your external player to adjust to the desired
volume level.
Note: If you were playing music before, plug out the
3.5mm cord, the music will automatically resume
playing.
Turning Power ON/OFF
(1) To turn ON the unit, pushing power switch from OFF
to ON, a beep is heard and the BLUE indicator will
flash quickly.
(2) To turn OFF the unit, pushing power switch from ON
to OFF. Don’t forget to turn off the Bluetooth feature
on your cell phone.
Speaker Operation
Pairing (linking) a Bluetooth enabled cell phoneor other
Bluetooth enabled device to the unit. Please make sure
that the Aux-In cable is not plug-in the Line In Function
when pairing.
(1) If the unit has never been paired with a Bluetooth
device before.
You need to follow the pairing instructions below to
link the unit with your Bluetooth device.
In turn ON mode, the Blue LED indicator will flash
quickly. The speaker is ready to pair (link) with your
Bluetooth device.
Turn on the Bluetooth function of your cell phone and
enable the search or scan function to find the
“MB101K”.
Select “MB101K” from the device list when it appears
on your device screen. If required, enter the pass
code ”0000” to pair
(link) the unitwith your cell phone
or Bluetooth device.
(2) After turning on the MB101K, the unit will search for
the last paired device. The BLUE indicator will flash
rapidly. If the unit finds the paired Bluetooth device,
a beep is heard and the BLUE indicator will keep
light on.
(3) After successfully pairing (linking), you can begin
playing music from your Bluetooth device wirelessly
to the speaker.
(4) Press the Volume Up (+) / Down (-) button on MB101K
or your Bluetooth device to adjust to the desired
volume level.
(5) Press the / button on MB101K or your Bluetooth
device to advance to the next track or return to the
previous track.
A clear field between the Transmitting Device and the
Bluetooth Speaker is recommended to minimise
interference.
