When connecting the system to a TV and an STB (Set Top Box)

To watch a DVD, select the input on the TV that the system is connected to.
To use an STB, select the input on the TV that the STB is connected to, and then press FUNCTION on the system (or FUNCTION +/- on the remote)
repeatedly to select “TV.”
To enjoy higher picture quality, an HDMI cable can be used instead of a video cord , if the TV has an HDMI jack.
For more information on TV connections, see the Operating Instructions (Step 3: Connecting the System).
Pour regarder un DVD, sélectionnez l’entrée du téléviseur à laquelle le système est raccordé.
Pour utiliser un STB, sélectionnez l’entrée du téléviseur à laquelle le STB est raccordé, puis appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche FUNCTION du
système (ou sur la touche FUNCTION +/- de la télécommande) pour sélectionner « TV ».
Pour proter d’une qualité d’image supérieure, vous pouvez utiliser un câble HDMI au lieu du cordon vidéo , pour autant que le téléviseur soit
équipé d’une prise HDMI.

To use an STB, select the input on the “BRAVIA” TV that the STB is connected to, and then press FUNCTION on the system (or FUNCTION +/– on the
remote) repeatedly to select “TV.”
Using a “BRAVIA” TV with digital audio output, you can enjoy TV and STB multi-channel broadcasts on the system.
Depending on your “BRAVIA” TV, STB multi-channel broadcasts may not output from the system. For details, refer to the operating instructions
supplied with the “BRAVIA” TV.
