Connect and install the speakers and TV by following the instructions.

When connecting the system to a TV only (Basic connection example)

The speaker cords and connectors are color-coded with their respective SPEAKER jacks.
For more information on speaker connections, see the Operating Instructions (Step 3: Connecting the System).
When you install the S-AIR receiver AIR-SA10 (supplied with DAV-HDX678WF/HDX975WF), refer to its Operating Instructions.
Les cordons d’enceinte et les connecteurs possèdent un code de couleur identique à celui des prises SPEAKER correspondantes.

To enjoy higher picture quality, an HDMI cable can be used instead of a video cord , if the TV has an HDMI jack.

supplied. You can buy one at a nearby electronics store.

When connecting the system to a TV and an STB (Set Top Box)

To watch a DVD, select the input on the TV that the system is connected to.
To use an STB, select the input on the TV that the STB is connected to, and then press FUNCTION on the system (or FUNCTION +/- on the remote)
repeatedly to select “TV.”

Example 2: Connection to “BRAVIA” with digital audio output

To watch a DVD, select the input on the “BRAVIA” TV that the system is connected to.
To use an STB, select the input on the “BRAVIA” TV that the STB is connected to, and then press FUNCTION on the system (or FUNCTION +/– on the
remote) repeatedly to select “TV.”
Using a “BRAVIA” TV with digital audio output, you can enjoy TV and STB multi-channel broadcasts on the system.
Depending on your “BRAVIA” TV, STB multi-channel broadcasts may not output from the system. For details, refer to the operating instructions
supplied with the “BRAVIA” TV.
Pour regarder un DVD, sélectionnez l’entrée du téléviseur « BRAVIA » à laquelle le système est raccordé.
Pour utiliser un STB, sélectionnez l’entrée du téléviseur « BRAVIA » à laquelle le STB est raccordé, puis appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touché

Si vous utilisez un téléviseur « BRAVIA » avec sortie audio numérique, vous pouvez pro ter des émissions multicanaux du STB et du téléviseur sur le
système.
Selon le téléviseur « BRAVIA », il est possible que les émissions multicanaux du STB ne soient pas reproduites par le système. Pour plus de détails,
reportez-vous au Mode d’emploi fourni avec le téléviseur « BRAVIA ».
