Power Supply
Open the battery compartment (10) and insert three batteries, type 1,5V UM-4 or AAA-cells, (preferably alkaline)
with the correct polarity as indicated by the “ + “ and “ – “ symbols inside the compartment.
Batteries contain chemical substances, so they should be disposed of properly. Incorrect use of batteries can cause
electrolyte leakage and will corrode the compartment or cause the batteries to burst. Therefore:
- Do not mix battery types: e.g. alkaline with carbon zinc. Only use batteries of the same type for the set.
- When inserting new batteries, do not try to mix old batteries with the new ones.
- Remove the batteries if the set is not to be used for a long time.
Reception Instruction of RCC signal
1. When the batteries are installed, this unit will automatically receive RCC signal when it starts working.
2. The device will receive automatically at AM 2:00, AM 3:00 and AM 4:00.
3. Time for RCC signal reception
a) 8 minutes is possibly needed for RCC reception when the signal is weak
b) Reception of RCC stops after trying for 4 minutes when there is no RCC signal
c) 2-3 Minutes is needed to receive RCC when the signal is strong
icon indicates that the RCC signal is received successfully and time and date updating has also been
finished.
Manual RCC reception
In normal operating condition, press and hold 12/24 - MANUAL button (5) for 3 seconds to receive RCC.
RCC Signal activated: Icon blinking
RCC Signal deactivated: Icon will disappaear ÆPress 12/24 - MANUAL button again

Manual Time Setting
1. Press SET / °C-°F button (2) to enter TIME SET MODE ÆHour blinking
2. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) or DOWN / ALM2 button (4) to set the hour
3. Press SET / °C-°F button (2)
4. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) or DOWN / ALM2 button (4) to set the minute
5. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) to set the second to zero ÆConfirm with SET / °C-°F button (2)
6. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) to set the Year ÆConfirm with SET / °C-°F button (2)
7. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) to set the Month ÆConfirm with SET / °C-°F button (2)
8. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) to set the Date ÆConfirm with SET / °C-°F button (2)
9. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) to choose your language
a. DEU= German; FRA= French; ENG=English; ESP= Spanish; ITA= Italian
b. Confirm with SET / °C-°F button (2)
10. Press 12/24 – MANUAL button (5) to choose 12 hour or 24 hour format
→Hour→Minute→Second→Year→Month→Date→Language→NormalTime Display
Alarm Setting
1. Press MODE button (1) to enter ALM1 MODE
2. Press SET / °C-°F button (2) to adjust the Alarm Time ÆHour blinking
3. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) to set the Hour ÆConfirm with SET / °C-°F button (2)
4. Press UP / ALM1 button (3) to set the Minute ÆConfirm with SET / °C-°F button (2)
5. Press MODE button (1) to enter ALM2 MODE
6. Repeat step 2-4 and than press MODE button (1) Ænormal time display
7. Press UP / ALM1 (3) or DOWN / ALM2 (4) button to activate the alarm time

8. Alarm deactivate, press UP / ALM1 (3) or DOWN / ALM2 (4) again ÆNO icon
Alarm with snooze
1. When alarming press SNOOZE/LIGHT button (6) to stop alarm for 5 minutes Æflickering.
2. To STOP alarm press any button except SNOOZE/LIGHT
Choose temperature °C/°F
In normal operating condition, press and hold SET / °C / °F button (2) to switch °C/°F display
Functional Introduction
1. Clapping Controlled Back Light: Clapping hands nearby the product, or gently knocking on the table where
locate the unit, or lightly touching any place on unit Æthan LCD backlight and projection light will turn on for the
convenience of night reading; and goes off automatically after ca 8 seconds.
Switch the S/C (7) to ON position.
Adjust the projection focus by FOCI ADJUST button (9)
Press 180° PROJECTION button (8) to flip the projection 180°
