RelaxComfortDuorequiresa230V,1x10A(2kW,standard)or1x16A(3kW)connection,
viaamainbreakerswitch.Aresidualcurrentdevicemustbeengaged.Itisalso
recommendedthatatimer(clock)withanon/offswitchbeinstalledtoensurethatthe
filtrationsystemsrunsabout4‐6hoursperday.E.g.2x2hours,or2x3hours,depending
onwhatismostappropriatefortheuser.Meanwhile,theelectricalheateralsoturnsonif
thetemperaturedropsbelowthesetvalue.

Takethisintoaccountandfillwithwarmwaterfirst,orwarmupthespacewithanappropriate
heaterbeforefillingwithwater.
P. Afrostguardcanbeplacedinthetechnicalareatoprotectagainstdamagefromfreezingincold
weatheriftheequipmentfails.

Thewoodontheoutsidemustbetreatedwithwoodoilannually.Theoilmustbesuitableforhardwood
orheattreatedwoodandprovideUVprotection.Itwouldbealsogoodifitcontainsaslightbrownish
nuanceinordertoprovidemoreprotection.

Waterconsumptionandenergy!‐Fillingisgenerallydonewithagardenhoseconnectedtothe
watermains.Ifanotherwatersourceisused,takespecialconsiderationregardingthepotentialfor
bacteria.Readtheinstructionsonwaterhygieneandtheuseofchemicals.

Cleaningthehottub‐Afterthewaterhasbeenusedinahottubsoitshouldbeemptiedout.Thehot
tubisthenrinsedoutwithcleanfreshwater.Thewaterhasbeeninalongtime,itshouldalsobescrubbed
withegpinesoap.IfyouhaveastovefromSpaDealerssoitshouldalwaysbeemptiedofwater.

Heatingdevice‐Alwaysreadtheseparateinstructionssuppliedwiththeheatingdevice,forexample,
woodstoveorgasheater.Besuretofollowthemandtakealsointoaccountthepossibleriskoffreezing.

Cleaningoffilters
Cleaningthefiltercartridge:Inadditiontowashingthefilterwitheg.ahandheldshower,youalsoneed
tocleanthefiltercartridge"indepth".Mineralsandothercontaminantsthatareverydifficulttodetect
cangetstuckdeepinsidethefilter'sfibers,thuscausingproblemswiththewaterflow.

Filtercleaning:
1. PutthedirtyfilterinabucketofwaterandaddmachinewashingdetergentorFilterCleaner.
2. Leaveitsubmersedinthesinkforatleast12hours.
3. Removethefilterandrinseitclean.withawaterhoseorhandheldshower,bothinsideandout.
Letitdryproperlybeforereinstalling.
Unscrew the air screw on top of the filter.
Close the upper valve.
Then close the lower valve and shut down the
pump at once.
The filter can now be removed. Installation in
reverse.
