Filter-Rückspülarmatur
6-Wege-Ventil mit Klarspüleinrichtung
Allgemeiner Hinweis
Die Rückspülarmatur BADU®MAT T 1 ist zum direkten Aufbau auf einen Filterbehälter bestimmt. Das Ventil ist in zwei
Ausführungen erhältlich: Mit Klebeanschlüssen d 50 mm/Verschraubung d 50 mm zum Einkleben von einem Rohr Ø 50 mm
oder mit Tüllenanschlüssen für einen Schlauch Ø 38 mm. Werkstoff: ABS.
Bei Klebeausführung min 12 Stunden Aushärtezeit beachten!
Funktion
Vor Betätigung des BADU®MAT T 1 ist die Pumpe abzuschalten. Durch Herunterdrücken und Drehen des Hebels kann das
Ventil in die gewünschte Position gebracht werden.
Ist der Filter so weit verschmutzt, dass kein ausreichender Filtrationsförderstrom mehr vorhanden ist, sollte wie folgt
vorgegangen werden:
Pumpe abschalten. Hebel von der Position FILTERN in die Position RÜCKSPÜLEN bringen. Pumpe einschalten.
Ausreichend Rückspülen. Durch nochmaliges Drücken und Drehen des Hebels, die Stellung NACHSPÜLEN wählen. Pumpe
kurz laufen lassen, um das Filtermedium klar zu spülen. Pumpe abschalten. BADU®MAT T 1 zurück in die Position FILTERN
stellen und Pumpe wieder einschalten.
Ventil-Positionen
Reinigen des BADU®MAT T 1
Pumpe abschalten. Wenn erforderlich, Kugelhähne in den Rohrleitungen schließen und die Anlage etwas entleeren. Hebel auf
WINTER stellen. Die selbstschneidende Sicherheitsschraube des Deckels lösen, komplettes Oberteil abschrauben und
BADU®MAT T 1 reinigen. Beim Zusammenbau das Oberteil wieder aufschrauben und Sicherheitsschraube handfest
anziehen.

BADU®MAT T 1
Filter backwash valve
6-way multiport valve with clear rinsing unit
General note
The BADU®MAT T 1 6-way multiport valve is designed for direct mounting on the filter housing. The valve is available in two
versions: With glue connections d 50 mm/union d 50 mm for gluing in a pipe Ø 50 mm or with socket connections for a hose
Ø 38 mm. Material: ABS.
Observe curing time of at least 12 hours for glued version!
Function
The pump has to be switched off before operating the BADU®MAT T 1. The valve can be brought to the desired position by
pressing down and turning the lever.
If the filter is soiled to such an extent that the filtration flow is no longer sufficient, proceed as follows:
Switch the pump off. Turn the lever from the position FILTER to the position BACKWASH. Switch the pump on. Backwash
sufficiently. Press and turn the lever once more to select the RINSE position. Run the pump briefly to rinse the filter medium
through. Switch the pump off. Set the BADU®MAT T 1 back to the position FILTER and switch the pump back on.
Valve positions
Cleaning the BADU®MAT T 1
Switch the pump off. If required, close the ball valves in the pipes and drain the system slightly. Set the lever to WINTER.
Loosen the self-tapping locking screw on the cover, remove the complete upper part and clean the BADU®MAT T 1. To
reassemble, screw the upper part back on and tighten the locking screw hand tight.

RECIRCULATE Circulate without filter. PUMP – TANK - SWIMMING POOL
WINTER Idle period. To relieve the seals. Never operate the pump in this position!
