．Electrical safety
All installation an operation here shoul conform to local electrical safety co es.
Use a certifie /liste 12VDC Class 2 power supply only.
Please note: Do not connect two power supplying sources to the device at the same time;
it may result in device damage! The product must e grounded to reduce the risk of
electric shock.
Improper han ling an /or installation coul run the risk of fire or electrical shock.

．Environment
Heavy stress, violent vibration or exposure to water is not allowe uring transportation,
storage an installation.
This pro uct shoul be installe in a cool, ry place away from irect sunlight an heat
sources.
Do not install the pro uct in extreme temperature con itions.
Do not expose the camera to electromagnetic ra iation. Otherwise it may result in CMOS
sensor failure.
Do not block any ventilation openings.
Do not allow water an liqui intrusion into the camera.
3. Operation and Daily Maintenance
Please shut own the evice an then unplug the power cable before you begin any
maintenance work.
Do not touch the CMOS sensor optic component. You can use a blower to clean the ust on
the lens surface.
Always use the ry soft cloth to clean the evice. If there is too much ust, use a cloth
ampene with a small quantity of neutral etergent. Finally use the ry cloth to clean the
evice.
Please use a professional optical cleaning metho to clean the enclosure. Improper
enclosure cleaning (such as using cloth) may result in poor IR functionality an /or IR
reflection.
The groun ing holes of the pro uct are recommen e to be groun e to further enhance
the reliability of the camera.
Dome cover is an optical evice, please on’t touch or wipe cover surface irectly uring
installation an use, please refer to the following metho s if irt is foun :
Staine with irt
Use oil-free soft brush or hair ryer to remove it gently.
Staine with grease or fingerprint
Use oil-free cotton cloth or paper soake with alcohol or etergent to wipe from the lens
center outwar . Change the cloth an wipe several times if it is not clean enough.

1.2 Check Device
Remove the evice from the package. See Figure 1-1.

The installation template is use for rill hole positioning on the surface. See Figure 1-2.

1.4 SD Card Slot and Reset Button
SD car slot an button are shown in Figure 1-3.
Please make sure the SD car is in a non rea -write state when removing it. Otherwise, it
may result in ata loss an SD car amage. The button is use for setting the evice back
to a factory efault state. Press an hol the reset button for more than 5 secon s to
activate factory efault.

2Device Installation
2.1 Component Installation
The installation of pe estal seal ring is shown in Figure 2-1.

2.2 Installation Steps
2.2.1 Installation Environment
The ceiling mount spee ome can be installe on a har surface ceiling in an in oor
environment. Before the installation, please make sure:
The ceiling is thick enough to install the expansion bolt.
The ceiling can sustain at least 8x the weight of the spee ome.
2.2.2 Installation Steps
Step 1
Install the efault pe estal seal ring as shown in Figure 2-1.
Step 2
Confirm the installation position, rill holes on the ceiling accor ing to the installation
template, an then put the three plastic expansion bolts into the holes.
Step 3
Unscrew three locking screws on the enclosure by using the hex wrench, an remove the
enclosure.
Step 4
Use the three self-tapping screws to fix the pe estal on the surface, an insert the screws
into the expansion bolts.
Step 5
Use the three locking screws to fix the ome enclosure on the pe estal.

3IP Scanner
3.1 Overview
IP Scanner can search for the evice on the local network.
Please note that only evices that are on the same subnet can be iscovere .
3.2 Operation
Open up IP Scanner.

Ⅰ Surge Protection
This evice uses TVS lighting protection technology. It can effectively prevent amages from
various pulse signals below 2000W, such as su en lighting an surge. While maintaining
your local electrical safety co e, you still nee to take necessary precaution measures when
installing the spee ome in an out oor environment.
The istance between the signal transmission cable an high-voltage evice (or high-
voltage cable) shall be at least 50 meters (164 ft).
Out oor cable layout shall go un er the penthouse if possible.
For vast lan , please use sealing steel tube un er the lan to implement cable layout
an connect one point to the earth. Open floor cable layout shoul not be use .
In areas prone to strong thun erstorms or near high sensitive voltage (such as near
high-voltage transformer substation), you nee to install a itional high-power
lightning protection evice or lightning ro .

System shall a opt equal-potential wiring. The earth evice shall meet anti-jamming

When connecting the system to earth alone, the earth resistance shall not be more than
4Ω an earth cable cross-sectional area shall be below 25 mm^2.
