ARRIVES COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED EXCEPT FOR THE STAND. DIRECTIONS
FOR ASSEMBLING THE STAND CAN BE FOUND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE
OPPOSITE PAGE.
nTO PROVIDE CONTINUED PROTECTION AGAINST RISK OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK, CONNECT TO PROPERLY GROUNDED OUTLETS ONLY.
nIT IS NOT RECOMMENDED THAT EXTENSION CORDS BE USED WITH YOUR
DRYER; LONGER CORDS ARE AVAILABLE TO BE INSTALLED BY THE FACTORY.
REPLACE OR REPAIR DAMAGED CORDS IMMEDIATELY.
nTHE APPLIANCE SHOULD BE STORED IN A DRY PLACE AND LOCATED
WHERE IT IS NOT LIKELY TO BE DAMAGED.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
nRead all instrucons before using appliance.
nTo protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse in water or any other
liquid and do not use while bathing.
nClose supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
nUnplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
nAlways keep cord away from heated surfaces.
nDo not leave appliance unaended when it is operang.
nDo not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or aer the
appliance malfuncons or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
nUse appliance only for its intended use. The use of aachments not sold or
recommended by the manufacturer may cause hazards.
nConnect to properly grounded outlets only. See the Warnings and
Important Informaon secon above.
nDo not drop or insert any object into any opening or duct as this may cause
an electrical hazard.
nDo not block air openings.
nDo not direct air ow toward eyes or other heat sensive areas.
MAINTENANCE YOU CAN PERFORM:
(Before performing any of these maintenance acons, please ensure your
dryer is unplugged.)
nRemove air intake screen and use the blower end of a vacuum to remove
as much hair and dirt as possible. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO STICK ANY-
THING INTO THE DRYER. Clean as oen as necessary.
nA reserve oil supply is sealed in the motor, thus eliminang the need for
frequent oiling. Aer 12 months or 2,000 hours of operaon, dryer should
be lubricated. NOT ALL MOTORS REQUIRE OILING - PLEASE CONTACT SPEEDY
DRYER FOR ASSISTANCE.
nTo permit free movement of nozzle, place dryer in down posion and put a
few drops of oil in between the moving parts of the swivel.
nWe recommend having your dryer serviced by the factory every 12 mos.

IF THE DRYER ISN’T RUNNING PROPERLY:
nMake sure your appliance is securely plugged into a working outlet.
nTest the outlet by plugging in another appliance you know to be working.
nMake sure all breakers and switches are turned on.
nIf the appliance is producing heat but not air, the motor may not be
moving. Press the (red) motor reset buon on the motor body.
nIf the air ow is minimized, your dryer may be blocked and in need of
cleaning.

STAND INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install ve (5) legs into the star base.
2. Tighten bolts.
3. Posion dryer so nozzle and stem are in line with one another.
4. Insert dryer stem into stand tube.
