8 Meter Operation
Turn on power switch, and the meter will light up.
Press on the left side of the meter button to choose power output mode.There are 4 gears
to shift, as follow:
• “0” gear - 0% assist
Fitness mode: motor power output 0%, suitable for sport and exercising.
• “1” gear - 25% assist
Aerobic mode : motor power output 25%, lower consumption, longer range, suitable for aerobic
ride exercising .
• “2” gear - 50% assist
ECO mode: motor power output 50%, moderate consumption, suitable for outdoor leisure or
riding on flat roads.
• “3”gear - 90% assist
Climbing mode : motor power output 90%, suitable for slope climbing or fast trips.
Press on the right side meter button to choose ‘meter display’, as follow:
• , single trip riding mileage (km)
• , total riding mileage (km), once press the right side meter button
• , single trip riding time(h), twice press the right side meter button
• Long press the right side meter button for 2 seconds, can display plug-in battery capacity
(applicable for bike with plug-in battery pack).

1. Please shut off the battery when the bike is unused.
2. Please charge the bike every 60 days if you do not use it, to
prevent the battery from breaking down and ceasing to function.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
Step 1
In the packaging of the Spinta Corso you will nd
the handlebar in parallell position to the front
Wheel.
Step 2
Turn the handlebar perpendicular to the front
Wheel.
Step 3
Fix the steering screws (right and left).

10 How to connect Bluetooth Speaker
1. The valid range for the bluetooth speaker is 0-10m and and is normally best within 5 m.
2. How to connect the bluetooth speaker: Turn on the bluetooth of your mobile/pad, search nearby
Bluetooth devices, nd “E-scooter” and connect it (once connected it only accepts one phone/pad).

Any riding tools are a security risk, and Spinta Corso is no exception, so you have to learn more about
the product safety precautions, and pay attention to safety when riding.
Spinta Corso is a stylish and portable transport tool to meet the short-distance travel needs. In some
countries and areas, when riding an electric bike you must obey the local laws and regulations.

Safety Warnings
• Warning! Brakes will heat up in ride. Do not touch the brakes after use;
• Must not be used in crowded areas;
• Always pay attention to your own and others’ safety;
• Only use the product for riding;
• Electric bicycle cannot be modied;
• Do not allow hands, feet, hair, body parts, or other similar parts to touch rotating parts, such as
wheels, rotating systems and motors while riding;
• Please abrupt sharp collision, wet pavements and uneven roads;
• For the electrical system specications and services please refer to the operating instructions;
• It is recommended not to ride in dark places at night;
• It is recommended that the user check the restrictions of use for road safety in accordance with
the regulations;
• It is recommended to ride on flat, hard, dry and clean cement or asphalt roads;•
• Please avoid riding on water, sand, gravel, pavement debris and in rain, which affects the brakes
and visibility;
• Before riding, you must wear a helmet, gloves, elbow, kneecap protection and other safety
equipment to prevent accidents;
• Check the vehicle: Before riding you need to check whether the power is sufcient, whether the bike
has any problems or loose parts;
• It is forbidden to ride on wet roads, especially snow and water,
• It is recommended not to climb more than 15 degree up and down ramp.
• Users should keep checking the brake performance, pay attention to lengthening the braking
distance when riding downhill, rain and snow;
• Please try to or in avoid rapid acceleration or deceleration, avoid excessive forward and backward
body or speeding;
• When movement the remaining power is insufcient, please ride at a low speed, and charge the
bike as soon as possible;
• If there is a risk of falling, protect your personal safety rst, adhere “human the safety priority”
principle;

12 Safety Usage
• Do not put your hands in your pocket while riding, in case something sudden happens;
• Make sure you understand and comply with local trafc laws and regulations while riding Spinta
Be considerate when riding, pay attention to the people and objects around you, so as to avoid your
collision;
• Ride the bike at a controlled safe speed for your own safety and that of those around you;
• Respect the right of way of other pedestrians, do not frighten them, especially children; slow down
and warn pedestrians while riding behind them;
• Keep safe distance while there are other riders in your path, do not ride side by side unless there is
enough a space for pedestrians to pass;
• Do not ride in poor light places. If you have to, please slow down and pay more attention;
• Please avoid riding backwards, as this is dangerous. Only do so for a few steps to avoid sudden
obstructions.
Active safety protection measures
• Before using, make sure that all locking parts are locked in place; (Follow the installation
instructions, to avoid causing injury).
• Check the xing of all screws before use to avoid self-locking nuts or other xed parts loosening;
• Inflate the tyre appropriately, and make sure there is enough anti-skid;
• Check that axle protective cover and other protective equipment is correctly tted;
• The electric chain might loosen after riding a period of time. To tighten it, loosen the nuts on both
sides of the rear axle and tighten the chain nut, making sure the rear wheel is aligned horizontally
with the frame, and then both sides. If the chain is tight, repeat the operation as above (chain sag
10mm-15mm).
• Adjust the saddle height. The safety line should not be showing, and pay attention to the saddle
tube clamping. Tightening torque for the handle should not be less than 18Nm;
• Before riding, please follow the preparations and inspections required by the manufacturer:
- Wear a helmet, kneecap, gloves, elbow and other protective equipment.
- Find a suitable place for safe cycling and protector.
- Check the functioning of the brake system.
- Check that the safety badge is properly positioned and is easily readable and understandable.
• Do not let others use your Spinta Corso unless the person has read the manual carefully;
• Please ride safely. Always wear approved protective equipment: a helmet to protect your head
gloves, eye protection equipment, elbow pads and other protective equipment;
• Do not ride when incapable or unable to comply with the instructions and warnings in the manual;
• Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or medicine;
• Dismount from the bicycle in good time in case of insufcient battery, continuous alarm and
constant speed reduction, and resolve the problem as soon as possible to ensure your safety;
• Please check before riding, and never ride without having rst solved any problems of pieces in
bad condition or damaged.

MAINTENANCE
Step 1
Take out the front wheel.
Step 3
Insert the axis from the right side, for each side
of the bottom bracket, there is a small spring,
and the spring circle towards the inside.
Step 5
Fasten the right bar and lock the front fork.
Step 2
Place the brake pad on the brake slot.
Step 4
Tighten the bottom bracket screw of the left side
front fork, should not screw too tightly.
Step 6
Rotate the front wheel, if there is no friction, it is xed.
If there is friction, loosen the screw on the brake.
Front wheel part. Fix the front wheel with attached tools (as picture shows)

Step 1
Rotate the stem cover clockwise at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Symmetrically x the screws from both sides,
tighten from right side and left side alternately,
do not x/unx it in one direction only.
Step 5
Adjust the handle bar to the safety line, do not
offset.
Step 2
Open the mini round cover, then lock the screw
inside the cover (see above picture). Cover it
after locking.
Step 4
Disassemble the handle bar screws.
Step 6
Fix the screws in opposite angles (see as above
picture).

Step 1
There is a left side pedal and a right side pedal,
“L” means left side, and “R” means right side.
Step 7
Insert the brake power-off connector to the
socket (as above picture).
Step 3
Pedal assembly nished as the picture shows.

Do as the picture shows, twist the corresponding
pedal to the screw hole, then tighten the screw.
Step 8
The handlebar completely installed as the
picture.

Shake it slightly to loosen the connector.

Add some lubricating oil to the screw for
easier tightening.

Daily lubricating maintenance (see below table)
• Keep the air pressure of the tyres below 35 PSI;
• Use genuine spare parts, and ask local distributor or professional technicians to install them;
• Replace the tyres when damaged or the seriously worn.
Daily cleaning
• If the surface of the Corso Spinta becomes dirty, use a soft cloth with a little water to wipe it. If
the stains are difcult to remove, apply a little toothpaste and use a toothbrush to scrub the area
several times. Then clean it again with water and a soft cloth;
Notice :Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene or other corrosive, volatile chemical solvents to clean
the bike, to avoid damaging the appearance and internal structure. Do not use a water gun with
pressure to rinse. While cleaning, make sure Spinta Corso e-bike is powered off, the cable is
unplugged and charging port is covered, in case of the electric shock or serious failure.
• Please the store the Spinta Corso e-bike indoors, in a cool, dry place when not in use, and do not
leave it out of doors for long time;
• To avoid brake system failure, please do not add oil to the brake pads.
Battery maintenance of Spinta Corso e-bike
• Recommended temperature for storing the battery : -20º-50º, overheat, and may even cause re;
• The failure cannot be repaired. The battery has a built-in motherboard which can record the charge
and discharge status. It cannot be recharged if damaged by prolonged lack of charging, which
nullies the guarantee (Notice: do not permit non-professional personnel to disassemble the battery
pack. This could cause serious safety accidents in case of an electric shock or short circuit!).
