ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS

Scan/Face Recognition Kiosk

STEP 1
-
Connect the screen (head unit) to the top plate of the kiosk stand. To
do so, first, you will need to remove the plate from the kiosk stand by
unscrewing the 4 Philips-head screws. Next, unscrew and remove the
metal ring from the bottom of the head unit. Then, feed the white
cables through the hole of the metal plate. Finally, feed the cables
through the metal ring and screw the ring back on to the bottom of the
head unit to secure to the plate.

STEP 2
-Connect your extension cord for the power to the port
labeled “DC 12V” on your head unit. Using a zip tie,
secure the extension cord to the port cable as shown in
the pic above to prevent them from disconnecting inside
the kiosk stand.

STEP 3
-Connect your USB extension cord to the yellow USB port
labeled “USB OTG” on your head unit. Using a zip tie, secure
the extension cord to the port cable as shown above in Pic
#1 to prevent them from disconnecting inside the kiosk
stand. The other end of the USB extension cord should look
like Pic #2.
This end will run through the inside of the kiosk
stand & out the hole on the back of the bottom of the stand.

STEP 4
-Feed the extension cords through the inside of the kiosk
stand & out the hole on the back of the bottom of the
stand. Plug in your power as shown in the pic above.
