SENSOR LOCATION PER RACK
FORMAT
The SPL Guard Arizona uses an Infra-Red Sensor
to determine the temperature of the tubes.
It is important to at least have one tube at the
pre-scripted tube position when turning on the
machine.
The pre-scripted positions are as following (arrow
is indicating the front side of the machine)*:
1. For 96-well format
2. For 48-well format
3. For 24-well format
*NOTE: For accuracy purposes, it can be wise to
place one tube next to the marked tube location,
in each direction.
