2. FrontStabilizerInstallation
Slide bothFront Left/RightStabilizerEnd Caps(55,58)ontoeachend ofthe FrontStabilizer
(56).Position theFront Stabilizer(56)infront of MainFrame(63)andalign bolt holes.
AttachtheFrontStabilizer(56)ontothefront curveof the MainFrame(63)withtwoM8Cap
Nuts(53), two 8CurveWashers(54), and twoM8x55 CarriageBolts(57).Tightenbolts
andnutswiththeMultiHexToolwithPhillipsScrewdriverprovided.

3. SeatSlidingTubeInstallation
Insert theSeat Sliding Tube(19)intothe bushingon thetubeof theSeat Post (21)andthen
attachthe SaddleAdjustment Knob(62)ontothe tube oftheSeat Post (21)byturningit ina
clockwisedirectiontolock theSeat Sliding Tube (19)inthe suitableposition.
AdjustingtheSaddleForwardorBack
Loosen theSaddleAdjustment Knob(62)byturning counterclockwisedirection until it can
be pulled out. Pullout theSaddleAdjustment Knob (62)and then slide the Seat Sliding
Tube(19)forthorbackdirection tothesuitableposition.Lock the SeatSliding Tube (19)in
placebyreleasing theSaddleAdjustment Knob(62)andsliding theSeatSliding Tube (19)
forthorback slightlyuntil the SaddleAdjustment Knob (62)"pops"downintothe locked
position.Foraddedsafety, tighten the SaddleAdjustment Knob (62)inaclockwise
direction.
NOTE:Whenadjustingthelengthofseatslidingtube, theSTOPlinecannotoverthe
bothedges ofthetubeoftheseatpost.

4. SeatPostInstallation
Insert theSeat Post (21) intothe 50x 38 Round Bushing (9)on the tubeof theMain
Frame(63)and then attachthe Round Knob(15)ontothe tube of theMainFrame(63)by
turning it inaclockwisedirection tolock the Seat Post (21)inthesuitableposition.
AdjustingtheSeatHeight
Loosen theRound Knob(15)byturning counterclockwisedirectionuntil it canbe pulledout.
Pull out theRoundKnob (15)andthenslide theSeat Post (21)upordowndirectiontothe
suitableposition.Lock the Seat Post (21)inplacebyreleasingthe Round Knob (15)and
sliding the SeatPost(21)upordownslightlyuntilthe RoundKnob (15)"pops"downintothe
lockedposition.Foradded safety, tightenthe RoundKnob (15)inaclockwisedirection.
NOTE:Whenadjustingtheheightofseatpost,theSTOPlinecannothigherthanthe
edgeofroundbushing.

5. HandlebarPostInstallation
Connect the SensorWire(64)fromthe MainFrame(63)tothe MiddleSection SensorWire
(69)fromtheHandlebarPost (2).
Insert theHandlebarPost (2) intothe 50x 38 Round Bushing (9)onthe tube of the Main
Frame(63)and then attachthe Round Knob(15)ontothe tube of theMainFrame(63)by
turning it inaclockwisedirection tolock the HandlebarPost (2)inthesuitableposition.
AdjustingtheHandlebarHeight
Loosen theRound Knob(15)byturning counterclockwisedirection untilit canbe pulledout.
Pull out theRoundKnob (15)andthenslide theHandlebarPost (2)upordowndirection to
thesuitableposition.Lock the HandlebarPost(2)inplacebyreleasing the RoundKnob
(15)andsliding theHandlebarPost (2)upordownslightlyuntil the Round Knob (15)"pops"
downintothelocked position.Foradded safety,tightenthe Round Knob (15)ina
clockwisedirection.
NOTE:Whenadjustingtheheightofhandlebar, theSTOPlinecannothigherthanthe
edgeofroundbushing.

6. ComputerInstallation
Connect the MiddleSection SensorWire(69)fromthe HandlebarPost (2)tothe wirethat
comesfromthe Computer(1).Slide theComputer(1)ontoaplateof theHandlebarPost
(2).

7. LeftandRightPedalsInstallation
ThePedal Shaftsaremarked R”forRightand L”forLeft.
Insert thepedalshaft of Left Pedal(22)intothreadedholeinthe LeftCrank(23).Turnthe
pedalshaft byhandinthecounterclockwisedirectionuntil snug.
Note:DO NOTturnthepedalshaftintheclockwise direction,doingsowill stripthe
threads.
Tighten thepedalshaft of Left Pedal(22)withtheMultiHexToolwithPhillipsScrewdriver
provided.
Insertpedalshaftof RightPedal(24)intothreaded holeinRightCrank(25).Turnthepedal
shaft byhand inthe clockwisedirectionuntil snug.
Tighten pedalshaft of Right Pedal(24)withthe MultiHexToolwithPhillipsScrewdriver
provided.

AdjustingtheAdjustableLeveler
TurntheAdjustableLeveleron therearstabilizerasneeded tolevelthe bike.
AdjustingtheBrake Knob
Toincreasethe load, turnthe BrakeKnob inaclockwisedirection.
Todecreasetheload, turntheBrakeKnob inacounterclockwisedirection.
AdjustingtheHandlebarHeight
Loosen theRound Knobbyturning counterclockwisedirection until it can bepulled out.
Pull out theRoundKnob andthenslidetheHandlebarPost upordowndirectiontothe
suitableposition.Lock the HandlebarPost inplacebyreleasing theRoundKnob and
sliding the HandlebarPostup ordownslightlyuntil theRoundKnob "pops"downintothe
lockedposition.Foradded safety, tightenthe Round Knobinaclockwisedirection.

Loosen theSaddleAdjustmentKnobbyturning counterclockwisedirectionuntil it can be
pulledout. Pull out the SaddleAdjustment Knob and then slide the Seat Sliding Tube forth
orback direction tothe suitableposition.Lock theSeat Sliding Tube inplacebyreleasing
theSaddleAdjustment Knob andsliding theSeat Sliding Tube forthorback slightlyuntil the
SaddleAdjustment Knob "pops"downintothelocked position.Foradded safety,tighten
theSaddleAdjustment Knob inaclockwisedirection.
NOTE:Whenadjustingthelengthofseatslidingtube, theSTOPlinecannotoverthe
bothedges ofthetubeoftheseatpost.

AdjustingtheChainTension
Duringnormaloperation ofyourspinning bike,itmaybecomenecessarytoloosen ortighten
thechainforyourbest performance.
Loosen theM10x1.25 Nuts(51)M8Nut (68)onthe sidesof the flywheel.
Totightenthe chain, turnthe M8x50 Bolt (67)inaclockwiserotation equallyon bothsides
usingthe Allen Wrenchprovided.
Totighten thechain, turntheM8Nut(68)inaclockwiserotation equallyon bothsidesusing
theMultiHexToolwithPhillipsScrewdriverprovided.
Whileadjusting thechaintension, workonbothsidesof the flywheel.Adjust the angleof
theflywheelsoit isstraight front torearandevenlyspaced withinthe frameside toside.
Adjust theangleof the flywheelbyadjusting theM8x50Bolts(67)onbothsidesof the
flywheeltest byslowlyrotatingthe pedals.
Finally, tightentheM8Nut (68)andthe M10x1.25 Nuts(51)on bothsidesalternating from
side toside.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Thespinningbikecanbe cleaned withasoftclothand milddetergent.Donot use
abrasivesorsolventson plasticparts.Pleasewipe yourperspiration off thebikeaftereach
use.Pleaseinspect allassemblyboltsandpedalsonthe machineforpropertightness
everyweek.
Storage
Storethespinningbikeinacleanand dryenvironment awayfromchildren.

Toemergency stop, press firmlydownontothe BRAKEKNOB.Continue holdingthe
BRAKEKNOB downuntil the flywheelcomestoacompletestop.
MOVING THESPINNING BIKE
Start bycarefullypushingdownon the handlebaruntil therearend of the bikeliftsintheair.
Carefullypushthe biketothe desired location.
