INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY AND USE OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT

The shield for the lower edge of the basketball board meets the requirements of the PN-EN 1270 standard:
“Playing Field Equipment - Basketball Equipment. Functional And Safety Requirements, Test Methods”.

Assembly of the basketball shield
-The assembly of the shield must be performed on a correctly mounted basketball board.
-Press the shield against the lower edge of the basketball board.
-Set the screwdriver to the position of screwing with a clutch.
-Place a self-tapping screw in the socket wrench.
-Drill the screw into the board frame through the mounting sleeve in the shield and tighten it until the
screwdriver clutch actuates.
-Make assembly by screwing in the screws on the side of the shield and then on the bottom side.

Use of shields
a) The shield is designed for basketball boards 105x180 cm in sports halls and outdoor facilities.
b) Periodically check the fastening elements of the shield and the condition of the shield material.
c) Do not subject the shield to mechanical damage ( cutting, notching, burning, etc.).

d) Do not carry the board while holding the lower edge shield.
e) Do not hang on the shield.
