ELLIPTICAL TRAINER

Dear Customer,
Please read this instruction very carefully before using the item.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:
Note the following precaution before assembling or operating the machine
1ǃAssemble the machine exactly as the descriptions in the instruction
manual.
2ǃCheck all the screws, nuts and other connections before using the
machine for the first time and ensure that the trainer is in the safe
condition.
3ǃSet up the machine in a dry level place and leave it away from moisture
and water.
4ǃPlace a suitable base (e.g. rubber mat, wooden board etc.) beneath the
machine in the area of assembly to avoid dirt and etc..
5ǃBefore beginning training, remove all objects within a radius of 2
meters from the machine.
6ǃDo not use aggressive cleaning articles to clean the machine, Only use
the supplied tools or suitable tools of your own to assemble the
machine or repair any parts of machine. Remove drops of sweat from
the machine immediately after finishing training.
7ǃYour health can be affected by incorrect or excessive training. Consult
a doctor before beginning a training program. He can define the
maximum setting (Pulse. Watts. Duration of training etc) to which you
may train yourself and can get precise information during training. This
machine is not suitable for therapeutic purpose.
8ǃOnly do training on the machine when it is in correct working way. Use
only original spare parts for any necessary repairs.
9ǃThis machine can be used for only one person’s training at a time.
10ǃWear training clothes and shoes which are suitable for fitness training
with the machine. Your training shoes should be appropriate for the
trainer.
11ǃIf you have a feeling of dizziness, sickness or other abnormal
symptoms, please stop training and consult a doctor asap.
12ǃPeople such as children and handicapped persons should only use the
machine in the presence of another person who can give aid and
advice.
13ǃThe power of the machine increases with increasing the speed, and the
reverse. The machine is equipped with adjustable knob which can
adjust the resistance. Reduce the resistance by turning the adjusting
knob for the resistance setting towards stage 1. Increase the resistance
by turning the adjusting knob for the resistance setting towards stage 8.
14ǃThe maximum user’s weight is 100kg.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1.PREPARATION:
A. Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item.
B. Use the present tooling for assembling.
C. Before assembling please check whether all needed parts are available (at the above of this
instruction sheet you will find an explosion drawing with all single parts (marked with numbers)
which this item consists of
2.ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION:
STEP 1:
Attach the front stabilizer (7) and the rear stabilizer (8) to the Main frame (1) with carriage bolt
(11), Arc washer (12) and Acorn nuts (13)

STEP 3:
Attach the Pedal (9L/R) to the Pedal Tubes (3L/R) with the Hexagonal bolt (23), Flat Washers
(24) and Nylon Nuts (25).

STEP 2:
Connect the Extension wire (30) with the Sensor wire (31), then connect the Tension control
cable (32) with the Tension control cable (41) like the picture. And then lock the Handlebar post
(2) into the Main Frame (1) with the Arc washer (12) and the Inner hexagonal bolt (15). Make sure
all of the bolts have been threaded in before you lock any bolt, and please don’t lock it firmly for
the following steps to be assembled easily.

STEP 4:
Attach the Handle Tube (4L/R) to the Upside Handle tube (40L/R), and fix them with Inner
hexagonal bolt (15), Arc washer (12).Then Attach the Pedal Tube (3L/R) to the crank of Main
frame (1), fix them with Flat washer (27), Nylon nut(28), Bushing(2)˄37˅,then cover the Nylon nut
with End caps (29)
STEP 5:
Fix the Fixed handlebar (6) to the Handlebar post (2) with the Inner hexagonal bolt (14), Arc
Washers (12) and Acorn Nuts (13).

1.Connect the Extension Wire (30) with the wire of Computer (10). Then fix the Computer (10) on
the computer bracket of Handlebar Post (2) with Cross pan head screw (34) and Washers (35).At
last, insert the pin of the Pulse sensor wire (33) to the hole which in the back of the Computer(10)
2.Fix Handlebar (5L/R) to the Handle Tubes (4L/R) with Carriage bolt (16), Arc Washers (12) and
Acorn Nuts (13).

STEP 6:

KEY GUIDES
MODE: Select the function to be preset.
SET : Press to increase the preset value of TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES.
RESET: Reset all display to zero except ACCUMULATED DISTANCE. Hold the button
for 3 seconds to display ACCUMULATED DISTANCE.
RECOVERY : Press this button going into pulse recovery detecting.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. Please install 2 pieces of AA or UM-3 batteries in the battery case at the back of the
monitor.
2. Ensure that the batteries are correctly filled. Batteries must be correctly positioned and
make sure the battery spring is properly contacted with the batteries.
3. If the display appears blank or only partial segment, take out the batteries, wait for 15
seconds, and then replace.
4. Whenever remove the batteries, all the function values will be reset to zero.
5. The batteries must be removed from the appliance before they are scrapped. Disposed
them safely.
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATION
ƽAUTO ON/OFF
The monitor will wake up automatically by pressing any key or starting exercise. If
stop exercising for more than 4 minutes, the monitor will turn off and reset all
function values to zero expect ACCUMULATED DISTANCE.
ƽSPEED
Current speed will be shown on the main screen at all times.
ƽPRESET
How to preset TIME, DISTANCE&CALORIES
1. Press the TIME, DISTANCE&CALORIES.
2. Press the SET key until the desired number is displayed.
3. When starting to exercise, the monitor will begin to count down.
4. It will beep for 10 seconds to indicate the completion of workout which is preset.
Press any key to stop beeping.
ƽTIME
The total working time will be shown by the first left square of the lower screen.

ƽDISTANCE
The distance of each workout will be displayed by the third left square of the lower
screen.
ƽCALORIES
The calories burned will be displayed by the second right square of the lower screen.
ƽREMARKS
It is suggested to preset only one item. If more than one item is set, the first to reach
the preset value will sound the alarm.
ƽPULSE RECOVERY
It is function to check the condition of pulse recovery when stopping exercise. You can
find the result scaled from F1.0 to F6.0 at the first left square of the lower screen.
While F1.0 means the best, F6.0 means the worst and the increment is 0.1. In addition,
the peak heartbeat is displayed at the second right square of the lower screen. This
function may reflect your heart pulse recovery ability and you can improve it through
exercise. In order to get the rate correctly, users must test it right after the workout
finished by pressing the RECOVERY key and then stop exercising completely. After
the key is pressed, please also apply the heart rate detector appropriately. The test will
last for 1 minute and the result will show in the display. You can quit the PULSE
RECOVERY mode by pressing the RECOVERY key for the second time.
