Unpacking Caution:
Lay the box down flat so that the lid is able to be lifted. Unpack the handle bars, side supporting
tubes, pedal supporting tube and owners manual. Remove the top polyfoam pieces #1 & #2 and
finish up packing the console, console supporting tube, central supporting tube, pedal supporting
tube, and hardware bag, leaving the main frame(A) and bottom polyfoam pieces #3 & #4 inside
the box until instructed to remove them.

CENTRAL SUPPORTING TUBE (F1) ASSEMBLY
Step 1. Remove the two preassembled screw (F5) from
the main frame(A) and two screws (F5) from the
central supporting tube (F1).
Step 2. Assembly the central tube (F1) onto the main
frame (A) use the previously removed screw
(F5) to attach them.
RIGHT SIDE CONNECTING TUBE ASSEMBLY
Step 1. Refer to the VIEW A, assemble the right side connecting tube (C2)
onto the main frame (A).
Step 2. Use one screw(J8) M8 x 20 to attach the tube to the frame.
Step 3. Refer to the VIEW B, use 2 pieces screw(J2) M8x60 and iron
bracket (F2) to attach the tube to the bottom of the frame
NOTE: Only tight the J8 & J2 screws until the assembly step 3 is
finished completely.

Step 4. Raise the main frame (A) by 2 people and then
remove the Styrofoam as diagram shown.

NOTE: Please tighten all four screws (F5)
exactly before figure 2.

LEFT SIDE CONNECTING TUBE AND JOINT COVER ASSEMBLY
Step 1. Equip the left side connecting tube (C1) onto the main frame (A).
Secure it by using the screw (J8) on the top and the two
screws (J2) with the iron bracket (F2) on the
bottom as the right side tube (C2) in FIGURE 2.
Step 2. Now you can tighten all the screws (J8, J2)
in FIGURE 2 to FIGURE 3.
Step 3. Disassemble 2 pieces of screws (F6) from the
central supporting tube (F1).
Step 4. Connect the joint covers (F3 & F4) onto
the central supporting tube (F1) and
secure by screws (F6).

Step 1. Referring to the VIEW D shown, tighten nut
(J4), washer (J9) and screw (J3) after
locking screw (J5), washer (J9) and nut (J4)
in VIEW C.
Step 2. Connect the right pedal supporting tube (B2) with the
main frame (A) and fix them using nut (J4),washer (J9),
and screw (J3) as shown in VIEW D.
Step 3. After assembling in VIEW D, secure the tube by
tighten the preinstalled bolt (J5) and nut (J4)
referring to VIEW E.
Step 4. The left side tube assembly (B1) is the same as
the right side.

Step 1. Remove the six preinstalled (J10 & J11)

CONSOLE SUPPORTING TUBE AND BOTTLE
HOLDER ASSEMBLY
Step 1.Connect wires (D1) from the console
supporting tube (D) with wires (A1) from the
main frame (A).
Step 2. Use 2 pieces of screws (J1) and 2 pieces
of preinstalled screws (J1) to fix the console
supporting tube (D) onto the main frame (A).
Tighten the four screws (J1) as the shown in VIEW G.
Step 3. Use screws (J6) to fix bottle holder (H) onto

CONSOLE ASSEMBLY
Step 1. R

emove 4 pieces of screws (G1) from the back of

to the console.
Make sure that the wires are connected together properly.
Push and store excess wires back into housing cover and
console supporting tube (D).
Fix the console (G) onto the console supporting tube (D)
by using the screws (G1).
Step 3.Using the leveles on the rear side of supporting tube
to maintain the machine steady.

HOW TO TRANSPORT THE ELLIPTICAL
When the machine need to be transported to a different locatin, please lift up the
both side connecting tubes until the front transportation wheels are touching the
ground. You can move it to the desired location. After move, gently set the
macine down at its new location. If needed, adjust the levelers on the bottom of
rear supporting tubes to make machine steady.
ASSEMBLY FOR THE POWER CORD
Attach the power cord jacket into the power socket on the
maine frame before plugging the power cord plug into the
wall outlet.
WARNING: Do not
attempt to lift the
machine by yourself!
For safety reason,
please be always
ask additional help.

HOW TO ADJUST THE VARIOUS STRIDE
Step 1. There are 5 different stride choices on VST60 which is 18”, 20”, 22”, 24” and 26”
that are shown on the LED displayed window.
Step 2. Loosen the knob and pull out to adjust the stride length as you desired.
Step 3. After selection the stride length, screw back the knob tightly.
Step 4. The same way to adjust the stride length of the other side.
WARNING: for your safety! NEVER adjust the stride length while standing on the machine.
Always equally adjust both the right and left stride to the same setting.
Uneven positions set is not recommended strictly.

NOTE:The LED light would be low-battery after using a period. When the LED light is not
bright, please replace the 4 new batteries together (Both right & left side is the same.) .
How can you know the stride
position you are
1. Press the top button of LED,
then the LED would show the
current stride by twinkling
continuously.
2. During the stride adjustment,
the LED would light at current
stride and flash.
3. The LED would be light at
current stride position when
getting on the machine.
The LED light would be
auto-off if there is no pedalling
for 4 minutes in order save the
electricity.

1. Connect power supply to the monitor or press the RESET button for 3 seconds,the LCD
will display all segment with a long- beep sound for 1 seconds and display 78.0 in below

2. User may turn the +/- joggle wheel to select User 0~4 and press MODE for confirmation
(FIGURE 3~4).
And then preset user information for SEX, AGE, HEIGHT WEIGHT, pressing +/- to adjust
the value (FRGURE~8).

FITNESS MODE
