Moving parts will need to be lubricated periodically.
Inspect and tighten all parts before using the equipment.
The machine can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive
detergent. Do not use solvents since they may damage the material.
Examine the equipment regularly for signs of damage or wear.
Replace any defective components immediately and keep the equipment out of

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Ensure that your workout area is free of possible sources of danger. For example,
packaging material that’s laying around and could be dangerous. There is always a risk
of suffocation if children play with plastic bags.
The unit is designed for use by adults. Children should not be allowed to play with it.
Children at play behave unpredictably and dangerous situations may occur for which
the manufacturer cannot be held liable.
This product is not a toy and should not be used by children or animals as a toy or
without supervision.
This product is designed for one user at a time.
If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pains, or any other abnormal symptom
while using this appliance, STOP the workout immediately. Consult a physician imme-
diately. Injuries may occur due to incorrect or excessive exercise.
Position the bench on a leveled surface that is clear of all obstacles. That way your
movement is not restricted whilst exercising.
Don’t use the bench near water or outdoors.
Keep hands away from all moving parts during exercise.
Always wear fitting clothing when exercising. Loose clothing may get caught in
moving parts and be torn. Properly fitted sports shoes are advised when using this
product.
Use the bench only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do NOT use
attachments that weren’t supplied by the manufacturer.
Do not place any sharp objects around the bench.
Disabled persons should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician
in attendance.
Before using the bench to exercise, make sure to properly warm up to prevent injury.
Never use the bench if it is not functioning properly or if a piece is broken. If it is not

The following parts are needed in this step.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Place the Main Frame (3) upside down, inverted from the illustration above.
This will facilitate the installation of the base legs (1) and (2).
Attach Rear Leg (2) onto Main Frame (3) Utilizing the Washers (12) and Bolts (11).
Utilize the wrench provided to screw the Bolt (11).
Attach the Leg without wheels/Front Leg (1) onto the Base Frame (4) utilizing the
washers (12) and Bolts (11).
Utilize the wrench provided to screw the Bolt (11).

STEP 1: ASSEMBLING THE FRAME

Rotate the Main Frame (3) with the Rear Leg (2) assembled in step B once again and
place it on top of the Base Frame (4) and Front Leg (1) as shown in the illustration
above.
Insert the Plastic End Caps (29) for each leg (1) & (2).

Unite the Main Frame (3) to the Base Frame (4) utilizing the Washers (19) and Bolts
(17).
Utilize the Allen Wrench to tighten up the bolts on this step.

The following parts are needed in this step.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLING THE SEAT ADJUSTER AND SEAT

Align the Seat Adjuster (6) with the holes of the two washers(14) attached on the Seat
Tube (5).
Install a Washer (12) on the Bolt (16).
Slide in the corresponding Bolt (16) through the Seat Adjuster (6) and the Seat
Tube(5).
Now both pieces, the Seat Tube (5) and the Seat Adjuster (6) are linked.
Proceed to add another Washer (12) and a Nylon Nut (15) on the side where the Bolt
is coming out.
Tighten up with a set of wrenches. Turn one side clockwise and hold still from the other
side of the bolt to adjust tightly.
The Seat Adjuster (6) now should be attached to the Seat Tube (5).
Lastly, align the Cushion Pad Protector (24) to the bolt hole on the front side of the seat
tube (5) and secure the piece with a Bolt (23).

INSTRUCTIONS

Flip the Seat Pad (9) upside down and place the Seat Tube (5) on the bottom part of
the seat and align the screwing holes.
Proceed to install the Washers (19) and the Bolts (18) on each corresponding hole
and tighten up using the Allen Wrench provided. Now both the Seat Pad (9) and the
Seat Tube (5) should be screwed tightly together.

Align the Backrest Adjuster (8) on the Backrest Tube (7) as shown in the illustration
above. You will find the installation holes around the middle/lower area of the Backrest
Tube (7).
Once aligned, grab a Bolt (32), place a Washer (12) on it, and slide through the holes
that you’ve aligned on the previous step. This will merge the Backrest Adjuster (8) to the
Backrest Tube (7) structure.
Insert another Washer (12) on the opposite side of the bolt where is coming out and a
nylon Nut (15).
Lastly tighten the Bolt (32), the Washer (12) and Nylon Nut (15) with two wrenches. One
side rotating clockwise and the other side held firmly, to facilitate the tightening process.
Grab the Backrest Adjuster (8) and install the Grip Covers (30) into it. Then proceed to
install the Plastic End Caps (28) on each of the handle sides.

Proceed to Slide the Handle (39) onto the dragonfly frame, attached to the Backrest
Tube (7), and secure the Handles (39) with Bolts (40).
Once the Handles (39) have been secured with the Bolts (40), proceed to install the
Grip Covers (27) on top of the Handles (39).
Lastly, install the Plastic End Caps (28) on each corresponding side of the Handles
(39).

Flip the Backseat Cushion Pad (10) upside down and place the Backrest Tube (7) on
the bottom part of the Backseat and align the screwing holes.
Proceed to install the Washers (19) and Bolts (18) into each of the 6 corresponding
holes. Tighten up using the Allen Wrench.
Now both the Backset Cushion Pad (10) and the Backrest Tube (7) should be
screwed together.

Place the Seat (9) onto the Main Frame (3), align the Main Frame (3) bolt holes to the
holes of the two washers (14) attached to the Seat (9). The sitting pad should be
positioned above the Base Frame (4) as shown in the illustration above.
Proceed to install a Washer (12) on the corresponding Bolt (13) for this step.
Slide the Bolt (13) through the holes mentioned on point A).
Install another Washer (12) on the opposite side of the Bolt (13).
Install the Nylon Nut (15) on the headless side from the Bolt (13) where you just added
a Washer (12).
Proceed to tighten, utilizing the two wrenches. Rotating clockwise on one side and
holding firmly on the opposite side of the Bolt (13), in order to facilitate the tightening
process.
Now the Seat (9) should be securely attached to the Main Frame (3).

The following parts are needed in this step.
Place the Backseat (10) onto the Main Frame (3). Align the main frame bolt holes to the
holes of the two washers (14) attached to the Backseat (10). The Backseat (10) should
be positioned above the Leg Base with Wheels (2) as shown in the illustration above.
Proceed to install a Washer (12) on the corresponding Bolt (13) for this step.
Slide the Bolt (13) through the holes mentioned on point B).
Install another Washer (12) on the opposite side from point C).
Install the Nylon Nut (15) on the headless side of the Bolt (13).
Proceed to tighten utilizing the two wrenches. Rotating clockwise on one side and
holding firmly on the opposite side of the Bolt (13), in order to facilitate the tightening
process.

STEP 6: ASSEMBLING THE BACKREST CUSHION
ONTO THE MAIN FRAME

STEP 7: ASSEMBLING THE LEG HOLDER
Grab the leg holder Outer Tube (33) and position it onto the Base Frame (4). There are
3 height adjustment levels. Pick your desired one and align the Outer Tube (33) holes
with the chosen height Base Frame (4) holes.
Slide the Locking Bolt (37) through the holes mentioned on step A).
Proceed to tighten the leg holder Outer Tube (33) to the base frame utilizing the lock-
ing Bolt (37) as shown in the illustration above.
Slide the leg holder Inner Tube with foam rollers (34) onto the leg holder Outer Tube
(33). Customize the length of your foot stopper by sliding the inner tube (34) in and out
of the Outer Tube (33).
Once you pick your desired size, utilize the Elastic Pin (38) to lock both the Inner Tube
(34) and Outer Tube (33) together.

Wrap the stripe around the leg and insert the stripe through the metal ring.

5) Attach your elastic bands to the metal ring.
3) Tighten the stripe as much as possible
once threaded through the metal ring.
4) Apply pressure on the velcro in
order to complete the process.
