•After unpacking, make sure that the stove has no visible damage. If the stove has been damaged during transport, it
must not be connected!
•The stove should be set on a hard surface in a dedicated room complying with the provisions of the construction
law.
•Should the stove be placed near the wall, the minimum distance should be:
- from non-combustible walls as per setting capabilities,
- from protected walls, i.e. wall of flammable material, but plastered or secured in an equivalent manner, no less
than 30cm
- from unprotected walls i.e. walls of wood or other combustible materials, at least 60cm
•Then level the surface of the heating plates with adjustable legs.
In addition, pay special attention to such positioning of the stove in the room, as to guarantee the supply of
combustion air and remove flue gases without any interference.
CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTION TO THE GAS NETWORK:
The room where you intend to install gas appliances should meet the conditions of construction safety (Regulation
MGPIB of 14.12.1994.)
They must have a height of at least 2.2m and ventilation to ensure air exchange above restaurant-type gas appliances
with flue into the room, should have hoods discharging the exhaust gas to the flues, and for equipment with thermal
power greater than 30kW, install sensors to turn off the device in the case of the lack of chimney draft.
(Dz. Ustaw No. 75 of 12.04.2002. item 690 § 174 par. 10)
The stove should be set in a place that allows easy access, away from flammable objects and walls.
•Suitable kitchen space should satisfy the following relationship:
stove power (W) / (divided by) room volume (m3) < 930W/m3.
•Stoves adapted to burn propane-butane cannot be installed below ground level (e.g. basements) and also there
cannot be more than two 11 kg cylinders of propane-butane in a room.
•Cylinders should be placed at least 1.5 m from heat radiating equipment (radiators, stoves, etc.) with the exception
of a set with cylinder lockers.

Adaptations of the stove to another type of gas for surface burners:
1- Replace the gas burner nozzles - nozzle diameters suitable for the gas can be found in section
3 of the user manual.
2 - Remove the screw that secures the aluminum bushing in the burner body, pull or push the body to such a position
in which the flame at full power burns a blue and "does not break up", then tighten the screw that secures the
busing.
3 – Adjust the minimum flow at the control tap - screw or unscrew the bolt next to the tap pin to set the gas flow to
such a size that the flame is not extinguished by moving the knob from full flow to minimum and that it is
approximately 1/3 of the full flow.
4 – Adjust the gas flow in the pilot burner:
a.) While adapting the stove from natural gas to propane-butane or propane, unscrew the sealing bolt on the
bottom of the pilot, then gently screw in the pilot nozzle until it stops (the same nozzle is used for propane
and propane-butane). Then screw the sealing bolt back in. Light the pilot burner. The flame should heat the
thermocouple and burn bright. If it doesn't, adjust the air supply with the shutter at the top of the pilot.
However, if the flame is too small and does not heat the thermocouple, again unscrew the sealing bolt and
gently unscrew the pilot nozzle. Then repeat the steps above.
b.) While adapting the stove from propane-butane, or propane to natural gas, gently unscrew the nozzle in the
pilot. Proceed as in point a.
CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTION TO THE MAINS:
- make sure that the voltage in the mains corresponds to the voltage indicated
on the nameplate
- the appliance must be grounded using the equipotential screw marked with the symbol
1 - nameplate,
2 - equipotential screw
3 - junction box
Power cord with a cross-section of 5x42 mm2with appropriate plug IS NOT part of the set and should be
purchased separately. Connections must be made in the junction box located at the bottom of the device (according
to the wiring diagram). The person making the connection should be a qualified electrician.

Control panel with knobs:
1- Control panel for electric oven
2- Control panel for gas stove
•Before first use, remove the protective film from the appliance. Wash the exterior body surfaces with warm water
and a degreasing agent, which is used for washing kitchen utensils. Do not use abrasive cleaners or others that
could scratch the surface. Only use a damp cloth for cleaning. After cleaning, leave it to dry completely, then
connect to the mains.
•Before using the stove, pay attention to the correct positioning of the upper part of the burner (burner cup and
flame ring). The flame ring is positioned properly when the spring pin on the surface of the base of the cup aligns
with the notch located at the periphery of the flame ring. A different alignment of the flame ring relative to the
socket is incorrect and will result in a bad gas combustion by the burner
•For reasons of energy efficiency and correct combustion, it is recommended to use pots
of appropriate diameter in relation to the thermal load of the burner:
- for a 9 kW burner, pots with diameters from 42 cm upwards are recommended
- for a 7kW burner, pots with diameters from 38 cm to 46cm are recommended
- for a 5kW burner, pots with diameters from 32 cm to 38 cm are recommended
- for a 3.5kW burner, pots with diameters from 28 cm to 32 cm are recommended
Feeding the gas supply to the burner and extinguishing the burner
NOTE!
All stoves have a safety device.
To light the burner, proceed as follows:
For propane-butane:
1. Open the valve on the propane-butane cylinder equipped with a propane-butane regulator.
2. Press the control dial
3. Turn the pressed dial to the "pilot burner" position (counter-clockwise)
4. Ignite the gas on the "pilot burner" and hold the pressed knob for about 20 seconds (the time it takes
for the protection to activate)
NOTE! While igniting the pilot burner, remember that there is air in the fittings, which has to be
displaced by the incoming gas; the appliance will fire up when the gas fills the entire stove fittings.

5. Turn the knob (counter-clockwise) to the full flame so the main burner is fired. Then, turn the knob further in the
same direction to get economic flame.
6. While the burner is temporarily not in use, turn the knob to the "pilot burner" position
7. Once you're done working with the burner, shut off the gas supply by turning the knob to the "closed" position
(clockwise).
Note: When you use propane-butane, before exiting the kitchen you must first close the valve on the
cylinder and then close the burner valve.
For natural gas, proceed in accordance with points 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7
•Tap position designation
The amount of gas flowing to the burner is controlled by the gas valve. The gas valve in use allows the transfer of gas
to the control burner (pilot) and the main burner. At the same time, the main burner is fired by the control burner
(pilot). After firing of the main burner, the valve allows for the burner to produce a flame in the range of full power to
minimum (~1/3 of full power). By turning the valve counter-clockwise by an angle of 900from "0", you will reach the
full power of the burner. . Further rotation of the knob in the same direction decreases the power of the burner to
minimum power.
Closed Pilot burner Full power Minimum power
Note: Heating with vessels other than those designed for this specifically is prohibited, as it may cause a fire.
Oven operation
The oven is operated using the two knobs on the left side of the control panel.
•The left dial on the control panel should be turned to position 1, 2 or 3 (green light turns on)
•The second knob is used to set the oven heating temperature.
•Turning the oven on is indicated by an orange warning light.
•The orange light illuminates when the oven is working. When this light goes off, that means the oven has reached
its preset temperature. The orange light will be periodically flash on and off during the oven's work (maintaining
the temperature inside the oven).
Turning off the oven:
•to turn off the oven both dials must be set in the position shown in the figure below. The warning lights should go
out.
Signs on an oven using 3 heating systems:
Position 1- The oven is heated using the upper heater
Position 2- The oven is heated using the lower heater
Position 3- The oven is heated using the top heater, bottom heater, and a fan that generates air movement (using
such a heating method allows for uniform distribution of heat around
the food placed in the oven).
In the event of device failure, thermal protection will trigger on. Once the fault has been removed, press the thermal
protection button (brown).
NOTE!!! The device should be "burned" during first use. Proceed as follows:
