Guaranteed sound power level.
INTENDED USE
This petrol leaf blower/vacuum is designated with
an engine displacement of 26cm³. The product is
intended for:
- blowing to pile up dry leaf material or to blow
material out of places that are hard to
access,
- vacuum to suck up dry leaf material. In suction
mode the product also functions as
a shredder: the dry leaves are shredded and their
volume is reduced, preparing the material for later
composting.
The product must not be employed in areas where
there is health endangering
dusts or as a wet suction/blowing device.
The product may only be used with the blowing/
suction pipe completely installed.
Avoid wet materials such as leaves and dirt, twigs,
branches, pine needles, grass, earth, sand, mulch,
cuttings, etc. Do not use on wet lawns, grass areas
or fields.
For safety reasons it is essential to read the entire
instruction manual before first operation and to
observe all the instructions therein.
This product is intended for private use only, not for
any commercial applications. It may not be used
for any purposes other than those described.
1. Training
1). Become familiar with the owner’s manual before
attempting to operate the product.
2. Gerenal safety instruction
1). This product can cause serious injuries. Read
the instructions carefully for the correct handling,
preparation, maintenance, starting and stopping of
the product. Become familiar with all controls and
the proper use of the product.
2). Never allow children to use the product.
3). Avoid operating while people, especially
children, are nearby.
4). Dress properly! Do not wear loose clothing or
jewellery, which can be caught in moving parts.
Use of sturdy gloves, non-skid footwear and safety
glasses is recommended.
5). Use extra care when handling fuels. They are
flammable and the vapours are explosive. The
following points should be observed.
- Use only an approved container.
- Never remove the fuel cap or add fuel with the
power source running. Allow engine and exhaust
components to cool down before refuelling.
- Do not smoke.
- Never refuel indoors.
- Never store the product or fuel container inside
where there is an open flame, such as near a water
heater.
- If fuel is spilled, do not attempt to start the power
source, but move the product away from the
spillage before starting.
- Always replace and securely tighten the fuel cap
after refuelling.
- If the fuel tank is drained, this should be done
outdoors.
6). If the product sucks or strikes any foreign object
or the product starts making any unusual noise
or vibration, switch the product off and allow it to
stop. Disconnect the spark plug connector from the
spark plug and take the following steps:
- inspect for damage,
- check for, and tighten, any loose parts,
- have any damaged parts replaced or repaired
with parts having equivalent specifications.
7). Wear hearing protection!
8). Wear eye protection!
9). In an emergency switch the product off by
immediately releasing the throttle trigger and
setting the ignition switch to its off position “STOP”.
3. Specific Safety Rules
WARNING! Always hold the blower in your right
hand during blower operation. When vacuuming,
hold the upper handle in your left hand and the
vacuum handle in your right hand. Keep the

silencer and all hot surfaces of the blower / vacuum
away from your body. Failure to do so could result
in burns or other serious personal injury. Refer to
the “Operation instructions” later in this manual
for proper position during blower operation and
additional information.
1). Warning! Do not operate the product near open
windows, etc.
2). Do not blow hard objects such as nails, bolts, or
rocks.
3). Do not operate the blower near bystanders or
pets.
4). Use extra care when cleaning debris from stairs
or other tight areas.
5). Wear safety goggles or other suitable eye
protection, long pants, and shoes.
6). Keep all parts of the body away from the
suction/blowing device. Do not remove blockage
or clogging when the product is switched on.
Make sure the switch is off when clearing jammed
material. A moment of inattention while operating
the product may result in serious personal injury.
7). Carry the product by the handle with the engine
stopped. Proper handling of the product will reduce
possible personal injury.
8). Never use the product standing on steps or a
ladder.
9). If the product starts to vibrate abnormally, check
immediately. Excessive vibration can cause injury.
10). Always ensure the product is completely
assembled before using. Never attempt to use
an incomplete product or one fitted with an
unauthorised modification.
11). Check suction/blowing device regularly for
damage, and if damaged repair immediately.
12). Do not overload the product.
13). Stop the engine and switch the product off
when the suction/blowing device is blocked.
Unplug the spark plug connector and remove the
blockage. Inspect the suction/blowing device for
damage before using the product again.
14). Follow the maintenance and repair instructions
for this product. Never carry out any modifications
of the product. Never change the preset rotary
speed or the engine and product settings.
Information about maintenance and repair is
provided in this user manual.
15). Never touch the product heedlessly. You can
burn yourself. While the product is in operation
or shortly thereafter, its parts such as the exhaust
pipe, engine, and other surfaces are extremely hot!
Pay attention to the markings on the product.
16). Make sure that the air intake of the combustion
engine is clear. Keep the air intake free of dust, dirt
particles, gases and fumes.
17). Make sure that air circulation is adequate and
good. The product must be easily accessible from
all sides.
18). Always switch the product off and let it
cool down, before refuelling it. Petrol is easily
flammable. Never smoke when you are refuelling
the product. Do not refuel the product, if there is an
open fire in the vicinity!
19). Always use suitable aids such as funnels and
filler necks. Do not spill any fuel on the product
or its exhaust system. There is a risk of ignition.
However, if fuel should be spilled, then you must
remove it carefully from all parts of the product.
Any residue which may be present must have
completely volatilised, before the product is put
into operation!
20). Exhaust gases and fuel fumes are noxious.
Fuel fumes can ignite. Never use the product in
environments where there is a risk of explosion.
21). Never breathe in any fuel fumes, when you
are refuelling the product. Never fill the tank in
enclosed spaces, such as basements or sheds.
There is a risk of poisoning and explosion!
22). Avoid skin contact with petrol.
23). Do not eat or drink, while you are refuelling the
product. If you have swallowed petrol or oil, or if
petrol or oil has got into your eyes, then seek the
advice of a doctor immediately.
24). Close the tank lid immediately after filling the
tank. Make sure that it is properly closed.
25). Never use the product without an air filter.
4. Fueling
1). Fuel is highly flammable. Take precautions when
using to reduce the chance of serious personal
injury.
2 . Store fuel in a cool, well-ventilated area, safely

away from spark and/or flameproducing equipment.
3 . Store fuel in containers specifically designed for
this purpose.
4 . Only refuel outdoors and do not smoke while
refueling.
5 . Add fuel before starting the engine. Never
remove the cap of the fuel tank or add fuel while
the engine is running or when the engine is hot.
6 . Do not smoke while handling fuel.
7 . Loosen fuel cap slowly to release pressure and
to keep fuel from escaping around the cap.
8 . Tighten the fuel cap securely after refueling.
9 . Wipe spilled fuel from the unit. Move 30 feet
away from refueling site before starting engine.
10 . Never attempt to burn off spilled fuel under any
circum stances.
11 . To reduce the risk of fire and burn injury, handle
fuel with care. It is highly flammable.
12 . If fuel is spilled, do not attempt to start the
engine but move the machine away from the area
of spillage and avoid creating any source of ignition
until fuel vapors have dissipated.
13 . Replace all fuel tank and container caps
securely.
14 . Empty fuel tank into a container approved for
gasoline and restrain the unit from moving before
transporting in a vehicle.
15 . When draining the fuel tank, use an approved
fuel storage container in a wellventilated area.
16 . Select bare ground, stop engine, and allow to
cool before refueling.
17 . Save these instructions. Refer to them
frequently and use them to instruct others who may
use this tool. If you loan someone this tool, loan
them these instructions also.
18 . Mix and store fuel in a container approved for
petrol. Mix fuel outdoors where there are no sparks
or flames.
19. This product is noisy, to prevent long term
hearing damage, wear hearing protection and keep
other persons 15m away from the working area.
Using hearing protection reduces the ability to hear
warnings (shouts or alarms). The operator must
pay high attention when working with the unit.
BEFORE USE
UNPACKING
WARNING: Before using the product, familiarise
yourself with the operating features read the entire
instruction manual paying particular attention to
the safety rules and operating
1. Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat, stable
surface.
2. Remove all packing materials and shipping
devices if applicable.
3. Make sure the delivery contents are complete
and free of any damage. If you find that parts are
missing or show damage do not use the product
but contact your dealer. Using an incomplete or
damaged product represents a hazard to people
and property.
4. Ensure that you have all the accessories and
tools needed for assembly and operation. This also
includes proper personal protective equipment.
5. Disconnect the spark plug connector from the
spark plug, see chapter “MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING”.

ASSEMBLING THE BLOWER TUBES
1. Attach high velocity nozzle to upper blower tube
by aligning raised tabs on upper
blower tube; slide together and tighten securely
by twisting. Check tightness after initial use and
retighten if needed. (Fig. 1)
2. To remove the tubes, rotate the tubes to unlock
them and remove from the blower housing outlet.
ASSEMBLING THE VACUUM TUBES
WARNING: Rotating impeller blades can cause
severe injury. Always stop
the engine and ensure impeller blades have
stopped rotating before opening the vacuum door
or installing/changing tubes. Do not put hands or
any other object into the vacuum tubes while they
are installed on the unit.
1. Depress door tab using a flathead screwdriver
and loosen the screw on the door to open vacuum
inlet door. (Fig. 2)
2. Secure the upper and lower vacuum tubes
together by aligning the raised locking tabs with
the matching orifice on the upper vacuum tube, the
two tubes become one tube after inserting them
together, it is once time assembly. (Fig. 3)
3. Align tabs on housing with tube assembly.
4. Tighten screws on upper vacuum tube to secure
to blower housing. Make sure the
metal contact on the vacuum tube is inserted into
the positive switch. (Fig. 2a, Fig 2b)
ASSEMBLING THE VACUUM BAG
Mount the elbow tube (16) to the body. Ensure it
embedded in place.
FUEL MIXTURE
This product is powered by a 2-cycle engine and
requires pre-mixing gasoline and
2-cycle lubricant. Pre-mix unleaded gasoline and
2-cycle engine lubricant in a
clean container approved for gasoline. The mixture
should be at a 40:1 ratio.
NOTE: Most fuel mixture will stay fresh up to
30 days. DO NOT mix quantities larger than
usable in a 30 day period.
FILLING THE FUEL TANK
WARNING: Gasoline and its vapors are
highly flammable and explosive.
To prevent serious personal injury and property
damage, handle it with care. Keep away from
ignition sources and open flames, handle outdoors
only, do not smoke while mixing gasoline and
lubricant together; and wipe up spills immediately.
WARNING: Always shut off engine before
fueling. Never add fuel to a machine with a
running or hot engine. Move at least 30 ft.

smoke and stay away from open flames
and sparks. Unsafe handling of fuel could result in
serious personal injury.
1. Place the product on a stable, level surface. We
recommend laying an non-inflammable sheet under
the product.
2. Mix petrol and oil in a suitable fuel mixing bottle.
(See Fig. 5a)
NOTE: Never mix directly in the tank of the
product.
3. Unscrew and remove the fuel tank cap, then
add the fuel mixture into the tank (6). Use a proper
funnel with a filter to prevent debris entering the
tank and to avoid splitting and overfilling the tank.
Do not overfill. Leave approximately 5 mm of

space to the lower edge to allow the fuel to expand.
(See Fig.5b)
NOTE: Towards the end of the season, it is
advisable to put only as much fuel in the tank as
you need for each cut, so that it is completely used
up before you store the product.
4. Wipe up spilled fuel with a soft cloth and refit the
fuel tank cap.
NOTE: Always dispose of fuel, used oil and objects
contaminated with them in accordance with local
regulations.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
1). Stop the engine before:
- cleaning or when clearing a blockage,
- checking, carrying out maintenance or working
on the product,
- leaving the product unattended.
2). Ensure that the product is correctly located in
a designated working position before starting the
engine.
3). While operating the product, always ensure that
the operating position is safe and secure.
4). Do not operate the product with a damaged or
excessively worn suction/blowing device.
5). To reduce fire hazards, keep the engine and
silencer free of debris, leaves and excessive
lubricant.
6). Always use two hands to operate a product
designed with two handles.
7). Always be aware of your surroundings and stay
alert for possible hazards of which you may not be
aware due to the noise of the product.
STARTING AND STOPPING
NOTE: Before starting the unit, make sure all
interlock switches are engaged and
both ON/OFF switches are in the ON(I) position.
To start a cold engine:
Blower should be on a flat, bare surface for
starting.
1. Set two switches on handle to “I” position. (Fig.
6a)
2. Press the primer bulb 5-6 times. Fuel should be
visible in the primer bulb. If it is not, continue to
press the primer until you see fuel in the bulb. (Fig.
6b)
3. Set the choke lever to the “START” position. (Fig.
7)
4. Squeeze the throttle trigger completely and pull
the starter handle until the engine starts.
NOTE: Keep the throttle trigger squeezed
completely.
4. Set the choke lever to the “HALF CHOKE”
position.
5. Pull the starter grip until the engine runs.
NOTE: If the engine does not start, return to the
“FULL CHOKE” position and repeat the process
beginning at step 2.
6. Allow the engine to run for 10-15 seconds, then
set the choke lever to the “RUN” position.
To start a warm engine:
1. Set the choke lever to “RUN” position.
2. Squeeze the throttle trigger completely and pull
the starter handle until the engine starts.
To stop the engine:
To stop the engine, depress the stop switch to the
stop position (”O” position)
OPERATING THE BLOWER
WARNING: Never run the unit without the
blower tubes installed or the air inlet cover
securely closed. Use of an improperly
assembled unit could result in serious personal
injury.
WARNING: Do not place blower on top of or
near loose debris or gravel. Debris may be
sucked into blower intake vent resulting in
possible damage to the unit and could result in
serious personal injury.
WARNING: Always hold the blower away
from your body with the handle in
your right hand when operating, keeping
clearance between your body and the product. As

the muffler side of the blower is very hot when
using and could result in burns or other serious
personal injury, therefore operator should use the
right hand handling the unit and let the muffler
side away from your body. Figure. 8 is the correct
operating way; Figure. 9 is the wrong.
1. To keep from scattering debris, blow around the
outer edges of a debris pile.
Never blow directly into the center of a pile.
2. Operate power equipment at reasonable hours
only - not when people might be
disturbed. Comply with the times listed in local
ordinances.
3. Conserve water by using power blowers instead
of hoses for many lawn and
garden applications, including areas such as
gutters, screens, patios, grills,
porches, and gardens.
4. Operate blower at the lowest possible throttle
speed to do the job.
5. Check your equipment before operation,
especially the muffler, air intakes, and
air filters.
6. Use rakes and brooms to loosen debris before
blowing.
7. In dusty conditions, slightly dampen surfaces
when water is available.
8. Watch out for children, pets, open windows, or
freshly washed cars, and blow
debris safely away.
9. Hold blower, as shown in Figure 8, so the air
stream can work close to the ground.
10. After using blowers or other equipment, CLEAN
UP! Dispose of debris properly.
11. The high velocity nozzle is specifically designed
for wet sticky leaves. It allows
you to scrape wet leaves or debris while operating
the blower.
OPERATING THE VACUUM
1. Install the vacuum tubes and the bag. Refer to
the Assembly section.
2. Start the unit. Refer to Starting and Stopping.
WARNING: Place the vacuum bag strap
over your right shoulder. Hold the upper
handle in your left hand and the vacuum handle in
your right hand. Keep the silencer and all hot
surfaces of the blower / vacuum away from your
body. Failure to do so could result in burns or other
serious personal injury. Figure. 10 is the correct
operating way; Figure. 11 is the wrong.
3. Move the vacuum from side to side along outer
edge of the debris. To avoid clogging, do not place
the vacuum tube directly into the debris pile.
4. Hold the engine higher than the inlet end of the
vacuum tube.
5. Always point vacuum tube downhill when
working on a hillside.
6. To avoid serious injury to the operator or damage
to the unit, do not pick up rocks,
broken glass, bottles, or other similar objects.
7. If the vacuum tube should clog, stop the engine,
ensure impeller blades have
stopped spinning, and disconnect the spark plug
wire before cleaning out the obstruction.
8. Remove the vacuum tubes and clear the debris
from the blower fan housing. Remove the bag and
clear the tube. A small rod or stick may be required
to clear the entire tube length. Ensure that all
debris has been cleared before reassembling the
vacuum tubes.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
WARNING: When servicing, use only
identical replacement parts. Use of
any other parts may create a hazard or
cause product damage.
WARNING: Always wear eye protection
along with hearing protection.
Failure to do so could result in objects being
thrown into your eyes and other possible serious
injuries.
WARNING: Before inspecting, cleaning, or
servicing the machine, shut off engine, wait
for all moving parts to stop, and disconnect
spark plug wire and move it away from spark plug.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in
serious personal injury or property damage.
1). When the product is stopped for servicing,
inspection or storage, shut off the power source,
disconnect the spark plug connector from the
spark plug and make sure the product has come to
a complete stop. Allow the product to cool
before making any inspections, adjustments, etc.
2). Store the product where the fuel vapour will not
reach an open flame or spark. Always allow the
product to cool down before storing.
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts.
Most plastics are susceptible to damage from
various types of commercial solvents and may be
damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove
dirt, dust, lubricant, grease, etc.
WARNING: Do not at any time let brake
fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based
products, penetrating lubricants, etc., come
in con tact with plastic parts.
Chemicals can damage, weaken ordestroy plastic
which may result in serious personal injury.
You can often make adjustments and repairs
described here. For other repairs, have the blower
serviced an Authorized Service Center.
CLEANING THE AIR FILTER
For proper performance and long life, keep air filter
clean.
1. Remove the air filter cover by turning the dial
counter clockwise while gently pulling on the
cover. (Fig. 7)
2. Rinse filter with clean water.
3. Gently squeeze filter until excess water is
removed. Replace filter.
4. Place the air filter cover back on the unit. Turn
dial clockwise until cover is secure.
NOTE: The filter should be replaced annually for
best performance.
SPARK PLUG
This engine uses a TORCH, L8RTC or equivalent
spark plug with .025 in. electrode gap. Use an
exact replacement and replace annually, or more
frequently if necessary.
WARNING: Be careful not to cross-thread
the spark plug. Cross-threading will
seriously damage the product.
CLEANING THE EXHAUST PORT, MUFFLER AND
SPARK ARRESTOR
NOTE: Depending on the type of fuel used, the
type and amount of lubricant used, and/or your
operating conditions, the exhaust port, muffler, and/
or spark arrestor screen may become blocked with
carbon deposits. If you notice a power loss with
your gas powered tool, you may need to remove
these deposits to restore performance. We highly
recommend that only qualified service technicians
perform this service.
The spark arrestor must be cleaned or replaced
every 50 hours or yearly to ensure
proper performance of your product. Spark
arrestors may be in different locations
depending on the model purchased. Please contact
your nearest service dealer for the location of the
spark arrestor for your model.

WARNING: To avoid a fire hazard, never run the
blower without the spark arrestor in place.
FUEL CAP
WARNING: Check for fuel leaks. A leaking
fuel cap is a fire hazard and must be
replaced immediately. If you find any leaks,
correct the problem before using the product.
Failure to do so could result in a fire that could
cause serious personal injury.
The fuel cap contains a non-serviceable filter and
a check valve. A clogged fuel filter will cause poor
engine performance. If performance improves
when the fuel cap is loosened, the check valve may
be faulty or filter clogged. Replace the fuel cap if
required.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
1. Storage
1). Clean all foreign material from the product.
Store idle unit indoors in a dry, wellventilated
area that is inaccessible to children. Keep away
from corrosive agents such as garden chemicals
and de-icing salts.
2). Abide by all ISO and local regulations for the
safe storage and handling of
gasoline.
When storing 1 month or longer:
3). Drain all fuel from tank into a container
approved for gasoline. Run engine until it
stops.
2. Transportation
1). Switch the product off before transporting it
anywhere and disconnect the spark
plug connector.
2). Always carry the product at the handles in
horizontal position.
3). Protect the product from any heavy impact or
strong vibrations which may occur
during transportation in vehicles.
4). Secure the product to prevent it from slipping or
falling over.
RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL
1. Used products are potentially recyclable and
therefore do not belong with household waste. We
would like to request that you assist us and make a
contribution to preserving resources and
protecting the environmental and hand this product
in at an equipped collection centre (if there is one
available).
2. Petrol, oil, used oil, mixtures of oil and petrol and
objects contaminated with oil, e.g. cleaning cloths;
do not belong with household waste. Dispose of
oilcontaminated items in accordance with the local
guidelines and hand them in at recycling centres.
3. The product comes in a packaging that protects
it against transportation damage. Keep hold of
the packaging until you are sure that all the parts
have been delivered and the product is functioning
properly. Recycle the packaging afterwards.
Residual risks
Even if you are operating this product in
accordance with the provisions, residual
risks will always still remain. The following dangers
can arise in connection with the structure and
design of this product:
1). Health defects resulting from vibration emission
if the product is being used over longer period
of time or not adequately managed and properly
maintained.
2). Injuries and damage to property to due to
broken accessories or hidden objects
that are suddenly dashed.
3). Injuries and damage to property to due to
thrown and fallen objects.
WARNING! This product produces an
electromagnetic field during
operation! This field may under some
circumstances interfere with active
or passive medical implants! To reduce the risk of

serious or fatal injury, we recommend persons with
medical implants to consult their physician and
the medical implant manufacturer before operating
this product!
WARNING! It has been reported that vibrations
from hand-held tools may contribute to a condition
called Raynaud’s Syndrome in a certain
individuals. Symptoms may include tingling,
numbness and blanching of the fingers, usually
apparent upon exposure to cold. Hereditary factors,
exposure to cold and dampness, diet, smoking and
work practices are all thought to contribute to the
development of these symptoms. There are
measures that can be taken by the operator to
possibly reduce the effects of vibration:
a) Keep your body warm in cold weather. When
operating the unit wear gloves to keep the hands
and wrists warm. It is reported that cold weather is
a major factor contributing to Raynaud’s Syndrome.
b) After each period of operation, exercise to
increase blood circulation.
c) Take frequent work breaks. Limit the amount of
exposure per day.
If you experience any of the symptoms of this
condition, immediately discontinue
use and see your doctor about these symptoms.
Vibration and noise reduction
To reduce the impact of noise and vibration
emission, limit the time of operation,
use low-vibration and low-noise operating modes
as well as wear personal
protective equipment.
Emergency
Familiarise yourself with the use of this product by
means of this instruction manual.
Memorise the safety directions and follow them
to the letter. This will help to prevent risks and
hazards.
1). Always be alert when using this product, so
that you can recognise and handle risks early. Fast
intervention can prevent serious injury and damage
to property.
2). Stop the engine and unplug the spark plug
connector if there is any malfunction. Have the
product checked by a qualified professional and
repaired, if necessary, before you put it into
operation again.

Χρησιμοποιήστε μόνο μίξη βενζίνης/
λαδιού σε αναλογία 40:1. Μην
χρησιμοποιείτε άλλη αναλογία .
Σβήστε το μηχάνημα και αφήστε το
να κρυώσει πριν να συμπληρώσετε
άλλα καύσιμα.
Εγγυημένο επίπεδο θορύβου
Κατάλληλη χρήση
Ο φυσητήρας έχει σχεδιαστεί με έναν κινητήρα
26cm3. Το μηχάνημα αυτό είναι κατάλληλο
για:
- Φύσημα φύλλων ή άλλον στεγνών υλικών σε
χώρους με περιορισμένη πρόσβαση.
- Για την απορρόφηση στεγνών υλικών και
φύλλων. Στην λειτουργία αναρρόφησης
το προϊόν λειτουργεί και ως θρυμματιστή
μειώνοντας τον όγκο του υλικού για πιο
εύκολη μεταφορά ή κομποστοποίηση.
Το προϊόν δεν θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείτε σε
χώρους όπου υπάρχει κίνδυνος για την υγεία
του χρήστη από την σκόνη ή ως φυσητήρα/
απορροφητήρα υγρών.
Το μηχάνημα θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται
μόνο όταν ο σωλήνας απορρόφησης/
φυσήματος είναι καλά τοποθετημένος.
Αποφύγετε την επαφή με υγρά υλικά όπως
λάσπη, κλαδιά, πευκοβελόνες, γρασίδι κλπ.
Μην χρησιμοποιείτε σε βρεγμένο γκαζόν ή
λιβάδια.
Για λόγους ασφαλείας είναι απαραίτητο να
διαβάσετε όλες τις οδηγίες ασφαλείας και
λειτουργίας πριν την χρήση.
Το μηχάνημα έχει σχεδιαστεί για ιδιωτική
χρήση μόνο. Μην το χρησιμοποιείτε για
εμπορικούς λόγους. Μην το χρησιμοποιείτε
για άλλο λόγο από εκείνο για τον οποίο έχει
σχεδιαστεί.
1. Εκπαίδευση
Γνωρίστε τις οδηγίες χρήσης και ασφαλείας
καλά πριν να λειτουργήσετε το μηχάνημα.
2. Γενικές οδηγίες ασφαλείας
1. Το μηχάνημα μπορεί να προκαλέσει
σοβαρούς τραυματισμούς. Διαβάστε τις
οδηγίες προσεκτικά για τον σωστό χειρισμό,
προετοιμασία, συντήρηση, εκκίνηση και
παύση του μηχανήματος. Γνωρίστε καλά
όλους τους διακόπτες του μηχανήματος.
2. Μην αφήνετε παιδιά κοντά στο μηχάνημα.
3. Αποφύγετε την εργασία όταν υπάρχουν
άλλα άτομα κοντά στο χώρο εργασίας.
4. Φορέστε σωστά ρούχα! Μην φορέσετε
φαρδιά ρούχα ή κοσμήματα που μπορεί
να πιαστούν στα κινούμενα μέρη του
μηχανήματος. Η χρήση ειδών προστασίας
(γάντια, γυαλιά και υποδήματα) συστήνεται.
5. Δώστε μεγάλη προσοχή όταν χειρίζεστε
καύσιμα. Είναι εύφλεκτα και οι αναθυμιάσεις
πολύ εκρηκτικές. Θα πρέπει να ακολουθήσετε
τα παρακάτω σημεία.
• Χρησιμοποιήστε μόνο κατάλληλα δοχεία
καυσίμου.
• Μην αφαιρέσετε την τάπα και μην
συμπληρώσετε καύσιμα όταν το μηχάνημα
λειτουργεί. Αφήστε το να κρυώσει πριν να
βάλετε τα καύσιμα.
• Μην καπνίζετε.
• Μην αποθηκεύσετε το μηχάνημα ή το δοχείο
καυσίμου σε εσωτερικό χώρο όπου υπάρχουν
φλόγες ή πηγή θερμότητας.
• Εάν χύσετε καύσιμα, μην ξεκινήσετε το
μηχάνημα πριν να το απομακρύνετε από το
σημείο και πριν να σκουπίσετε τα καύσιμα
που έχουν χυθεί.

• Τοποθετήστε καλά την τάπα καυσίμου αφού
συμπληρώσετε τα καύσιμα.
• Εάν θέλετε να αδειάσετε το ρεζερβουάρ θα
πρέπει να το κάνετε σε εξωτερικό χώρο.
6. Εάν το μηχάνημα απορροφήσει ή χτυπήσει
κάποιο ξένο αντικείμενο ή εάν αρχίσει να
κάνει κάποιο περίεργο θόρυβο, σβήστε το
και αφήστε το να σταματήσει. Βγάλτε το
πουζοκαλώδιο από το μπουζί και ακολουθήστε
τα παρακάτω βήματα:
• Ελέγξτε για ζημιές.
• Ελέγξτε και σφίξτε όποια μέρη του
μηχανήματος το χρειάζονται.
• Δώστε το μηχάνημα για έλεγχο και επισκευή
σε εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις.
7. Φορέστε ωτοασπίδες!
8. Φορέστε γυαλιά προστασίας!
9. Σε περίπτωση ανάγκης, σβήστε το
μηχάνημα αμέσως αφήνοντας τον διακόπτη
του γκαζιού και τοποθετώντας τον διακόπτη
ανάφλεξης στην θέση “stop”.
3. Ειδικοί κανόνες ασφαλείας
Προσοχή! Κρατήστε πάντα το μηχάνημα με το
δεξί σας χέρι κατά την λειτουργία φυσήματος.
Όταν το λειτουργείτε ως απορροφητήρα
κρατήστε την πάνω λαβή με το αριστερό
σας χέρι και την λαβή απορρόφησης με το
δεξί. Κρατήστε το μηχάνημα μακριά από
το σώμα σας. Η μη τήρηση αυτού μπορεί
να προκαλέσει εγκαύματα και σοβαρούς
τραυματισμούς. Απευθυνθείτε στην
παράγραφο «οδηγίες λειτουργίας» στην
συνέχεια του εγχειρίδιου αυτού για κατάλληλη
λειτουργία και επιπλέον πληροφορίες.
1. Προσοχή! Μην λειτουργείτε το μηχάνημα
κοντά σε ανοιχτά παράθυρα κλπ.
2. Μην φυσήξετε σκληρά αντικείμενα όπως
καρφιά, βίδες ή πέτρες.
3. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το μηχάνημα κοντά σε
άλλα άτομα ή κατοικίδια.
4. Προσέξτε καθώς καθαρίζετε σκάλες ή
άλλους κλειστούς χώρους.
5. Φορέστε γυαλιά προστασίας ή άλλη
προστασία ματιών, μακριά παντελόνια και
παπούτσια ασφαλείας.
6. Κρατήστε το σώμα σας μακριά από το
εξάρτημα απορρόφησης/ φυσήματος. Μην
αφαιρέσετε κολλημένα αντικείμενα όταν το
μηχάνημα είναι σε λειτουργία. Σιγουρευτείτε
ότι ο διακόπτης είναι στην θέση Off πριν να
αφαιρέσετε το κολλημένο αντικείμενο. Μια
στιγμή απροσεξίας μπορεί να προκαλέσει
σοβαρό τραυματισμό.
7. Μεταφέρετε το μηχάνημα κρατώντας το
από την λαβή και σταματημένο. Η κατάλληλη
αντιμετώπιση του μηχανήματος θα μειώσει τον
κίνδυνο τραυματισμού.
8. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το μηχάνημα ενώ
βρίσκεστε πάνω σε σκάλα.
9. Εάν το μηχάνημα αρχίσει να δονείται
υπερβολικά ελέγξτε το αμέσως. Η υπερβολική
έκθεση σε κραδασμούς μπορεί να προκαλέσει
τραυματισμό.
10. Σιγουρευτείτε ότι το μηχάνημα είναι
σωστά συναρμολογημένο πριν την χρήση.
Μην επιχειρήσετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε
ένα μηχάνημα που δεν είναι σωστά
συναρμολογημένο ή έχει μη εξουσιοδοτημένη
ρύθμιση.
11. Ελέγξτε το εξάρτημα απορρόφησης/
φυσήματος τακτικά για φθορές και ζημιές και
επισκευάστε το αμέσως εάν χρειαστεί.
12. Μην υπερφορτώνετε το μηχάνημα.
13. Σταματήστε το μηχάνημα και σβήστε το
όταν το εξάρτημα απορρόφησης/φυσήματος

είναι μπλοκαρισμένο. Ελέγξτε για ζημιές πριν
να το χρησιμοποιήσετε ξανά.
14. Ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες συντήρησης
και επισκευής. Μην πραγματοποιήσετε
ρυθμίσεις στο προϊόν αυτό. Μην αλλάξετε
ποτέ τις στροφές ή τις ρυθμίσεις του κινητήρα.
Πληροφορίες συντήρησης και επισκευής
παρέχονται στις οδηγίες χρήσης.
15. Μην ακουμπάτε το μηχάνημα χωρίς
γάντια. Υπάρχει κίνδυνος εγκαυμάτων.
Όταν το μηχάνημα λειτουργεί και για κάποιο
χρονικό διάστημα μετά την παύση του, τα
μέρη του όπως η εξάτμιση, ο κινητήρας κλπ
είναι εξαιρετικά ζεστά. Δώστε προσοχή στα
ταμπελάκια του μηχανήματος.
16. Σιγουρευτείτε ότι οι εγκοπές εξαερισμού
στο μηχάνημα είναι καθαρές. Κρατήστε την
εισαγωγή του αέρα καθαρή και χωρίς σκόνη
και άλλα υπολείμματα.
17. Σιγουρευτείτε ότι η παροχή του αέρα είναι
επαρκής και καλή. Το προϊόν θα πρέπει να
έχει πρόσβαση ανοιχτή από όλες τις πλευρές.
18. Σβήστε πάντα το μηχάνημα και αφήστε το
να κρυώσει πριν να συμπληρώσετε καύσιμα.
Η βενζίνη είναι εξαιρετικά εύφλεκτη. Μην
καπνίζετε όταν συμπληρώνετε καύσιμα. Μην
συμπληρώσετε καύσιμα εάν υπάρχει φωτιά
κοντά στο μηχάνημα.
19. Χρησιμοποιήστε κατάλληλα βοηθήματα
όπως χωνιά κλπ. Μην χύσετε καύσιμα
στο μηχάνημα ή στην εξάτμισή του.
Υπάρχει κίνδυνος ανάφλεξης. Παρόλα
αυτά εάν χύσετε καύσιμα, θα πρέπει να τα
αφαιρέσετε προσεκτικά από όλα τα μέρη του
μηχανήματος. Όλα τα υπολείμματα θα πρέπει
να έχουν εξατμιστεί πριν να λειτουργήσετε το
μηχάνημα.
20. Τα καυσαέρια και οι αναθυμιάσεις των
καυσίμων είναι επικίνδυνα. Οι αναθυμιάσεις
μπορεί να πάρουν φωτιά. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε
το μηχάνημα σε περιβάλλον όπου υπάρχει
κίνδυνος έκρηξης.
21. Μην εισπνεύσετε τις αναθυμιάσεις όταν
συμπληρώνετε καύσιμα. Μην συμπληρώνετε
τα καύσιμα σε κλειστούς χώρους. Υπάρχει
κίνδυνος δηλητηρίασης και φωτιάς.
22. Αποφύγετε την επαφή με τα καύσιμα.
23. Μην τρώτε ή πίνετε κατά την συμπλήρωση
καυσίμου. Εάν υπάρξει κατάποση καυσίμων
ή έρθουν σε επαφή με τα μάτια σας
συμβουλευτείτε άμεσα τον ιατρό σας.
24. Κλείστε αμέσως την τάπα καυσίμου μετά
την συμπλήρωση. Σιγουρευτείτε ότι έχει
κλείσει καλά.
25. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το μηχάνημα χωρίς
φίλτρο αέρος.
4. Συμπλήρωση καυσίμου
1. Τα καύσιμα είναι πολύ εύφλεκτα. Δώστε
προσοχή όταν τα χρησιμοποιείτε για να
μειώσετε τον κίνδυνο τραυματισμού.
2. Αποθηκεύστε τα καύσιμα σε δροσερό και
καλά αεριζόμενο χώρο μακριά από σπίθες και
άλλες πηγές φωτιάς.
3. Αποθηκεύστε τα καύσιμα σε ειδικά δοχεία
καυσίμου.
4. Συμπληρώνετε καύσιμα μόνο σε
εξωτερικούς χώρους και χωρίς να καπνίζετε.
5. Συμπληρώστε καύσιμα πριν να ξεκινήσετε
το μηχάνημα. Μην αφαιρέστε την τάπα
καυσίμου ή συμπληρώσετε καύσιμα καθώς
λειτουργεί το μηχάνημα ή όταν το μηχάνημα
είναι ακόμα ζεστό.
6. Μην καπνίζετε όταν χειρίζεστε καύσιμα.
