1.02 Purpose and use
Purpose
The lifting platform can be used to lift people in need of help with negotiating
height differences.
Use
The LP7 & LP7+ are designed for permanent installation indoors and
outdoors.
The lifting platform may only be operated by users who have been properly
instructed to do so, or by personnel who have been professionally trained to
use this assistive technology/working tool.
Entering and exiting the platform takes place at each end of the lifting platform.
The access ramp and doors serve to protect the user by keeping him/her
from rolling off during use. There are also handrails on both sides of the lifting
platform. The LP7+ is tted with doors as a standard feature.
The lifting platform is designed and manufactured in relation to applicable
norms.
LP7 can lift up to 800 mm.
LP7+ can lift up to 1500 mm.
The lifting interval of the LP7 and the LP7+ can be adjusted between heights
of 50-1500 mm.
The lifting platform may be used in temperatures from -10 to +40 degrees.
In temperatures of less than zero, the application of suitable heating beneath
the platform is recommended.
Great importance is attached to the design and implementation to achieve
attractive and harmonious installation in different environments, private and
public. Public environments are institutions, public buildings, etc., where the
lifting platform is subject to a certain amount of supervision. In these environ-
ments, the lifting platform should be locked, protecting it against unintentional
use or games.

Description of electrical emergency
lowering – lifting platform
Great attention and the required
mobility is needed to use the
emergency lowering, which is why
the person responsible for the use
of the lifting platform should be
called.
The person responsible must have
read the manual so that he can be
called at any time to assist a user.
The emergency lowering must be used in emergencies only. This requires
qualied assistance.
You must contact the dealer before using the LP7 & the LP7+ again. Remove
the key after installation and keep it with the manual.
The electric emergency lowering device is activated by turning the key switch
to the left for 10 seconds. The platform will then begin its descent. The plat-
form will stop if the key is released. If the key is not activated for 10 seconds,
the electrical emergency lowering device will be deactivated, after which it
can be activated again.
The switch is located in the left tower on the lifting platform.
Description of emergency lowering – access ramp
The access ramp is tted with a
hexagonal screw on the left side.
Remove this screw and the access
ramp can be closed up.
Important!
When the screw is removed from the
access ramp, the ramp can no longer
be secured. Hold onto the access
ramp when removing the screw.
Safety curtain
The safety curtain ensures that nobody can move in beneath the platform
when it is at its highest level and thereby risk getting caught when the lifting
platform is lowered. The safety curtain is tted upon delivery.
If the safety curtain has not been installed, or if it is damaged and the area
beneath the platform cannot be accessed, the platform cannot be used until
the problem has been solved.
