Truck and trailer uses the same pump = 1000 rpm
During
working time
is the
auxiliary
engine runing
at full throttle
= 2900 rpm
Activate Pump
Let the machine run with the self‐cleaning
mode for one minute when the machine was
notworking for alonger time.

Container Filling
Filling with max. 1 bar
Open the vent valve
before removing the
filling hose!

Determination Bulk Density
Determine the spreading
quantity and binder density
by using the bulk weight
index

Operation Set Up
Always press
the green marked keys
Always watch machine loading,
it should be between 20%and
80%

Correction factor:
Should / Is
20,5kg:19,8kg=1,04factor
Example:
9,57‐4,8kgx4=19,8kg
There is no correction factor line
with a WeighTronic System
Only without WeighTronic

Self – Cleaning Mode
After
spreading
5 -10min
Before
first filling

Cleaning
Even with the self-cleaning
program, material rest´s
could stay in the sluice
output.
These must be removed by
hand.
