■12 1/4-inch x 20, 3/4-inch long hex head bolts
■2 door mounting brackets (with plastic sleeves)
■2 door mounting brackets (without plastic sleeves)
Installing the Front Screen Door
Note – Install the front screen door reversed if you want it to open from
the left.
1. Using a standard box or open-end 7/16-inch wrench, install the 4
mounting brackets as shown in the illustration.
Install the mounting brackets with plastic sleeves on the left side of the
expansion cabinet.
2. With the front screen door parallel to the side of the cabinet, insert
the bottom hinge pin into the outside hole of the bottom-left
mounting bracket.
3. Using the lever on the inside-top hinge pin, compress the spring of
the top hinge pin.
4. Tilt the door into the top-left mounting bracket, and align the top
hinge pin with the outside hole.
5. Release the lever compressing the spring of the top hinge pin.
Closing the Front Screen Door
1. Unlatch the door handle and rotate it inwards.
This will cause the pins to retract.
2. Close the door, lining the locking pins up with the inside holes of the
right mounting brackets.
3. Rotate the handle outwards and latch the door handle.
This will cause the pins to extend into the inside holes of the mounting
brackets.
