Automate the sorting process and get perfectly consistent product.
Sorter automatically grades cannabis buds according to

1.1PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Safety goggles
Use plastic goggles with non-tinted visor and without a UV lter.
There is a risk of cut pieces of the ower ying away and causing injury
to your eyes.
The machines from company Sunower-trimmer Ltd. are designed
and manufactured according to the legal standards of EU focusing on
maximum safety of the user during work with the machine.The user is
obligated to read and understand the safety warning and recommended
procedures specied in this manual.

Keep in mind your own safety at all time. Do not use the sorter in
a dusty or wet environment.The electromotor is not water resistant.
1.3OTHER RISKS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Never clean the sorter while its running or connected to electricity.
Never leave the sorter in the reach of children or persons under the age of 18
or those who are not familiar with the user manual.
• Clean the sorter according to the specications under the chapter 4. Cleaning.
Following these instruction you can prevent the damage of the machine or harm
to your own health.
• The machine can only be used for purposes specied in this manual, chapter 2.
Machine basic description – point 2.2. Range of use!
• Never repair or exchange any part of the machine in case of malfunction.
• Keep the machine clean and it’s storage place clean.
• The machine can be used in interior only.
• The use in exterior is not recommended.
• The sorter is not water resistant!
• Pay attention to avoid damage to the electrical cables of the machine.
• Never reposition the machine when plugged to the power source!

2. MACHINE BASIC DESCRIPTION
GMP ready, the overall design of the machine emphasizes
safety, easy handling and tool-free maintenance.
The frame of the machine is made of stainless steel.
The sorting strings are is made of food grade, highly durrable plastic.
There are four controls on the front side of the machine:
on/o button, speed 2 & 3 buttons and emergency stop button.

• The ON / OFF switch is positioned on the side of the machine
• The 2 & 3 buttons are used for increasing the sorter speed
• The electrical connection and the electrical parts are closer described in this
chapter under the point 2.3 Electrical connection.
The machine is designed for sorting the trimmed buds from the trimmer
automatically to 5 size categories.
The machine also allows for an easy inspection and quality control of the
nal product.
2.1GENERAL INFORMATION
• The machine can be used only for purposes specied
by the manufacturer.
• We strongly advise you to read all safety warnings before
use of the sorter!
• The machine is designed to sort trimmed buds from plants.
• The machine can only be used on fresh plants with eshy
leaves and stalks which contains no ligneous and solid parts.
This means you can sort the plants whose composition and
solidity is similar to e.g. freshly harvested nettle.
2.2RANGE OF USE
The sorter contains electrical parts and connections. Electrical connection
means cables and other parts connecting the electrical devices. The machine
contains following electrical parts: Electromotor 120 W, frequency motor
convertor, 1x power switch, 2x speed control switch, 1x emergency stop but-
ton and 1x euro connector. The power cable for power source connection is
included in the package.
2.3ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
We particularly advise you to pay close attention to your safety during work
and maintenance of your sorter. You should not get in contact with electrical
connection when using or cleaning the machine.
Do not alter or reconnect the electrical connection!

Connecting the machine to the power source
3. OPERATION AND HANDLING
3.1CONNECTINGTOTHE POWER SOURCE
Euro connector
The connector for the power input
is on the side of the sorter.
Connect the proper end of the power cable
into the euro-connector.
Connect the other end of the cable into
wall socket.
3.2START UP
The machine starts up by the ON/OFF button.
The sorter speed can be increased by 2 & 3 buttons, oering total 3 speeds.
There is also an emergency stop button to immediately stop the machine.
