periodof1Yearfromthedateofpurchase,providedtheitemwasfactory‐sealedatthetimeofpurchaseandis
maintainedwithcareandusedonlyforpersonal,residentialpurposes.Shouldanymanufacturingdefectarisewithin
thiswarrantyperiod,SunjoyGroupwillreplace(atouroption)anydefectivemerchandiseorpartsuponproofof
purchase;however,transportationanddeliverycosts,aswellaspaymentstoathirdpartyforassemblyordisassembly
oftheitem,remaintheresponsibilityofthepurchaser.Apurchaserofan"openbox,"previously‐returned,or
"clearance"item,aswellasoriginalpurchasersoutsideofthewarrantyperiod,mayobtainreplacementpartsfrom
SunjoyGroupforproductsincurrentproduction,atnominalcost.
Itemsusedforcommercial,contract,orothernon‐residentialpurposes,oritemsdamagedduetoactsofnature,
vandalism,misuse,orimproperassemblyarenotcovered.Corrosionorrustingofhardwareisnotcovered.Proofof
purchase(datedregisterreceipt)isrequiredforwarrantyclaims.Warrantyistotheoriginalpurchaserandis
non‐transferable.Anyreplacementofwarranteditemswillbeintheoriginalstyleandcolor,orasimilarstyleand
coloriftheoriginalisunavailableorhasbeendiscontinued.Assomestatesdonotallowexclusionsorlimitationsonan
impliedwarranty,theaboveexclusionsandlimitationsmaynotapply.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificrights,andyou
mayalsohaveotherrights,whichvaryfromstatetostate.
