◆Pleasereadthismanualcarefullybeforeusingthismachine.Strictly
operatinginaccordancewiththe instructions,notfreetooperate.Only
trained andqualified staff tooperateandusethe lift.
◆Makesurethe voltage, phasesuchTechnicalParametersonthe nameplate
ofmotorbeforeinstallation,the powerconnectionmustbedonebya
professionalqualified electrician.Makesurethe motorturntotheright
direction.
◆Useofequipmentbelow10 degree shouldensurethatcompressedair
throughthe waterfiltereffectively.
◆When theliftworks peopleandequipmentshouldkeepacertaindistance,
no standingaboveandunderthe equipment,and the caron liftcannottake
anystaff.
◆Theweightofthevehiclewhichbyliftingshall notexceedthe liftingcapacity
rangeofthe machine.
◆Removeall barrieraroundand underofplatformbeforeworking.
◆Whiledrivethe caron,ensurethatthevehiclecenterline shouldcoincide
withthe centerline ofthe liftcountertops..
◆Levelingshouldbecarried outonthe no loadingplatform.It’sstrictly
prohibitedtoopenthebalancingvalvewhilethe caron the platform.
◆Equipmentnoworkingorovernightforlongperiod,itshouldreducetothe
lowest position,anddriveawaythe vehicle, then cut off thepower.

Packing,Handing and Storage
1. Packing
a)Theliftpackedin2separateparts,packedbyunbreakablematerial.
b)Motorpowerunitandelectriccontrolboxpackedseparatedinpaper
cartons.
2. Handing
a)Usingcrane orforklift bygravitycentreofthe machine duringhandling.
b)Loadingbearingstress ofslingused forhandlingshouldbe morethan 2ton.
c)Avoiddamagerordeformationforequipmentduringhandling.
d)Takesuitableprotectivemeasurementsincaseofrainorsnowduring
handling.
3. Storageandstackingofpackages
a)Packagesmustbestored inacovered place,outofdirectsunlightand inlow
humidity, atatemperaturebetween -10°Cand+40°C.
b)Stackingisnotrecommended:thepackage’snarrowbase,aswell asits
considerableweight andsizemakeit difficult and hazardous.

Chapter 1.Features
1.1General Introduction:
Thelift adoptsthe scissor-type mechanicalstructure;utilizethe hydraulic
pressuretoproducethe liftingpower.The air pressurecontrolsthelock and
looseningoftheexecution components.The mechanicallock couldinsurethe
securityandthehydraulicbalancevalveadjusttheliftingflatlevel.It possesses
manyadvantages,suchassimplestructure,advanced technology,easy
operation,andsafety.It isespeciallysuitableforhighprecision wheel
alignmentandAuto’srepair andmaintenance.The featuresasbelow:
1）Undergroundinstallation,small floorspace,flexibleinstallation location.
2）Pressurecontrolsafetymechanicallock assuresafetyoperation.
3）Equipped withemergencydecline manualpumpinterface,can land vehicles
withmanualpumpincasepowercut.
4）Adopt seriessynchronoushydraulicpressureloop, goodsynchroniza-
tion and highhorizontalprecision.

3.1Installation Environment
Theliftsshouldbeinstalledintheindoorenvironmentwithoutdustand other
pollution,andadequatelighting.Notethecontrolcabinetshouldbeplaced in
securearea.

3.2Foundation preparation
RefertodimensionlayoutFig.2andFoundationInstallationDiagramFigureII
forfoundation preparation.Thickness (strength)and levelofconcreteis
important. Don’trelymuchon machineadjustmentonlevel.Undergood
geologicalconditions,thethicknessoftheconcretefoundationisabove
150mm,andrecommended thickness180mm-200mm.Totallengthoflevel
degree ≤5mm。
Thelocation ofthe controlcabinet canbeinterchanged on leftorright.
3.3Equipmentcomplete
Placethe equipmentontheflatground,the liftwithoutpullingheadwillbe in
sameplacewithcarheadafterdrivingcaron.TheliftwithLOGOside toward
the outside.RefertoFig.3Hydraulicsystemconnection diagramtopavethe
pipe butnotconnectedintheditch,makecertainprotectiontopipeconnector.
3.4Infusehydraulicoil
Infuseenoughhydraulicoil intankof controlcabinet (About16L). Recommend
46# anti-wearhydraulicoil.Note:viscosityofhydraulicoil ishigherinwinterfor
lowertemperature, sofallingspeedoflift withno load couldbetooslow.32# or
40# hydraulicoil ismoresuitableinwinter.
3.5Powerand gassupplyconnection
Accordingtotheelectricalschematicdiagram(refertoFigureI)toconnect
powerline,controlcabinetneedbereliablegrounding. Requires special

less than4.0mm2,380V motor isnotless than2.5mm2.Toensurethat
powerisnotlackofphase,thevoltageisnormal,andthen click UPbutton(no
morethan3seconds),check themotorrotationdirectioniscorrect. Ifrotation is
right, the oil export pumpsout, no oil showsthatmotorisreversal.Need adjust
anytwoposition tochangethemotorrotation direction.

3.7Add oil and adjustment
Press UPbuttontoliftuptheplatforms.Iftwoplatformsarenoton thesame
level,adjustthebalancingvalvestolevelthetwoplatforms.Thestepsareas
below: (refertoFig.5)
If themainplatform(withthickercylinder),open valve8(Howmuchshouldbe
opendependingonhowmuchheightdifferencebetweentwoplatforms.)
Press UPbutton till the twoplatformsleveled.Closevalve8immediately. Ifthe
sub-platform(withthinnercylinder) ishigher,openvalve8.Press DOWN
button till the twoplatformsleveled.Closevalve8immediately.Ifnecessary,
repeatthestepsabovetill the twoplatformsleveled.
Attention!Implementation oftheleveling operation isprohibitedon the
busstate! Balancingvalvesarenot free toopen toavoiddanger.
3.8.Installation and horizontal adjustment
Lift the platformsup aboutonemeter.PressLOCKbutton.Keepthe leftand
rightmechanicallocksfall inthesamelock tooth.Adjustthespacearoundthe
liftswell（RefertoFig.2).Useabolttoborethe bolt Φ14 holesinthe ground.
Put intheboltsbutnotexpanded.
Usealevelingtooltomakesurethefront,back,left andrightoftheplatforms
areleveledmintolerance ≤3mm.Ifnotinthistolerancerange,pleasefill in
somewasherunderthefloorplate.Theclearancebetween the floorplateand
he groundmustbe filledwithsteelorcement.Then,expande thebolts.
3.9Loadtest
Check alltheoil andair pipestomakesurenooil orair leaking.Checkthe
boltstomakesuretheyaretight. Ifeverythingisnormaland ingoodcondition,
thencanstart totest.
Firstly,proceed withno-loadtest, run2-3times,noabnormalnoiseand
leakage,and liftingtimeand liftingheightareinline withthetechnical
parameters,thenthetestisfinished.ThetestisOK ,togetreadyfornormal
use.
Chapter 4.HydraulicSystem
4.1Lifthydraulicsysteminstalledinthecontrolcabinet,structureand

valvecanchangethesystempressure,changetheliftingcapacity.(Relief

4.2Whenyou usethelift firsttimeafterinstallation,payattention tothe
direction ofmotorrotation whileconnectingwires.If the motorisrotatinginthe
wrongdirection fortoolongtime,thegearpumpcouldbe damaged.
