Vorbereitung der zu bördelnden Leitung:
Das Ende der Bremsleitung muss rechtwinklig abgeschnitten werden.
Das Ende der Leitung muss entgratet sein.
Sollte die Bremsleitung mit einem Kunststoffmantel umhüllt sein, muss die
Bremsleitung am Ende um etwa 3 mm Länge vom Kunststoff befreit werden.
Gehen Sie dabei vorsichtig vor und vergewissern Sie sich, dass die freigelegte
Bremsleitung nicht angeritzt oder beschädigt wird. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuer-
oder Poliermittel. Entfernen Sie jegliche Rückstände und Schmutz nach dem
Bördeln durch einfaches Pusten.

Bedienung:
Dieses Bördelgerät kann nur Leitungen mit einem Durchmesser von 4,75 mm (3/16‘‘)
verarbeiten. Bereiten Sie die zu bördelnde Leitung wie oben beschrieben vor. Zur
besseren Veranschaulichung zeigen die Bilder das Bördelgerät ohne das obere
Druckstück.
1. Bestimmen Sie zuerst nach welchem Standard Sie die Bördelung durchführen
wollen –SAE oder DIN. Danach wählen Sie den Klemmstücksatz und schrauben
es am Handgriff fest.

2. Die vorbereitete Leitung in den Klemmstücksatz bis zur abgebildeten Linie
einschieben.
3. Beide Klemmschrauben handfest anziehen.
4. Um den richtigen Abstand der Leitung zu bestimmen, schrauben Sie die
Abstandsschraube bis zum Anschlag in den Klemmstücksatz ein.
5. Ziehen Sie beide Klemmschrauben fest.
6. Entfernen Sie die Abstandsschraube
7. Wählen Sie entsprechend Ihrer Bördelung den richtigen Bördeladapter.
8. Bitte fetten Sie das Gewinde am Adapter, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.

DIN Bördelung
Den DIN-Bördeladapter bis zum Anschlag eindrehen und wieder entfernen.
Beide Klemmschrauben vollständig lösen und die Leitung aus den
Klemmstücken nehmen.
SAE Bördelung
Achten Sie auf den am Bördeladapter aufgebrachten Pfeil.
Den SAE-Bördeladapter zuerst in Pfeilrichtung bis zum Anschlag eindrehen und
wieder entfernen.
Anschließend drehen Sie den Adapter entgegen der Pfeilrichtung bis zum
Anschlag in die Klemmstücke und entfernen den Adapter wieder.
Beide Klemmschrauben vollständig lösen und die Leitung aus den Klemmstücken
nehmen.

DIN Bördelung
Den DIN-Bördeladapter bis zum Anschlag eindrehen und wieder entfernen.
Beide Klemmschrauben vollständig lösen und die Leitung aus den
Klemmstücken nehmen.
SAE Bördelung
Achten Sie auf den am Bördeladapter aufgebrachten Pfeil.
Den SAE-Bördeladapter zuerst in Pfeilrichtung bis zum Anschlag eindrehen und
wieder entfernen.
Anschließend drehen Sie den Adapter entgegen der Pfeilrichtung bis zum
Anschlag in die Klemmstücke und entfernen den Adapter wieder.
Beide Klemmschrauben vollständig lösen und die Leitung aus den Klemmstücken
nehmen.

Prepare the line for flaring:
The end of the brake line must be cut off at a right angle.
The end of the line must be deburred.
If the brake line is sheathed in plastic remove about 3 mm of the plastic from the
brake line. Do this carefully and make sure you do not score or damage the bared
brake line. Do not use any abrasives or polishes. Blow off to remove all remnants
and dirt after crimping.

device without the top pressure piece.

the clamping piece set and screw it hand-tight to the handle.

2. Push the brake line into the clamping piece set up to the illustrated line.
3. Hand-tighten both clamping screws.
4. To determine the correct clearance of the line, screw the spacing screw in up to
the limit stop in the clamping piece set.
5. Tighten both clamping screws.
6. Remove the spacing screw
7. Select the flaring adapter that matches your clamping set.
8. Please grease the thread on the adapter to prevent damages.

DIN flaring
Screw in the DIN crimping adapter up to the limit stop and then remove it.
Completely loosen both clamping screws and remove the line from the clamping
pieces.
SAE
flaring
Pay attention to the arrow attached to the flaring adapter.
Screw in the SAE flaring adapter, first in the direction of the arrow up to the limit
stop and then remove it.
Turn the adapter in opposite to the direction of the arrow into the clamping piece
up to the limit stop.
Completely loosen both clamping screws and remove the line from the clamping
pieces.
