HOW TO USE CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before first use
Unpackthetoasterandremoveallpackagingmaterialsetc
Placethetoasteronasuitable,levelsurface.Setthebrowningdialto3or4.
Placeoneortwoslicesofbreadintothetoasterslots
Connecttheproducttothemainssupplyandpressdownthecarriagelever.NOTE:
Thecarriageleverwillonlystaydowniftheproductisconnectedtothemainssupply.
Youcanpressthecancelbuttonatanytimetocancelthetoastingprocess.Thetoast
willpopupwhenitisready
THINGSTONOTE:
Onfirstuse,youmaynoticeaslightodour.Thisiscausedbytheevaporationoflight
oilsusedinmanufacture.Thisonlyoccursonthefirstuseanddoesnotaffectthe
tasteofyourtoast.
OTHERFUNCTIONS:
TheFrozenbreadsettingisperfectfordefrostingandtoastingfrozenbread.Touse
thisfunction,pressthecarriageleverdownthenpresstheFrozenBreadbutton.
TheReheatsettingisgoodforreheatingtoastthatmayhavegonecold.Pressthe
carriageleverdownthenpresstheReheatbutton
Thisproductrequiresverylittlemaintenance.
Thetoasterisequippedwithacrumbtraywhichslidesoutfromthebottomofthe
toaster.
Thisshouldberemovedandthecrumbsdiscardedaftereachuse.
Excessivebuildupofcrumbscancauseanunpleasantodourandinextremecases
poseafirehazard.
Forcleaningexternalsurfaces,asoftclothmoistenedwithamilddetergentsolution
isallthatisrequired.
