Installation- and configuration hints
EPOS Connect Software
To ensure trouble-free operation of a wired EPOS headset with a SwyxIt!, the EPOS Connect
software must be installed and configured on the SwyxIt! PC. The latest EPOS Connect
software can be downloaded from here:
https://www.eposaudio.com/en/gb/enterprise/software/epos-connect
After installation, a wired headset can be connected to the PC and configured. To do this, start
the EPOS Connect software. The language can be set via the "Options" tab.

As a first step, a check for firmware updates has to be performed. For this purpose, click on
the tab "Updates".

If necessary, perform the firmware update following the instructions of the software.
In the “Settings” tab, the preferred Softphone and device specific settings can be configured.

The SwyxIt! must be set as the default softphone. If required and depending on the connected
device, specific settings can still be made. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation.
SwyxIt!
In the SwyxIt!, navigate to Settings -> Local Settings, the select the “Audio Modes” tab.

Doubleclick on “Headset” and in the follow-up dialog, select the attached device. Run the
speaker test and perform the microphone calibration.

After confirming these dialogs, the attached device will be used as headset.
