Insert 4 Small Bumpers into
a Short Rail as shown. Do the
same for the other Short Rail and
remaining 4 Small Bumpers.
You can use the hex wrench to
help push the bumpers in.
Insert 2 Large Bumpers into
a Long Rail as shown. Do the
same for the other Long Rail and
remaining 2 Large Bumpers.
Insert 2 Pine Tree Clips into
a Long Rail as shown. Do the
same for the other Long Rail and
remaining 2 Pine Tree Clips.

Place 2 Sticky Pads onto a Long
Rail centered on the ends. Do the
same for the other Long Rail and
remaining 2 Sticky Pads.
Line the 2 Short Rails and 2 Long
Rails as shown.
Attach the four rails together
through the bottom holes shown
below. Loosely connect the
fasteners in the order: Bolt, Long
Rail, Washer, Short Rail, Washer,
Nut. Do this in all 4 corners, but do
not fully tighten yet.

Set the mount assembly on the
top of the GO pod below the bars
as shown.
The Short Rails should pivot
outward to accommodate the
solar panel.

Place your solar panel into the
mount. Ensure that the cord is
below the mount rails.

Insert all 4 Cotter Pins through
the outer holes in the Long
Rails and push them all the way
through.

Run the 4 Band Clamps through
the openings, and wrap them
around the GO rails.
Ensure that the mount is centered
on the GO, and tighten all 4 Band
Clamps down using your socket
driver.

Tighten the nuts at all 4
connection points using your
wrench/driver and hex wrench.

Drill a 3/4” diameter hole in the
back of the storage box. The
center of the hole should be
located 7/8”from the bottom of
the box and 7/8”from the left side.
Feed the female end of the power
cable through the hole and push
the Grommet over the plug.
Note: Some liquid soap applied to
the outside of the plug will make it
easier to slide the grommet over it.
Push the Grommet into the hole
being careful that it is properly
seated.

Push the plug back into the
Grommet until the end protrudes
about 1/4”.
Note: Again, some soap applied to
the outside of the plug will make it
easier to slide it into the grommet.
Weave the Securing Strap
through the slots on the
Generator Mounting Plate as
shown. The male connector end is
toward the front of the trailer.
Place the Generator Mounting
Plate in the rear corner of the
storage box and drill through the
4 small holes using a 3/16” drill bit.

Install the Flower Rivets in each
of the four holes to secure the
Generator Mounting Plate in place.
Install the Yeti 400 on the
Generator Mounting Plate.
Secure the Yeti 400 using the
Securing Strap, cinching it tightly.

Feed the cord from the solar panel
down to the deck, and plug it into
the grommet connector.
Attach cables as instructed in the
Goal Zero instruction manual.
