Welcome
Thank you for purchasing the Sytech “MIxfluid” hand mixer SY-MZ29. In order to fully benefit from this product,
please follow the instructions in this user manual very carefully. Store this user manual in a safe place for future
reference.
Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
1. Read all instructions before operating.
2. Check if the voltage indicated on the base of the appliance corresponds to the local
mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
3. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
4. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance itself in
water or other liquids.
5. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
6. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
8. Make sure all the parts are correctly mounted before you switch on the appliance.
9. Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the accessories.
10. The water temperature should not be over 60ºC when cleaning the unit.
11. The hand mixer should not run for longer than 4 minutes. After each minute’s
use, the hand mixer should be allowed to cool for at least 1 minute. This can be
repeated 10 times before further use. The appliance must be left to cool to room
temperature.
12. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting
on or taking off parts.
13. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer
may cause injuries.
14. Do not use outdoors.
15. Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
16. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
17. Always attach the plug to the appliance first, then plug the cord into the wall outlet.
To disconnect, turn any control to OFF position, then remove plug from wall outlet.
18. Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may
cause a fire or risk of electrical shock.
19. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch
electrical parts, involving a risk of electrical shock.
20. Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of other
material other than metal or glass.

21. Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: Paper, cardboard, plastic
and similar.
22. Never fit accessories with different functions at the same time. (Dough hook and
beater).
23. Do not operate the appliance if it does not operate or with a damaged cord. Contact
Sytech technical service department for a proper solution.

Before first use
•All parts of the hand mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the first time. (See section:
Cleaning).
Inserting the beaters or dough hooks switched off (Switch in the ‘0’ setting).
1. Insert the beaters or hooks until they are locked into place. Pay close attention to the markings on the
accessories and the markings on the openings in order to insert the accessories properly.
Using the hand mixer
1. Plug in the appliance.
2. Make sure the switch knob is set to”0” position.
3. Place the ingredients in an appropriate container.
4. Place the beaters into the container and start the appliance by selecting the speed 1.
5. Slide the speed selector button to the desired speed lever 1~5.
6. Press the TURBO button to select the maximum speed.
7. Once finished, slide the speed selector to 0.
8. Eject the beaters by pressing the eject button.
9. Disconnect the unit from the wall outlet.
10. Clean the accessories as well as the hand mixer before storing it.

Mixing guide & Preparation guidelines
Speed setting Use
0 (Switch off)
Stop operation.
1~2 (Low) for mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and
cream into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces and mashing
vegetables.
3~4 (Medium) For mixing cake mixes, pudding, or batter. For creaming butter and sugar
5 (High) For whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk, egg whites or whole
eggs. Mix minced meat or kneading heavy dough.
Turbo
Same function as
speed 5.
Note:
•When inserting the dough hooks, make sure the rod with the two washers should be inserted to the
RIGHT hand slot. This is to avoid the risk of the ingredients spilling over the rim of the utensils/receptable.
•Set the speed depending on the type of ingredients you wish to mix. Always start at the lowest speed and
then gradually increase as the mixture becomes thicker.

Note:
To prevent the motor to overheat do not use the hand mixer continuously for over 5 minutes. Stop using the
appliance after 5 minutes and let it cool down.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- It is always easier to clean the appliance after immediate use.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, acetone, alcohol, etc. to clean the appliance.
- Switch off the appliance before cleaning and remove the plug from the wall socket.
- Clean the main body of the appliance using only a damp cloth.
- Clean the beaters and dough hooks under running water or in a dishwasher. Rinse and dry before storing
away. CAUTION: The attachments are very sharp!
- On completion of using your appliance it is strongly recommended that you clean the accessories
immediately. This will remove any remaining food from the accessories and will make cleaning easier.
