Please read the manuals carefully before you
use it, so as to get the correct installation and
quick online activation. If the appearance and
color of the product are changed, the object
will prevail.

3. Installation method of SIM card
3.1Preparationbeforeinstallation
3.2 Product inspection: open the package to check whether the
device model is correct and whether the accessories are complete.
Otherwise,pleasecontactyourdistributor
3.3 SIM card selection: the device needs to insert a GSM band

SIM card. Please refer to the dealer's opinion for the selection of
GSMcard
3.4 Installation: first open the back cover, into the SIM card
(middle card), then close the back cover. (as shown in the figure
below)

3.5At this time, the external 9-36v power supply can be
connected.
Note: the terminal GSM card needs to open the GPRS
function, and ensure that the terminal GSM card has the tariff;
If your GSM is enabled and requires PIN code input, please
refer to your mobile phone user manual to turn off the PIN
code input function.
4. Device operating state
4.1 Power on: the terminal will start up automatically after the
external power is connected. Before starting up, please pay
attentionto whethertheSIMcardhas beeninserted.If theSIM card
is not inserted, please disconnect the external power first and then
insert the SIM card. When the device is started, the indicator light
willturnon.Whentheexternalpowerconnection
+GPS positioning +GSM is normal, the indicator light will always be
on. When the GPS +GSM is normal, but the external power is not
connected, the indicator light flashes quickly; When GSM is
normallyconnectedwithexternalpowerandGPSisnot located,the
indicator light will normally flash (1.5 seconds off and 0.5 seconds
on); When the GPS positioning + external power connection, but
theGSM
network is not normal, the lightwill flash slowly (3 seconds flash,0.5
seconds on); When the GSM network is abnormal, GPS does not
locate and external power is disconnected, the indicator light does
notlight.
4.2 Power off: unplugthe power connector, thestandby battery of

thedevicerunsout,andtheterminalshutsdownafterpoweroff.

Description
The sensitivity value of the vibration is
from 1 to 5，1is the most sensitive and o is
close. Alarming ways: 1, calling 2, texting,

Description
1) RELAY control the start and closeness of the
relay,in order to control the circle
2) Only the center number can operate.
3） the device only cut off the oil circuit on the
condition of the driving speed below 20KM/H
and in Positioning state.
4) If it currently do not meet the condition, the
device will reply “Do not allow to cut off the oil
and power’’It declares that the driving speed
above 20km/h at this moment ,please try again
a little latter.

Description
This instruction is used to set up the
monitor, range 0~1, default is closed;
If you need to turn on the sample 1 to
send the instruction, if you need to close
the case by case 2;
Set the number must be the central

have caller ID function;

6. Switch and poweroff alarm instructions

This equipment is equipped with a backup battery, but
there is no switch to control the enabling of the backup
battery. When the user gets the device, the backup battery is
basically in the state of no power, and it needs to be
connected to the external power for a short time to realize the
power off alarm function.
Note: if the user does not load the SIM card, the device will
not work properly.
8. Trouble shooting
8.1 The device is not online or offline on the web platform
8.1.1First, please check whether the three indicator is nomal
or not ,if there’s no condion for observe, Please use the cell
phone to call the terminal SIM card number, according to the
reminding tone to determine the status of the terminal.
● If not connected, Indicating that the terminal temporarily can not
connect or the GSM signals cannot reach your location
Terminal area may not becovered by the GSM signal or weak
signal in the basement and other places, please drive to the open sky.
●If not connected, suggesting that the Terminal is insufficient Or has
been shut down
● If reminding the device SIM card is out of deposit, please recharge

it.If you can connect to the device when calling,and hear a beep. Du,
du. noise the SIM card is installed correctly and has deposited and
please check with your operator for GPRS function. You also can
check by searching the internet on your mobile phone. If you can not
open website ,the GPRS function has not open .please contact with
the operator to open

9. GPRS Tips
SIM card GPRS data suggested a monthly subscription
service using GPRS；If the vehicle moving for a long time
every day, please change the upload interval longer, for
example: TIMER,30#
