Notices
Special Instruction: This product has been made according to requirements of FIG
standards. However, FIG standard equipment is not safe from any risk, and users have
to examine equipment conditions or make appropriate adjustments before use, and use
them correctly.
1. For gymnastics only. It should be used under the guidance and supervision of
professionals.
2. Maximum load 300Kg.
3. For indoor use only
4. Before using, check all parts of the equipment with good condition, lock firmly.
5. In case of abnormal sound and loose parts, stop using immediately.
6. No adjustment during use.
7. Warm up the body before using the equipment. Stop using if you feel unwell.
8. No knock and scratch with hard object.
9. Clean the surface with the vacuum cleaner only. Keep away from moisture and
water when cleaning.
10.Please avoid heavy objects (like tables, chairs, etc) placing on the top for long time.
11.Slightly color differences may exist.

Consist of support bracket (Bracket I, Bracket II, Bracket III, bracket IV,
Bracket V), performance bracket, run-up bracket, slop bracket, skirts, run-up area
layout, performance area layout, landing area, etc.
Specification

3. Performance area: length 2570cm, width 200cm, height 30cm

Steps
1) Fix 6-bracket I, 7-bracket II, 8-bracket III, and 12-rods unit together as per
below figure by using tools (24-19 wrench, 17- flat washer 12, 19-lock nut, 20-
hex bolt). (When assembling screws and nuts, use tool 28-special wrench to
adjust the position for easy installation)
Notes: 19pcs of 7-bracket II are middle placed, install the lower end first when
assemble the 8-bracket III.

2) Fix 8-bracket III, 9-bracket IV, 10-bracket V, 13-slop bracket and 14-run-up
bracket together as per below figure by using tools (23-17 wrench, 16-flat
washer 10, 18-lock nut, 21-hex bolt ). (When assembling screws and nuts, use
tool 28-special wrench to adjust the position for easy installation)
Notes: 9pcs of 9-bracket IV are middle placed, install the higher end only when
assemble the 8-bracket III.
3) Lay the 5-flexible layer on the performance area.
4) As per below Figure, lay the 3-performance area layout and 4-run-up area
layout in good order, then use 26-blue 100 Velcro to connect the 2 layouts. Use
27-white 50 Velcro to make 3 rule lines on the 3-performance area layout(see
Figure 1 for the size of rule lines)
5) As per below Figure, cross tie the 25- Blue 50 Velcro on the support brackets,
then stretch upward to attach it on the surface of layout. Note: The support
brackets of performance area should be all been tied up. The support brackets of
run-up area should be tied up by every other unit.
6) Attach 1-skirt on the two side edges.
7) Middle place the 2-landing area on the left end of the tumble track as per below

Instructions
This floor can be used for gymnastics competition.
Maintenance
1. Check all of the connection parts timely to avoid possible loosen and missing.
Fasten or replace them to ensure safety.
2. Clean the carpet surface with a vacuum cleaner if stains are found.
3. Necessary tests by professionals are needed after 1 year of use.
Warranty
1. The product warranty period is 1 year. The warranty period is calculated from the
EX-factory date
2. The users should be responsible for damages cause by improper use or lack of
maintenance.
3. Surface defects such as scratches or bruising are not within the scope of warranty.
4. Beyond the warranty period, Taishan will provide lifetime technical support
service free of charge and paid on-site repair services.
