SAFETY REMINDERS & OTHER USEFUL TIPS
1. This machine is not a toy, therefore children sho ld not be allowed to operate it.
2. Make s re yo r machine is placed on top of a st rdy s rface before se & that the electrical chord is sec rely attached
to a wall o tlet (110V).
3. Keep hair, fingers, jewelry and all loose clothing away from all moving parts of yo r machine as they may accidentally
be p lled into the machine ca sing damage to it or worse, inj ry to the ser.
4. Never operate yo r machine near water or any type of liq id to red ce the risk of electric shock.
5. Periodically check the electrical chord of yo r machine for any visible sign of damage and avoid sing it when it is
present.
6. Use a test sheet to p nch to determine if there will be any holes r nning off the sides and disengage the appropriate
pins.
7. Do not p nch more than 20 sheets of 20lb. paper when p nching. Preferably, p nch no more than 12-15 sheets at a
time to help extend the life of yo r machine.
8. When p nching PVC or PP covers, it is recommended that yo p nch at a maxim m of 2 sheets at a time.
9. To prolong the life of the coil inserting roller, always se the foot pedal for coil insertion. Leaving it r nning or in the
“ON” position may shorten the life span of yo r roller.
10. Periodically check and empty the waste drawer. An overfilled waste drawer may damage the machine when p nching.
11. Protect yo r machine keeping it from the elements s ch as water or excessive heat.
12. Yo r machine sho ld not be sed other than its intended p rpose and f nction.
13. Always call the a thorized dealer first for technical iss es or any malf nction. Trying to fix the machine by yo rself
might not only be dangero s, b t may also void the warranty.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
O r machines are g aranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
original p rchase from an a thorized dealer of TAMERICA PRODUCTS, INC. If yo perceive or experience any iss e
with the machine, kindly report it to the dealer within 10 b siness days of said p rchase to avail of free pick p and
redelivery from TAMERICA’s Service Center. After the first 10 days, yo will either receive service instr ctions and parts
via mail free of charge for the d ration of the warranty.
Note that when ret rning the machine for warranty claims, the machine sho ld be ret rned in its complete original
packaging to avoid incidental or conseq ential damages that may void the claim. A copy of the invoice or other proof of
p rchase also needs to be sent with the machine.
Upon eval ation of the machine and the determination of the act al defect, the machine will be restored to its reg lar
working condition by the Service Center and shipped back to yo free of charge. If yo change yo r mind and simply
want to ret rn the machine, a 20% restocking fee is charged even within the 10-day grace period. F rther, yo will have
to cover freight to ret rn the machine and it has to be in brand-new resalable condition, otherwise, yo might inc r more
charges.
This warranty covers all defects incurred in the normal use of the equipment except in the following cases:
1. Loss or damage to the eq ipment d e to improper operation, ab se, mishandling or fail re to follow the operating
instr ctions.
2. Removal or alteration of the serial n mber.
3. The machine being serviced or modified by anyone other than a certified technician a thorized by TAMERICA.
This warranty is valid only within the United States or its provinces and territories.
