Tamiya TEU-302BK User manual

TEU-3028K is a forward / reverse running electronic speed
contrcller featuring a high frequency wave drive system. Bead
this instruclion manual carefully belore operation. For sarety
pre-cautions, always lollow the instructions provided. lm-
proper operation may result in a Serious accident.
*Never use electronic parts that prcvenl curent flow, such
as schottky diodes. They cause counter cufient when car is in
reverse damaging the electronic speed controller. Remove
any such parts iI already installed.
*Disconn€ct motor cäbles du.ing set-up.

aPutting receiver and eceiver antenna near devices cirqrlating

trol. Beceivor and receiver antenna must not touch TEU-3O2BK, and
antenna must not cro§s over with cables from TEU-3028K. Calbon

(Set-up)
*When prcgramming settings, disconnect motor cables,
Neutral / Maximum acceleration / Maximum reversing (Full
braking)

in oder to suit track conditions (set to nomal at time of purchase)

Tamiya TEU-302BK is equipped with th.ee salety tunctions.
Reduced vottage proteclion circuit : wheo battery output is low,
power to motor is reduced to rneintain power to sewo, preveding
potential loss of cofltol. When car begins to sbw, rcplace o. re'
chargE battery.

due to long use, power to motor is reduced, causing car to slow. lf
further overheating occurs, power to motor is stopped, preventing
any damage. After cooling, the heat prcteclion mechahism will au-
lomaticelly lesel.

Ocheck polarity (+/-) of battery befoe connecting. lncorect con-
nection could damage internal electronics of TEIJ-m2BK.
