have been developed in the medical and cosmetolo-
gical context have been recreated for home use, and
enhanced with professional cosmetics formulations.
Designed and developed in Munich, Germany, the de-
vices have been tested by professional beauticians.
They satisfy rigorous quality and performance stan-
dards, and are easy to use.
These skin care products have been developed and
manufactured in Germany. The basis is a professional
skin care brand that has been successful worldwide for
30 years. The formulations do not contain parabens or
mineral oil derivatives.

into a tub or sink.
■Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used
by, on, or near children or individuals with certain disabilities.
■If you are experiencing serious skin problems, contact your
dermatologist or qualified cosmetological personnel.
■Do not use it after sun-bathing.

■Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in
this manual.
■Never use while sleeping.
■Remove contact lens before using.
■Never operate this device if it has a damaged cord or plug.
■Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
■Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
■This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or men-
tal capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the ap-
pliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Chil-
dren shall not play with the appliance, Cleaning and user main-
tenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

PAY ATTENTION WHILE USING
Skin moisturizing function
■The device is applied to skin in contact with the
contact plate and the head of the device.
■Make sure to hold the contact plate with your
hand for effective functioning.
Charging
■Insert the AC adaptor into the charging socket.
■Insert the mains plug into a wall socket.
The red light will flash repeatedly to indicate
the battery is charging.
■When it is fully charged (after approximately
4-5 hour), the red light will stay ON.
■When the battery is running low, the red light
will flash repeatedly.
WARNING For the purposes of recharging the bat-
tery, only use the detachable supply unit provided
with this appliance.

■Instructions to remove the battery:
Open the front housing to remove the inner box from the unit.
Unclip the two wires connected to the positive and negative
terminal of the battery. Then the battery can be removed from
the unit.
■The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is
scrapped.
■The battery is to be disposed of safely.

■Clean the product with soft towel after each use
for optimal performance.

1. Cleanse face and remove all eye makeup to clean the skin.
2. Turn on the device by pressing the ON/OFF buttons for 0.5 second.
3. Apply activation serum onto the target area.
(We recommend B.Kettner eye formulation products.)
Take a pearl-sized amount of eye cream and apply it around the eye area:
eyelid - corner of the eye - under the eye
Gently dab the skin evenly with your finger, as lightly as possible.
4. Once the BLUE indicator stops flashing, check the temperature with your fingertip.
5. Grasp the body so that your hand touches the contact plate.
6. Glide the device slowly and gently massage
from the outer corner to inner corner of your eye.
7. Stay on a highlighted acupoint for 3 – 5 times to achieve relaxation and to
soothe a fatigued eye.
8. When you hear a “Beep” sound, switch to another eye.
9. The device will switch off automatically.
10. Keep the skin clean and free from makeup for optimal results.

Commercial Warranty (This warranty is only for the French market)
The warranty and after sales service are valid only in the country of purchase.
If the device fails during the first year after purchase, please contact the store where you bought the device: once you have
used and employed the device according to the instructions, and if the problem is not due to mishandling or improper main-
tenance. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of parts under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage during
delivery, if the device has been dropped or through improper use.
If the device does not work, read the instructions to make sure you have followed them. If this does not resolve the problem,
contact the store where you bought the device. Only an authorized customer service agent is authorized to repair the device.

Legal guarantee
Regardless of this warranty, the seller shall remain liable for lack of conformity with the contract and latent defects in accor-
dance with the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
• Article L 211-4 of the Consumer Code: „The seller must deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for defects
of conformity existing at the time of delivery. They shall also be liable for lack of conformity resulting from the packaging,
installation or assembly instructions when this is its responsibility according to the contract or is carried out under its res-

• Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code: „To comply with the contract, the goods must:
1 Be suitable for the normal purpose of a similar good and, if applicable: match the description given by the trader and possess
the qualities that they have presented to the buyer as a sample or model ; have the features that a buyer might reasonably
expect according to the public statements made by the seller, the producer or their representative, particularly in advertising or
labelling; 2 Or possess the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any particular purpose

• Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code: „Action resulting from lack of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the
goods.“
• Article 1641 of the Civil Code: „The seller is liable under the warranty in respect of hidden defects of the item sold which
render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or that decrease its ability to be used, when the buyer would not have
acquired it, or would have paid a lower price if they had known.”
• Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the civil code: “action resulting from unacceptable defects must be filed by the buyer within two
years following the defect”.
